Absolute terrible service. Do not order from here. My First pizza arrived, Absolutely freezing cold and arrived 30mins later than time told. I gavethe driver the pizza to take back, When phoned back up I have a voice recording of them saying that they would remake our order and with an apology free side.. then waited again for another 45mins and phoned them I have another recording of a woman now that said it was already out and should be with me in the next 5-10mins.. Then waited another 20mins and called back and she said she couldn't see me on the system so I explained all again and let them know I had the recordings. Whole recording this call as well and they hung up on me.. and I have that recorded. Absolutely disgusting. And I've paid for the pizza that I haven't received. Do not order from here. This part is Edited 2 days later, we still haven't received our money back. Absolute terrible service. I will be boycotting pizza hut forever now.. this is the problem with franchises these days. Now they reply on here. I've already contacted customer service and I'm still awaiting an outcome. It's been more than 2 days now.

I had the most fantastic experience in a pizza shop of my life. First of all, and may I stress enormously, that the service provided by the chap named DJ was out of this world; in fact, it was the best service I have EVER received. In addition to the sterling service provided by DJ, the food was exquisite - I could not have been happier. By far and away, this was undoubtedly the best takeaway pizza experience of my life. If anyone is in need of a takeway pizza, they must look no further than Abeville road Pizza Hut and the first-class service of DJ. In my humble opinion, DJ, because of his exemplary service, customer service skills and general nice guy persona, deserves a pay rise and an OBE. My sincere regards, Harry Mahoney-Roberts

Haven't ordered from here in a loooooong while. Ordered a 3 for £30 offer ( all pan pizzas ) last night and I was at first pleased at the speed of delivery BUT that soon changed once we opened them up. All in perfect condition BUT soooo soft. I think they took them out the oven far too early. Back in the heyday of Pizza Hut, you could hold the biggest slice with one hand but these you had to use two to stop them falling apart. The edges were not crispy like they used to be. Disappointed and put a damper on my brother's birthday get together. Yes, it was a Saturday night and were probably busy BUT that is no excuse.

Today i had experience of trying Pizza from Abbevilele Branch, it was so delicious, i don't leave reviews usually, but the guy who served me, Dhruv, He was very polite and professional. Best wishes.

Risked it and placed an order as I was hungry and Pizza Hut usually tastes great. However there is a lady in the kitchen and if you are unlucky to order on her shift it’s inedible. It’s like everything is swimming is tomato sauce and really frustrates me as I was hungry and am now binning an entire pizza. I wish they would just keep the people that know how to make the pizzas on shift during peak hours at least 😔

my order got stolen by one of you're drivers I phoned the shop pizza hut Clapham and it seems likes ots an regular thing as the person on the phone told me he may have stolen the food this is unacceptable imagine of that was my last little bit of money to get food

One thing I'll say is that please package the oder when it's raining no one wants to get there food delivered to them wet, that's not good at all. Package the food to keep it warm.

Terrible customer service at 75 abeville road pizza hut branch. Spent £31.40 today as a first time customer and never coming back. The pizza was tasteless and greasy and they tried selling me dip for 25p each. Run!!

I wish there wasn't an option to give even 1 star to this service. I called for clarification nicely but they didn't do operate with us and sweared at us back. Very disappointed coming from Pizza Hut as it's a very respected and unique pizza restaurant and is not very kid-friendly 👎👎 Domino's is 10x better Never coming here again Xx

I waited a whole 20 minutes for someone to serve me and the place was very dirty . The wings are not edible they are spiky and very dry and are not cooked properly I am absolutely appalled! This is extremely unprofessional. The smell of the wings is excruciating 🤮.

Ordered from Pizzahut, Abbeyville Road, SW4, delivery driver rude, ordered half and half, no cheese on one half but came with no cheese at all, called up but was told it was my fault they don’t do cheese on half and half if one half doesn’t want it….WHAT? Order half and half many time and had cheese on one half, but hey fine will never order from them again!!!

Terrible Pizza Hut. My girlfriend and my friends wanted to order some pizzas to be delivered for my birthday. Instead we were told we have to pick them up from the shop. When we cancelled, two minutes after the order was made, we were still charged. When we tried repeatedly call back to then reorder, they didn’t pick up. We also didn’t get a refund. We spent £60 for no pizza and no refund on my birthday. What’s even worse is when we contacted customer service they said that they couldn’t issue a refund because the pizza was wasted. If the pizza was cooked in 2 minutes between the time the order was made and the time we cancelled, that has to be the fastest pizza made in history! I do not recommend anyone to order from Pizza Hut. Even the restaurants are pretty rubbish now anyway. There are plenty of better pizza places to get your pizza from in Clapham. Don’t waste your time or money on Pizza Hut. Terrible customer service, terrible management , terrible pizza now. Not worth it. Try papa johns or home slice. Way way better ! Pizza Hut is rubbish, not worth the effort !

I had to order 90 pizzas for a very large event and Oneeb the manager was very accommodating. The pizzas were delivered on time, still very hot and he also offered a great price for such a large order. We will definitely use them again.

Never using this place again - placed a £25 order that never arrived, called the place 5 TIMES and no one bothered to pick up. Had to order again from elsewhere. HORRIBLE.

The food is always really good but the delivery drivers keep keep getting lost which is why I only give three stars (just updated to four stars for the pizza chefs and store manager). I am writing a review to praise the current store manager (sorry I forget your name - Adnam? ) who has come to deliver personally twice now as his last driver just gave our dinner away to some random address last night. He turned up smiling and very apologetic although it was not his fault his staff cannot follow Google maps or call back the delivery order number. Had a delivery ordered, wrong stuff came to around £17.50 the driver took it back and they said they would refund me and they didn’t. Had to go through there website and they refunded me £2.49 and now they’re not even replying to my complaint wicked job pizza hut 👍 and I did try the complainants link and they did nothing 👍👍👍
