RYND in Wokingham

Visited for a family birthday meal. Service was very good and clearly a big pull is the cocktail menu. The cocktails were well presented and interesting. But I can’t relate to the other rave reviews about the food. The menu is very limited - basically burgers, mini pizzas or salad for a main course. Starters were a bit more interesting but nothing special and at the top end price wise. In the main indoor area - if you like a noisy atmosphere then you will be fine, but the music made conversation difficult. All in all I’d say distinctly average and the food is definitely not worth going out of your way for.

Absolutely brilliant especially in the pods. A good experience although expensive. Would go again for a special treat.

Returned 3 times in the space of 6 weeks, mostly focused on working my way through the amazing choice of cocktails on the menu. Sadly the drinks lacked consistency in terms of size, and amount of ice crammed in there. My last visit, only ordered 2 drinks because both were only a few teaspoons of liquid- the rest was ice. Also some delicious tapas style snacks, but again, hit and miss- the whipped feta one day was divine. But next order it was liquid with a few lumps. Fed back to waitress who commented “oh yeah” and no attempts to rectify this. Ordered same cocktail as my friend, and they arrived in different sized glasses, so different quantities for the same price. Hard to rate if good value or not. On a good day, it would be exceptional and I would return another 3 times close together. But with a different chef, it’s overpriced and no where near as nice

Fantastic quality food and great service. This is our second visit here and it didn't let us down. Great place to go as a family celebration with teenagers+. Lots of different choices of food to share and drinks. Thank you for a lovely night :)

Third visit to RYND and wasn't disappointed. The cocktails are outstanding, fresh and generous. The food is varied and always super tasty. But best of all is the friendly and chatty staff, who clearly love working here - it shows in their passion and professionalism. The server overheard us talking about it being 3 members of our groups birthdays (all within days of each other), and surprised us with complimentary brownies - this was a really nice touch that made our evening. They accommodated our request to move tables and nothing felt too much trouble. Our favourite place for cocktails and tapas style food in Wokingham. The team should be very proud of their service.

Cocktails were great, food was perfectly cooked and the service was great. All the staff were friendly and accommodated us turning up early and getting a table outside. Waitress recommended 2 plates and a side each which was the perfect quantity for us. Only reason it’s not 5 star is the food comes out in stages which we weren’t made aware of before. It was fine for us as we were sharing but worth noting if you order specific plates

This was the first time we have been to RYND…..and it was simply amazing. Fantastic food, drinks and service. We will definitely be back…..and it is now one of our favourite places to go in Wokingham.

Beautiful setting, pods outside, no charge. Had a vegetarian omelette. Made fresh, individually served in cast iron dishes, tasted amazing. Coffee was exceptionally good. Staff lovely. Good value for money.

Comms were great, greeting was warm and welcoming. Staff were attentive and friendly and the Mothers Day afternoon tea was tasty and generous proportions! Would go again!

Been here several times, definitely my favourite restaurant in Wokingham. The tacos and other small plates are so good and the cocktails always taste amazing!

It’s lovely here, spacious and light with a lovely brunch menu. All was really good, it was a shame it wasn’t busier. The only reason not 5star is that the ceasar salad wasn’t probably worth what I paid. It tasted nice but not hugely substantial....

As a vegan who does not drink alcohol, I have rather a different perspective than most on restaurants - I thought the California bowl had strong Japanese flavours - there is nothing like this in Wokingham, so it was a pleasant surprise.
