Rustics Cafe in Birmingham

A lovely little place that was immaculate and well presented, welcoming and friendly staff. Unfortunately when we visited, the coffee machine wasn't working, there were no milkshakes, and there was no chicken for a panini. Seemed that they were out of many items. That's the only reason for the down vote. What we did have was well prepared, we'll presented and tasted great.

Cosy environment, warm staff and excellent food. Toasts are well toasted and perfectly matched with avocado. Chai Latte and flat white were amazing, definitely would come again!

The food is lovely, however this is the second time ordering where they have forgotten a breakfast, a full large breakfast. After calling to make them aware we are missing a WHOLE breakfast they said we could collect it, not great as it defeats the whole point of delivery, then tells us to get a refund which we have to go through deliveroo for. Really disappointing that this has happened twice and that the customer service is so bad, as the food is lovely.

Been wanting to try this cute little cafe for ages, finally got to try it on my birthday the food DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Freshly cooked and was amazing! Quality of the sausage/bacon was lovely. The cafe had a lovely welcoming environment cant wait to try again.

1st visit today, staff friendly, food amazing, will definitely be back, our new go to for fresh delicious food.

Nice little cost street cafe with friendly faces.. Food is good and expect a quick breakfast/brunch with some snack bites on menu.. Don't forget to visit a small sellers spot with unique gift options near the pay counter..

Had the pleasure of experiencing this delightful little gem for a spot of Deliveroo breakfast, a top-notch cafe & coffee shop with real character and a top quality stamp. Our food was prepared and delivered in next to no time, excellent breakfasts, brunches, and lunches at very reasonable prices. (Sweet tooth can be equally satisfied) Food comes fresh and hot, with a signature touch of comfort, all you need to start your day! Officially new local regulars, next time we're popping in for lunch. 5*

The experience was so good at this all the staff were top notch but I have to say Megan I think her name was absolutely out of this world couldn’t have done more for me if she tried very polite very helpful. Thank you once again Megan

I had a such a lovely experience at this charming cafe today!! On entering I was instantly lifted by the Rustic quirky creative interior and the smooth vibes playing! The owner a local lady was delightful as of all the staff and we were made so welcome. That’s just for starters!! The brunch.. After feasting our eyes on the fantastic menu that considers all pallets we were greeted by the enthusiastic Chef who invited us to try her legend eggs Benedict.. We went for the smoked salmon & avocado and it was beautiful! We then had Coffees which were an experience in themselves as they tasted so good! So if you’re after a cuddle in a coffee, a luxurious brunch or lunch at very affordable prices.. I can highly recommend!!

Came across this gem of a cafe last Friday. I'd missed the train from Spring Road and the next one was delayed. I wanted a coffee and saw Rustics and was initially impressed by the exterior. The interior was equally impressive. The decor and layout is stylish, relaxing and all very welcoming. The young girl that served me was excellent as was the Coffee and the English breakfast which I decided to have. Will definitely go back. Can't recommend enough.

Visited here as a friend said it was a great cafe and he was not wrong, the food was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the prices considering how good the food is are very reasonable. I'm looking forward to going again very soon.

Friendly, welcoming atmosphere with great interior. Lovely staff, great food and excellent menu choice. We were in Birmingham collecting a dress and popped in for breakfast, the full English had a choice of eggs and the poached eggs were perfect! Would recommend to anyone. Deffos calling back next time we’re here!!

To celebrate national breastfeeding week, we took some mums out to Rustic's Cafe for coffee and cake. Mums were able to breastfeed their babies without being judged. The staff at the cafe were super helpful and the coffee was great...a gem of a place!

Popped into Rustics cafe today with my family for brunch and was pleasantly surprised by this charming little cafe from its quirky decor to its welcoming friendly staff. Offering a varied menu to suit all requirements,beautifully home-baked cakes and delicious healthy and traditional breakfasts. Complements to the chef! My last day in Birmingham before heading back to London and finished it with a gorgeous munch from Rustics🥰 amazing service, the cutest cafe I have ever seen and great customer service. Probably one of my most favourite cafes I have ever visited very unique and clean. Rustics Cafe you are fabulous ❤️

Nice little place with bags of caracter, staff very friendly and accommodating. Food excellent, lovely, fresh ingredients cooked to high standard (I had the vegan breakfast) avocado was perfectly ripe. Cappuccino spot on too. Il be back

A deep and meaningful coffee. Google Maps, thank you for shining your satellite on The Rustic Cafe, when I was checking out nearby cafes. It's been ages since I visited Acocks Green. I have rose tinted memories of the area, especially Acocks Green Bowl that I used to frequent as a teenager. Back in the 90's a game of bowling was £1! good times. I digress. As I walked through the tail end of Storm Eunice, I impressed upon The Rustic Café. The beauty of its exterior was like a warm glow. I entered and the warmth was upped a notch thanks to the welcoming staff. I took a look around to appreciate the interior, a clash of colourful, lacquered, rustic tables hit by ceiling strung, modern jarred lighting. It's a cosy place. I took a look over the shoulder of the staff to see a La Cimbali espresso machine... A lovely piece of espresso technology. I explicitly requested their finest flat white with latte art. The staff responded with "I'll try my best". A response I love to hear. I don't care how much barista training you've had, if you put effort into latte art it indicates to me that you care about coffee. The coffee isn't artisanal, but it was a thing of beauty thanks to the colourful ergonomic mug. I began chatting to the staff member. It wasn't small talk, it was a chat about life that delved into human vulnerability. I learnt a lot as a consequence. And I wonder why I love popping into coffee shops. I will have to return. The staff are soon to have barista training. I can't wait to see what latte art they have mastered.

Stumbled across this gem of a place. The cafe itself is set out beautifully and as for the food....exceptional value for money without any compromise on flavour, great choice of food and coffee was really good. Staff warm and friendly... All you could want from a local cafe and much more. Go seek them out.....

By far the best breakfast cafe I’ve ever been to! Coming here 3rd day in a row and the food let alone the Customer Service and experience has been out of this world. The hospitality, care, hygiene and thought into this cafe has been above and beyond and I highly praise the owner and staff. I ordered a full breakfast from Deliveroo, it came luke warm but I'm not going to score lower marks for that as I am 3 miles away from the restaurant, the food itself was really good! Sausages and bacon was of high quality, the hash brown was one of the tastiest hash browns I've ate which was a great surprise, the beans wasn't those thin watery beans you usually get at cafes they had a nice, thick sauce, mushroom was very good also, only thing I'll say is I would of liked two eggs and it says eggs instead of egg. Anyway, I will be coming back here as I really enjoyed the breakfast. Nice to see a cafe being genuinely tasty 👍🏻👌

Amazing little find in accocks green food was presented beautiful Ava smash and tasted great!! Not your regular greasy spoon. Very nice decor and cosy even coffee was beautiful I had a caramel latte.

Cosy yet chic, the cafe is beautifully decorated. The food is just as good, I have had the breakfast and the Sunday lamb roast 😋😋 Highly recommended!
