Visited on Sunday for an event. Such a lovely vibe and the staff are amazingly helpful. Cocktail was so good. Will definitely be back.

Rubbish, horrible place would never go back. Staff were rude, food was cold and music was dreadful definitely wouldn’t return! If your looking for a good event for your future plans definitely don’t book here !!!!

Very nice local spot. We celebrated a birthday with family and friends. It’s not a large place however it has a nice ambiance and is well decorated. The customer service is good in that the team are very friendly and helpful however food service was extremely slow and there were a few mistakes, the staff did respond to the problems when raised. The food at times came out Luke warm which was disappointing however tasted good. The drinks where very good 10/10

I used S Lounge's catering services for my 40th birthday which was based in Croydon, the food arrived later than the arranged time of 8pm, food was on site but no staff there to begin serving my guest from 9:30 as arranged and paid for. Staff then arrived at 11pm (after numerous phone calls and chasing from my friends and family members) with not a clue what to do, I provided paper plates yet my guests were being served there food on tissue paper which is unacceptable. I have since emailed Serena, the contact I dealt with only to be ignored! I don’t think the £1500 I paid, £200 of that being for the staff to serve my guests was at all worth it. An apology of some sort would have been lovely yet my email has been completely ignored. Would have liked to be able recommended but unfortunately due to awful service I won’t be.

I had an Invite to a birthday party 🎂, the party went off without a any problem. I had a wonderful time the host did what was required in my opinion. The host and her partner did the crowd proud, they both circulate amongst their guests to ensure that everyone glasses 🥂 was kept top up. Champagne🏆 flowed all night, White Rum came second. The crowd was truly the origenal Ravers them know them tunes. The DJs where fantastic they drop good tunes all night, the crowd was amazing 👏. All I will say that D and her partner know how to entertain their guests, one of best party for a while I have been to. The party was DOPE member mi telly so.

Not a bad place to hang out on a Tuesday

Once again the residents that unfortunately surround your ‘establishment’ have to put up with constant shrieking and swarm of the patrons that inhabit this venue! Your website says that you are currently closed, however once again there are numerous people still drinking and screaming outside in your ‘garden’. A little respect would be nice, after numerous times of this happening we are sick of hearing the noise pollution because of you & the people that choose to go here. Or alternatively stick to the open times that you have and keep control of the rules that you have on the bit of laminated a4 stuck to the outside of your building that says to keep noise to a minimum when leaving & to respect your neighbours.

Nothing but disrespectful levels of noise. The 'alpha males' on bikes need therapy and some motherly love Now a 3am drinking license? So we expect addicted adults floating in the street until 5am. Human evolution is going so.. badly!

Ok venue the music wasn't too bad but the place closes too early, they need to extend the time when it closes and the bar staff could have a smile on their faces

Unprofessional rude staff think that they’re Gods gift. If I could rate this business 0 I would most definitely!! The women in their especially need to learn some manners and learn some customer service skills. All they do is sit around a gossip like immature school kids. Food horrible and was DRY as stone 💨 Cocktails watery even a simple rum punch is disgusting 🤮 Half the time the place is empty or shut up I’m not suprised why. Don’t even bother booking a place ahead of time to sit they have no comprehension of how to run a business. Come out to support our community and this is how they repay us. Better attitude and better staff required immediately.

I am absolutely appalled at the service I received from here. I booked a table for my husbands 40th birthday to arrive here after a wonderful surprise limo ride. The limo parked outside with my 6 guests only to discover the bar was CLOSED! Nobody had informed me the bar was shut and this really could've ruined our night. Luckily we already had a lovely meal at satay bar and the limo driver was amazing and dropped us down the road to Cavari's in Norbury instead where we had a fantastic time. I would not recommend this place.

The food was amazing I was told that my food will take 30-40mins to arrive my drinks arrive 5-10mins I was really happy with my night staff was very friendly the DJ was communicating with me making me feel so speacial big shout to DJ Ryder and the other DJs s lounge we will be back keep up the good work and the prawns in batter is to die for mmh yummy

I would not recommend this place, service was not good at all. I made a reservation for my birthday, when I turned up I was told they do not have a table for my party, then I was told because they have a private party I was going to have to leave by 11pm which I was not notified about prior to my arrival, I just found it unprofessional but fortunately the food was tasty.

Last few days of my vacation in England we decided to visit this place but the customer service was beyond horrible the server was so rude and to top it off I think she is new at mixing drinks, how can you have that attitude and not be good at your job ??? Oh one of the servers forgot their bra at home management really needs to set some sort of standard in that place . Good luck to all those who decide to visit there 🥴

I would not recommend this place as the customer service is disgusting and the owner has no professional in dealing with customers. The staffs require more training. The food we order had to wait over 2hrs, salad bland, no table service. Phone system does not work, try calling to book a table for 4 people, no answer over 1 week now.

On arrival my table was prepared and my drinks arrived within 30 minutes. As reviews have said food was amazing. My favourite drinks for the night with Jamrock, Bob Marley and Sex on the Beach. The DJ for the night was Eurostar, he kept an easy flow of karaoke, easy listening and dance music throughout the evening. All of the staff were accommodating and I will definitely be going back for Wednesdays seafood.

Had a table booked and when got there was told no table is available due to a kids party going on and had to sit outside, which was not mentioned when booking the table, and we were simply told to go and sit out side and no one even showed us where to sit or which table outside can be used, the heater was brought outside by the security guard for others and when they left he simply took the heater away we were not even given a chance to use the heater and were not even asked, needs better management of the place.

booked 2 before 2am party tickets for Saturday 12th February 2022. For a Valentines weekend event as advertised on Shoobs.com a few days earlier. On arriving before 1am and showing our barcode tickets, we were told by staff, they have no knowledge of this event. Ticketholders were being turned away. Another event was being held at the venue. The door staff and management were being aggressive. Ghost Event 👻

It's Ok. Good music, but it was a little loud. Food OK, but a little pricey for what it is. Menu needs to be a little more varied. Drinks seem decent in taste/strength😊. They appeared short staffed on the evening we went and the food took a while to arrive. It's an "intimate" venue. Hope to visit again at some point in the future.

I had a birthday drink up with Mr Stylee playing on Thursday 25th November, a wonderful experience clean well organised venue, I always look out for customer service excellent especially the young lady behind the bar polite making us feel welcome. Clean toilets perfect experience. Well done keep it up 🍸🍷

Food was over priced, and took a while to come. Staff were nice, but could see they were rushed off there feet. Music was ok, on a Wednesday caters for a crowd that is over 50. Dance floor is very small but a nice midweek place to have some drink and get a vibe.

I saw staff not working a partying meaning dancing on the dance floor. And under age they maybe looked 18+ i will never go there again the music was good but the people and the staff very unprofessional. It needs to be organised people with properly people not people of the street. If you want it to work out and not get closed down get it organised with professional staff not one's that are giving away free drinks to there friends. If you want it to work an last for many years be professional.

After 3 hours of waiting for food , No food. Poor customer service poor management worst experienced ever never again. My friend birthday was ruined. I wait over 1 hour for a mocktail it was absolutely ridiculous I definitely would not recommend this place to no one.

Such a lovely night to celebrate my partners mums 60th birthday celebration. Food was 9/10 (home cooked caribbean vibes) the only reason why I have given 9 is because the curry goat wasn't boneless but the meal was so delicious, the music and the djs were on point and the staff were nice and friendly. It would be good to have someone check at the beginning of each shift the toilets for handsoap etc just to keep the hygiene levels on point for everyone using the toilets, but for my first evening out to S Lounge I left impressed. The photos online should be updated to show the character of the venue and the services provided a bit better.

Visited on a Thursday night which was also kareoke night. Food was very nice I loved the chilli wings. 👍🏽 cocktails took forever. They had one mixologist, Overpriced Rum punch £15 and it didn’t taste nice at all. I recommend the Bob Marley. I will probably go back during happy hour but I am in no rush.

Celebrated my brother's 60th birthday on 17th August. The staff were amazing, the ambience was good, excellent music and the food delicious. We had a fantastic evening and would highly reccomend you go there.

The food is actually very week. Not value for money I got king prawn and mash (The mash was made from a packet) There’s nothing special about the food One waitresses feels like she’s too special to be there. Staff was fine but they need to revamp the menu

Reopened under new management, but yet again you have shoddy service. Food not worth the money. A dry burger for £9.50 then they forget to add anything apart from the burger. Waitresses fantastic, overall very poor establishment.

Me and the missus went 18th July and the food was good you could tell they make their own batter for the prawns, calamari and wings they were thoroughly seasoned and cooked properly. The drinks were really nice the Bob Marley is a serious drink. The only thing I could say is they need to make sure they pay attention to smaller groups but the staff are lovely a service with a smile every time they came to the table. Shisha was nice too.

I would just like to say, I am not impressed at all with S Lounge. The staff are very rude & unprofessional, the service is not great one bit. I’ve attended here on two occasions and on the 1st occasion I waited over an hour for my food to arrive. 2nd occasion the lady that was on the door was very rude to me & my friends considering we had booked a table two weeks prior to this. It’s a shame really as the food & cocktails are actually really good! But with the customer service as a whole it’s awful, I definitely won’t be returning here again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I booked it 2 weeks in advance, showed up with my guests and got turned away by the rudest lady I’ve ever come across in my life at the door. She didn’t even let me get two words out before telling us there’s no space for us. Put her on the phone to the manager that made my booking to sort it out, she was still rude. Worst customer service I’m so shocked. The way me and my guests were being spoken to was disgusting. I got a “my bad” not even a sincere apology. I wouldn’t recommend anybody spend a dime with these ppl. I will be posting a more in depth review on my Instagram page too because I’m THAT angry. :)

Such a shame, visited for the first time yesterday, literally waited over an hour for my drink, and my friends waited 2hours as they had run out of Wray and nephew!! Waitress was friendly, but guy doing shisha didn't know how to make it less harsh - very disappointing, poor and slow service for the price! Short staffed, manager /owner not visible on the ground, Lord knows what their contingency plan was for managing the crowd on a sat night, they should also consider security measures for the safety of staff/customers.

It's like a perpetual party in my living room! That's because as residents living opposite, all we've heard for the past few weeks is the daily wall penetrating bass and ear drum bursting banshee wailing from the clientèle. Would it be possible to maybe have a little bit of consideration for your neighbours, so we don't have to party involuntarily with y'all all the time? I know this is an outrageous request, given that we do have to work in the mornings and having a peaceful night's sleep is somewhat important for our sanity and wellbeing.

The constant loud noise from this bar is ruining peoples lives. We will be putting in noise complaints to the council to have their licence revoked!

A lovely place, so glad there is a lounge like this in the local area. Staff where so nice and welcoming, will deffo book again.
