I had the vanilla latte and my Mrs had a green tea which we both enjoyed.

A hidden gem! Absolutely amazing small coffee shop, with such a calm and quiet atmosphere. Very good selection of drinks and their crepes are the best! All staff are very welcoming and lovely.

Nafi was at the Starbucks . I went there for the second time yesterday, and just like the first time, she took the time to explain the frappes to me. I really enjoyed my drink. Brown sugar shaken. 😊

A really nice place to come whatever the time. Had an amazing banana and Nutella Crepe and the Peach Iced Tea was amazing. They also had outdoor seating which was amazing.

A good little mom and pops spot to stop off for a hot or cold beverage and watch the world go by. Very impressed by the variety of drink options on the menu and the price is very fair. Lovely team of staff - I felt very welcomed.

I always come here when i'm in town.I have the apple and cinnemon crepe with caramel sauce.I also have the Mexican hot chocolate which is delicious 😋 It's lovely and bright inside and staff are polite and friendly.Theres also a nice seating area outside for warmer days.It is a lovely cafe.🙂

One of my favourite coffee spots in Birmingham. Never disappointed. Very fairly priced and everything tastes yummy. Coffee, cold drinks, pastries, and the best crepes I've tried in Birmingham for such a reasonable price! Sweet and savory crepes available. I love the apple and cinnamon and the tomato and mozzarella pesto. Indoor and outdoor seating. If you haven't been already you're living under a rock.

Best coffee in Birmingham, can't agree enough. Must try for coffee lovers. Come with cash if you order less than £5.

Fantastic coffee and lovely breakfast crepe. Stray just a few yards from the bullring global chain coffee shops for a far nicer, more personal experience whilst supporting a local independent business.

Hidden gem, wide variety of tasty fresh crepes, plus sandwiches and good selection of hot/cold drinks, spotlessly clean, cheaper and better than any local chain cafe. Comfortable seats indoors, plus lots of covered seating outdoors, selection of books too. Worth a detour.

I have been going to coffee time for years with my mother and I know all the staff by now. They are so respectful, hospitable, caring and considerate. The owner is such as nice and delightful man who prioritises his customers first and make sure he gives the best wellbeing fyor him employees.

Nice little coffee place, nothing special but great for a quick stop. Not mamy vegetarian options with food. Staff were lovely and polite. Seating inside is tiny. The Nutella hot chocolate was horrible just tasted like nutella stirred in hot water not even milk would avoid it.

My favourite place to eat in Birmingham first class

Great time at this coffee place. They offer a large range or sweet/ salted crepes and drinks with some specials. The lemon crepe was alright, preferred the jam and cream one which had more filling. The Mexican hot chocolate was definitely strong 🔥. Overall the staff is really sweet and it’s a cosy place. I would recommend the place

I love this place. I head for this place every time I head to town. It is clean and friendly. And the staff are very helpful. The drinks and food are excellent. There is nothing the staff will not do for you. And dog friendly.

I did not like the experience because of the racism of one of the workers, and I did not return to this cafe again

My go to place when in Birmingham City centre. Excellent coffee and the paninis are to die for! Also scones with cream and jam Seats indoor and out

Had a latte + mozarella/pesto panini here to dine in, both were tasty! The barista and people are very friendly, the decor is interesting, and the music is subtle. No more expensive than sbux or costa too! Definitely going down as my go-to treat place now.

Really enjoyed my time there, works great for a date. The pancakes were delicious, and my boyfriend liked the coffee they served too!

Absolutely amazing food and drink. The milkshakes are perfect with just the right thickness. The cinammom swirl bites are filling and warm despite their size. The mozzarella and pesto crepe comes with a free salad and is the best thing to ever exist. Staff are absolute sweethearts and clearly enjoy their job, why wouldn't they? It's an amazing place with an amazing atmosphere.

Belated ‘pancake day’ treat with my daughter. Lovely friendly staff, decent coffee and fabulous crepes - started with a savoury one but had to have a dessert one too as so good. And very reasonably priced.

Stopped at this place several times before work. Coffee's are excellent. Banana & Strawberry smoothies are fantastic. The service and staff are top notch and really friendly. What more could you want. This is how a coffee shop should be done.

Stopped by and sat in for a hot drink and light crepe. Very tasty. Outdoor seating is available perfect for sunny days like today. I’ve been here before for a takeaway. Really enjoyed my little drink and snack. Friendly staff and they know their regular customers names and what they like. Very sweet. I’ll try the spiced Mexican hot chocolate next time. The one in the photo is coconut syrup latte. Delicious.

Can't believe I never knew about this place before. I had a pancake freshly made for me in the time it usually takes me to queue for a stale bacon roll! Hidden gem!

This is my favourite place for a hot drink and cake I love that you can sit right in the middle of the hustle and bustle but enjoy a peaceful drink with a ciggie and stretch to a piece of cake something to eat

This is NOT the "Best Coffee in Birmingham". It could be, with the right barista working the espresso machine. This quality could easily be improved with a little staff training. What Coffee Time does offer is nice service and comfy seating.

Popped in for a pit stop. A little oasis of calm just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Birmingham. Compact and clean. Just about warm enough to sit outside in November. Excellent value for money, friendly service. Lovely cup of Earl Grey with a Nutella pancake and brownie to recharge our tired legs. We took some of the mini cinnamon rolls home, delicious!
