A little slow on service, but the poor girl was pretty much on her own. All super friendly though, and a nice place to eat. Limited menu, but great if you like burgers (which let's face it, we all do!). Highly recommend as food was really good.

A great stop for Lunch when visiting Camber Sands Ambience/Location: 5/5 Located a few minutes from the beach, they have plenty of outdoor wooden tables and beachy indoor seating. Service: 5/5. Very friendly and attentive. Food: 5/5 Wasn't expecting much and was very pleasantly surprised. The Fish and Chips was very fresh and the portion was Large. The Gluten free halloumi burger was delish and they even made sure there wasn't any cross contamination. The kids burger was a nice size and very good. Price: 5/5 Prices were very reasonable. Loved they don't hike up the price just because they are only one of a few good places near by. Overall, a great place to go for Lunch if you're spending the day at the beach.

Fast service. Food was amazing. We sat inside as we had a 3year old and 18month old so didn't feel safe sitting outside due to the road right outside. Menu is small but there is a nice variety. Fair pricing for items although we did only buy 1 kids meal due to the age of the kids and it was a perfect size for them to share. Food was really good quality.

If having a day in the sun on Camber sands beach is good then this bar and grill is even better. Honestly the nicest food I have had all week. This is a real gem especially when the sun is out. Camber Sands has one of the nicest beaches I've seen too.

Burgers are legendary. Amazing home made patties with lots of fresh ingredients. Every dish is made with attention to details. Prices are good too.

I visited this restaurant back in August this year, and I truly wish I hadn't. There was not much choice of restaurants around the Camber Sands Beach and I was hungry! The one star is for the staff - they were ok. But, the food and the prices weren't. I ordered a burger and salad. The burger bun was far bigger than the burger. And, the burger was not really appetising. The salad was something a child could put together - not appealing at all. I'm sorry but I need to speak the truth - had I read about the reviews earlier about this place I would not visit it! And, the price did not tally up with the food on the plate - I had to leave almost all of it - that's how bad it was :-(

There isn’t a lot of options for food around and this seemed like the best of the bunch. We had a fish and chips and a vegan burger, it does the job and kept us energised for more beach side exploration!

Very expensive for nothing special. Stop serving food very early in evening. Hilarious so called security from Pontins to watch though. He's meant to be calning traffic instead blocking people with his own car and littering the place up. Wouldn't return

Went to pontins(Camber sands), food(iffy). When asked the staff where to eat in the area was told no where good but to head to Rye. I like to wonder new place and came across Dunnes bar and Rye bar and grill. We where 50/50 both menus looked great and prices the same. Rye Bar was our choice and I must say I was very happy, food was amazing so yummy. I had scampy and fries (chips, yum.... skin on,skinny fries crispy 😍😋) mushy peas mmmm. Even the seagulls love the food, waiting for us to go for our scraps, if any. Other then food staff are lovely and friendly which is very rare being in hospitality myself. The only thing we were disappointed with was that you where not open on the Sunday even though Google said you where. Please update. Other then that, thank you for the lovely food and hospitality #LoveRyeBar&Grill 💜 You guys are underrated. 5***** we will be back. Also Camber Ale is so tasty need it back home. Food POISONING the next day all of us!

Visited this place with the kids for lunch. Service was really good and the gentleman serving us was really friendly. Kids enjoyed their food and we were offered a tale away box for the food the kids didn't finish. Vegan options available here including iced coffee. Would definitely visit again!!!

Me and my family was passing by from the beach and was very tired! Stopped to check the menu + prices. Menu had a lot of choice and prices was very reasonable! Was 7 of us, food was execellent - good size portions and value for money! Would highly recommend.

The bar here is very nice and then food is fresh and just to my liking the music is very nice I trust you to come here the staff is amazing and drinks are awesome and I have a good view of the houses next door

We have been at this restaurant with my family. The food was delicious. We don't know if the man was the owner who served as but he was so kind and friendly with as, he was working with passion. Deffinately will be back again and I do recommend this restaurant for everyone.

We found this place on Google, the food looked good and the prices seemed fair. I, unfortunately, really can't say anything positive after visiting. When we arrived we noticed the prices had been increased a lot, so this needs updating online. My "gourmet" burger was like rubber, full of gristle and grease, the oil in the fryer was not hot enough or clean so my chips had soaked in the oil and tasted disgusting and the salad in my burger was not washed. My friends had pretty much the same issue and the kids food was even worse. None of us ate much of our food. The manager was very rude, categorically stated he'd never had complaints, even though a lady at another table wasn't happy with her food. There was no apology and only £10 was refunded of the £80 we'd spent between us. I don't like knocking a local business but if you're wanting to go out for good food, please go somewhere else

This has the best fish and chips I have ever tasted. A lovely cafe/grill. Fab local Ales too. Defo a visit if you are in Camber.

Good service but we didn't really like the food.

We was a party of 10 and asked if a table was available. All tables outside were taken but all tables indoors were free. When asked if we could sit inside the manager said they couldn't accommodate us as he 'needed the indoor tables for later'. Will never give this business my money.

Walking in the burning hot sun today the 2 of us were hungry and desperate for a cold drink !! Wonderful Graham and Jenny gifted us a fabulous meal and huge iced orange juice. We are walking the whole UK coast path for charities mind and children in need. So this was such a great appreciated treat. The food was incredible fresh and the atmosphere beachy and lovely and the staff so welcoming!!! Recommend fully thanks guys 5 star !!

We ordered the burger, it was dry and average. Kid's burger was a good portion. Staff were not welcoming and abrupt and they charge extra for sauces.

At a holiday location no restaurant needs to put effort in, even when the food is bad people come… but not this place, absolutely not! The owners are SOOO kind and SOOOO friendly, the choice of food is HUGE and the quality and speed of service is exceptional. I would come to this restaurant anytime for eating outside and takeaway to the beach!! We can especially recommend the fish and chips (comes with salad!) and the ribs!

Burgers were very disappointing.Dry. Cheap buns. Baked potato was ok as was the falafel burger.

Avoid! £12 for two dry old baps with processed cheese and 2 cuppa's. Try the cafe at the entrance to the car park. It looked far friendlier and more to the point, the food looked tastier too!

Wow what a surprise visit that was. OK the place is expensive charging over £12 for fish and chips but this was a great meal. No costumers toilets available. Definatley would go back.

Food arrived freshly cooked and was tasty - we sampled most of the menu between us and everyone was pleased with their choices including vegetarian and vegan options. Recently visited this very friendly and welcoming restaurant. We are a family of 4, with two young children and we had an amazing meal & puddings. Atmosphere was welcoming and the interior was fun. We were very impressed by how we were treated, the staff were very helpful. The meals are well priced. The children's meals were great value. I had the vegetarian burger which was gorgeous (I can find them plain and dry normally) THIS BURGER WASN'T! Throughout our week, this was definitely our number one meal of the week.

The food from previous costumes were on the ground. The table was not clean. After couple of hours when I finish the lunch and spent one day on the toilet. On the base of my expenses the hygienic part is also bed.
