I was welcomed by a lovely lady, who was smiling and very helpful in explaining the menu. The food was so fresh and the meat was so tasteful. The pineapple at the end was fantastic. I am so stuffed and happy. The experience was authentic and so worth it. Before I forget, they put thought into detail: the toilet roll was folded up and look like the flag of Brazil.

I was served by a wonderful couple with fresh and genuine Brazilian food, the price was fair for the portion. Paula & Pedro are wonderful individuals catering to the littlest detail. Thank you, obrigado!!!

First time visitors to the sabor do brazil and was given a warm welcome by the owners and we were shown to our table and told how it worked and started at the salad bar which is unlimited with some ready cooked dishes around it The selection of 10 meat options was absolutely great with a selction of chicken, pork, beef, lamb, which were all cooked to perfection with unlimited cuts and at the end we had the most amazing warm cinnamon coated pineapple 🍍 the meal was a very reasonable price and great value the owners were very friendly and will look forward to a return All in all a great dinning experience and wish the owners a great future here all the best my friend

A really unique restaurant in our local area. The meal is well paced as the buffet is at your leisure and the meats are served at intervals meaning they're all fresh and hot when you have each portion. The meat is juicy, soft and crunchy in the right places, and so flavoursome. The salad is fresh and zingy, and the sides are absolutely deliciously scrumptious. The Brazilian drinks are just 'wow' - And have a real 'pazaz'! The staff are so warm and friendly. What a great experience!

The food was just incredible , such tender meats , huge selection of different foods , and so consistent with coming to the table , the pineapple and cinnamon, unreal !! And the staff are just so polite , so friendly! Huge well done for your service

Absolutely stunning and great value for money

This was our first time here and we were not disappointed ! We were welcomed warmly and despite being a little early for food we were shown to a lovely window table and ordered our drinks. We were soon invited to get our salad from the amazing salad bar and just moments after getting back to our table, the 1st of our meats was brought to our table and carved to our plates. All the food we had was top quality and the couple who served us were polite and conversional throughout our meal. This place is amazing ! The staff are wonderful and the food is top quality !

We happened to see this restaurant on Sunday night when in Weston super Mare,We were ravenous and this looked great so decided to go in.The experience is like no other,you get a chef carving the cooked meat in front of you.You get greeted,you then order your drinks and food,help yourself to as much salad in Salad island as you want and then you get the meats.Salad island was so amazing,food all fresh and tasty.The meats were of high quality and you will never taste such delicious meat anywhere in the U.K!This restaurant makes the concept of eating out so special and memorable and they turn the experience into a performance.They were so good with my gluten allergy,allergens present were marked in salad island and 7/10 of the meats were gluten free.Staff were friendly and atmosphere was nice.Would highly recommend.

We went to Sabor Do Brasil last night when we were looking for restaurants in Weston-super-Mare. The meal has two parts - you visit the salad island for hot and cold buffet food and as you are eating, they bring cooked meats on a skewer and they carve them onto your plate. The meats were such high-quality and absolutely delicious. You can have the meat exactly how you like it - well done, medium, rare etc. It was such a wonderful experience having the chef bring the food to us and carving it at the table, it added a real personal touch and theatre to the meal.It made the experience so special and memorable.The drinks are delicious as well.Salad Island was also amazing and had loads of choice,was so fresh and tasty.Staff are friendly and atmosphere was really nice. They catered well for gluten free as well. this is also the only authentic Brazilian restaurant in Weston-super-Mare. I highly recommend!

This is just the most amazing restaurant I have ever tried in the U.K,came across it when walking along as we were looking for places to eat that were gluten free in Weston Super Mare.The meat was top quality,delicious,cooked to perfection and to die for,I loved the 2 different types of steak,2 different types of lamb and 2 different types of pork.I love the salad too,the food was so fresh and there were hot and cold options,all so fresh.also stated what it contained too.7 out of 10 meats come gluten free which is amazing.The vast majority of salad island is gluten free.The mocktail and lemonade is really nice too.The experience is amazing and no other like you have ever experienced before,you get greeted,order drinks and food,help yourself so salad island,then we opted for a 7 meat(usually 10)course so each meat came out separately.The chef came and carved it at your table,you had tongs to get the meat.The staff could not have been lovelier,they have such a great gluten free selection and were so clear about everything.The atmosphere was lovely,beautiful decor and nice music playing the in the background.The toilets were clean so was the restaurant.It is right by a cineworld cinema and a bowling alley.Would highly recommend this restaurant,the food is exceptional,the service and decor is amazing.

So glad we chose this place for a birthday lunch. The food was 10/10 and very authentic. Staff were very polite and friendly, would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to try something a bit different.

Carnivore heaven! Beautifully cooked meats with a selection of salads, potatoes, rice and beans. Great service and some helpful information about Brazilian food. A little quiet as we visited mid-week, but will definitely be back!

Some time ago I went there, the owners welcomed my wife and me very well. Very attentive, the meats were spectacular. I highly recommend a visit…

What was sent was beautiful, but unfortunately, they didn’t put the chicken drumsticks in, so I’ve deducted 1 star. My only other feedback is that it’s not easy to tell which meat is which. The rump was reasonably obvious (I think) but the rib eye and lamb could’ve been either, but we’re very tasty which ever they were! The sausages were nice, but they weren’t crispy like I’d have expected from a bbq. I’ll definitely be ordering again, I just hope they remember the sausages next time!!

Excellent restaurant with great atmosphere! It was my daughter’s birthday and they made it so special. The quality of food is excellent with great variety of food that caters all tastes. Staff are wonderful always making us feel comfortable and welcome. I have been to different rodízios restaurants in the south west and sabor do Brazil is the best in the south west! We are definitely returning at least once a month! Special Thank you to Sr Pedro for making us feel so welcome!

This is the second time we have visited in a few short weeks, we love it here! The food is outstanding and service is excellent - served with a huge smile and wonderful personality, nothing is too much trouble. After my partner and I discovered this little gem several weeks ago and had a great experience, I knew exactly where I wanted to go back to for my birthday meal this evening and everyone loved it. For the quality and flavours of the delicious food, the price is very reasonable! We will definitely be back 😊 highly recommend!

Our first time attending. What a lovely place. Owners/staff were friendly and attentive. A welcoming and relaxing atmosphere with amazing food. We ordered the “Full Rodizo”. So much food that it actually beat our teenage son! Daughter is not so keen on red meat so was offered chicken every time we had the red meat. Such a lovely friendly place and I look forward to returning.

I organised a large group booking for a group of us visiting WSM for the night, not only did the restaurant open only for us on a Monday night (usually closed) but they provided exceptional service and truly delicious food. Everybody there couldn't speak more highly of the quality of the food and how they managed to keep all 44 of us topped up with drinks as well as our plates topped up with the tastiest meat selection, we went for the all you can eat option however I don't think this was necessary, the 7 meat options were more than enough ! The salad bar options were the best I've seen at a restaurant also ! The owners were so welcoming and friendly and helped me through the booking process on the phone and by email, I really couldn't recommend this place enough if you are visiting weston super mare ! I will definitely be booking again for our visit next year, thank you everyone at Sabor do Brasil !

we visited the restaurant with a friend who recommended it to us. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. The staff were brilliant also. The Chef and front of house manager are husband and wife and have brilliant personalities well worth a visit and the price you pay is very reasonable,. The food was fantastic and the owners are so friendly. Such a lovely experience. Have been to quite a few of these types of restaurant and this was definitely one of the best. Food was seasoned beautifully and not over salted which some of these places often do to the meat. Will definitely be going again.

Absolutely wonderful meal. We have eaten here twice and both times lovely meals. Great meat selection and fresh salads. We took our two year old today and the staff were so welcoming and friendly, playing with our little boy and making us feel so comfortable having a family meal.

Food was really nice in terms of the meat but they need more staff as food was slow and they seemed a bit rushed off their feet. My main criticism would be the salad bar bit as it was very limited and cold. I probably wouldn’t come back as it’s a lot of money for just some nice bbq meats

Unique dining experience, probably help you’re not a vegetarian because it is an amazing meet flavour explosion and the little red pickled peppers are very good too And definitely accept the pineapple at the end cleanses the pallet perfectly

7 perfect cuts of meat cooked beautifully and served piping hot. Side dish options were all very tasty and plenty to choose from. Atmosphere and general vibe in the restaurant was amazing. Staff were super friendly polite and all round nice people. 10/10 would recommend and 1000% will be back for more!
