Haven't ordered from here in a loooooong while. Ordered a 3 for £30 offer ( all pan pizzas ) last night and I was at first pleased at the speed of delivery BUT that soon changed once we opened them up. All in perfect condition BUT soooo soft. I think they took them out the oven far too early. Back in the heyday of Pizza Hut, you could hold the biggest slice with one hand but these you had to use two to stop them falling apart. The edges were not crispy like they used to be. Disappointed and put a damper on my brother's birthday get together. Yes, it was a Saturday night and were probably busy BUT that is no excuse.

Today i had experience of trying Pizza from Abbevilele Branch, it was so delicious, i don't leave reviews usually, but the guy who served me, Dhruv, He was very polite and professional. Best wishes.

Risked it and placed an order as I was hungry and Pizza Hut usually tastes great. However there is a lady in the kitchen and if you are unlucky to order on her shift it’s inedible. It’s like everything is swimming is tomato sauce and really frustrates me as I was hungry and am now binning an entire pizza. I wish they would just keep the people that know how to make the pizzas on shift during peak hours at least 😔

The driver was very polite and friendly and patient too! The kids loved the mac and cheese. Went down very well! Thank you to the driver for his care and attention.

my order got stolen by one of you're drivers I phoned the shop pizza hut Clapham and it seems likes ots an regular thing as the person on the phone told me he may have stolen the food this is unacceptable imagine of that was my last little bit of money to get food

A few times the staff have given us freebies too 🙌🏻 Our pizzas are always hot 🔥 delicious 😋 and fresh. We are hungry when ordering so I don't have images to share 😁

One thing I'll say is that please package the oder when it's raining no one wants to get there food delivered to them wet, that's not good at all. Package the food to keep it warm.

Terrible customer service at 75 abeville road pizza hut branch. Spent £31.40 today as a first time customer and never coming back. The pizza was tasteless and greasy and they tried selling me dip for 25p each. Run!!

I wish there wasn't an option to give even 1 star to this service. I called for clarification nicely but they didn't do operate with us and sweared at us back. Very disappointed coming from Pizza Hut as it's a very respected and unique pizza restaurant and is not very kid-friendly 👎👎 Domino's is 10x better Never coming here again Xx

I waited a whole 20 minutes for someone to serve me and the place was very dirty . The wings are not edible they are spiky and very dry and are not cooked properly I am absolutely appalled! This is extremely unprofessional. The smell of the wings is excruciating 🤮.

Ordered from Pizzahut, Abbeyville Road, SW4, delivery driver rude, ordered half and half, no cheese on one half but came with no cheese at all, called up but was told it was my fault they don’t do cheese on half and half if one half doesn’t want it….WHAT? Order half and half many time and had cheese on one half, but hey fine will never order from them again!!!

Terrible Pizza Hut. My girlfriend and my friends wanted to order some pizzas to be delivered for my birthday. Instead we were told we have to pick them up from the shop. When we cancelled, two minutes after the order was made, we were still charged. When we tried repeatedly call back to then reorder, they didn’t pick up. We also didn’t get a refund. We spent £60 for no pizza and no refund on my birthday. What’s even worse is when we contacted customer service they said that they couldn’t issue a refund because the pizza was wasted. If the pizza was cooked in 2 minutes between the time the order was made and the time we cancelled, that has to be the fastest pizza made in history! I do not recommend anyone to order from Pizza Hut. Even the restaurants are pretty rubbish now anyway. There are plenty of better pizza places to get your pizza from in Clapham. Don’t waste your time or money on Pizza Hut. Terrible customer service, terrible management , terrible pizza now. Not worth it. Try papa johns or home slice. Way way better ! Pizza Hut is rubbish, not worth the effort !

I had to order 90 pizzas for a very large event and Oneeb the manager was very accommodating. The pizzas were delivered on time, still very hot and he also offered a great price for such a large order. We will definitely use them again.

Never using this place again - placed a £25 order that never arrived, called the place 5 TIMES and no one bothered to pick up. Had to order again from elsewhere. HORRIBLE.

The food is always really good but the delivery drivers keep keep getting lost which is why I only give three stars (just updated to four stars for the pizza chefs and store manager). I am writing a review to praise the current store manager (sorry I forget your name - Adnam? ) who has come to deliver personally twice now as his last driver just gave our dinner away to some random address last night. He turned up smiling and very apologetic although it was not his fault his staff cannot follow Google maps or call back the delivery order number. Had a delivery ordered, wrong stuff came to around £17.50 the driver took it back and they said they would refund me and they didn’t. Had to go through there website and they refunded me £2.49 and now they’re not even replying to my complaint wicked job pizza hut 👍 and I did try the complainants link and they did nothing 👍👍👍

Forced to give a rating in order to write this ‘review’. First time (and will be the last) of dealing with this branch. Attempted to call to rectify an error in ordering. Numerous calls went unanswered! Totally unacceptable for the Pizza Hut chain

Food never arrived. Ordered 1 pizza and a side last night at 10:20pm. After I paid, the delivery time was quoted at 85-90 minutes which first off is absolutely ridiculous. 90 minutes go by, no delivery. Despite having a confirmed order number and the "tracking service" stating that my order was being "packed", even though the branch was now closed. I stupidly waited up until half past midnight (I had work this morning) and still received absolutely nothing. The branch wouldn't even answer their phone even whilst they were still open. Absolutely horrendous service, and completely messed up my evening. I've honestly never experienced anything as ridiculous as this, and I will 100% never be ordering from here again.

At time of writing Dec 2021, as dominos have increased price and charge delivery fee now, I find pizza hut much better, and tbh even without that uncompetitive act I would recommend this pHut at this point, and very nice deliverer

I ordered two pizzas here for 19:15. It came at 19:45. The pizzas were not that good. Large size looks like a medium. Go to domino's guys

Rubbish restaurants waiting too long for order

Upon arrival there was no one present on the tills after being fed up of knocking & trying to get their attention for over 8 mins. I decided to phone the shop, then an employee slowly creeped to the front of the shop & took my order which took about 15 mins. Customer experience 2 Stars ⭐️⭐️ Food Quality 3 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Walked in and had taken my order for 2 large deep pan pizzas only to make them thin pan and tell me after they had cooked them that they had "run out of deep pan" some 20min later. Has to be the most pathetic way to save a few pence on pizza dough.

Pizzas didn’t arrive, was lied to twice about it being delivered and my phone number!! Very very rude, no refund either so having to go through the huts website to get our money back.we NEVER order from here again and will make sure lots of others in family and friends won’t too.

It was okay - a bit small and the price on the flyer was not correct which was inside the store. Also they didn't have cookie dough in all the flavours.

I ordered yesterday "Deal for 4" by ubereats and this was my experience: - Garlic bread stone cold (impossible to eat), - Raw pizza dough,not cooked,dangerous to our health (impossible to eat); - pepsi cherry instead of pepsi low sugar ( its horrendous) So I spent £30,49 and I didn't eat or drink nothing. I made a complain through ubereats and they had returned £2,49 because of the pepsi and that's it.They apologise but if you can't eat when you use a service to eat it's not their problem. I'm expecting to ear from the restaurant because this is not acceptable.

I ordered an ice cream and pizza with beef and chicken on because I don’t eat pork. I received a pepperoni pizza and no ice-cream, was then hung up on.

Ordered the large deal 2 pizzas and 2 sides - spoke to a very friendly lady and asked for the pizzas well cooked. They came very hot and speedy, outstanding service

Beef sizzler was good. The pepperoni pizza was greasy as hell, the box was soaked through with grease and there was a hair on the pizza. The lady who helped us with our complaint was really nice, she sent a driver to us to give us a full refund and collect the food although when the driver arrived he was asking unnecessary questions which included asking us if we still had the hair (!?!?)which was just stupid. Totally uncalled for as we had sorted it with the lady on the phone and it was beyond his remit tbh.

Placed an order online, and the payment was successful, but the order didn't go through to the restaurant. I called their customer service line and they were helpful. However, when I called the restaurant to place an order over the phone, I was told they weren't accepting delivery orders as the had no drivers available. This is unacceptable! The other nearest restaurant won't deliver as I'm out of the delivery area! Get it together, Pizza Hut!

So we use pizza hut a lot in my office, we have a relationship with the guys in there but recently when ever I go in there at 12:00noon when it opens they are not ready to serve and say that it is going to be half hour until they can make a pizza. So I just went in and again, can't do anything for 20 minutes. Why are the staff not getting in early enough to make pizzas when it opens. This is the third time they have lost my business as they can't produce food fast enough. Not impressed. Pizzas are really good as well usually so this is really frustrating and I end up going and giving my business to Dominos.

As a former member of this branch a few things have come to my attention which I have to make public. All muslims that work there whether it's a bike rider or the people handling your food are washing their feet in the sink where food is handled and prepared. People need to know what goes on inside this branch there is a serious hygiene issue there. The equipment customers food is prepared in is never cleaned properly and will always have food or dirt from past days or even weeks on it which they still will use to prepare customers food with. There is also a Romanian lady that makes every pizza for customers that also is very unhygienic she never washes her hands or even wears gloves I have also caught her picking her nose on a few occasions whilst making pizzas I recommend this store particularly be closed down it is a Muslim runned branch which favours only Muslim which I'm not.
