The spot is excellent for indian & Nepalese food to takeaway. The owners mentioned that small restaurant will be opened in July 2024 to celebrate 50 yrs of ruchita. Great indian food. I'm sure restaurant will be success

The delivery was due to happen at 18.15. The delivery guy eventually turned up at 18:40. The quality of the food was rasonably good however we were missing the Onion Bhajis. I tried to call them on three seperate occasions - the line was constantly busy and there was no opportunity to leave a message.

Mediocre curry had 4/5 small cubes of lamb and the rest sauce. was over and hour and a half to be delivered and they didn’t call me to tell me it would be late. Nothing complimentary after i had called twice either. Poor really. Oh sorry... decent onion Bhaji

Forgot 1 of the pilau rices had to wait 30 minutes for one to be delivered. Lamb was horrible and chewy in the rogon gosh was it even lamb?? Murgh massala-was NOT chicken tikka! Completely disappointed and will never ever use again. Such a waste of money.

We are all really happy with food, my wife said it was the best chicken tikka main she has had. Will be ordering from here again!!

The food was AWFUL - some parts were inedible. To be fair, the rice and bread were ok, but that's about it. The meal was cheaper than others we've had recently but it only stands to prove that you get what you pay for. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

I dont normally leave reviews but this place had such good reviews so left me with high hopes. Whilst the food was edible, it wasn't the nicest curry we've ever had. It was very bland, the only thing that was nice were the popadoms and yoghurt sauce. Didn't rate the mango sauce or lime pickle. The delivery I had to chase and was surprisingly just "leaving" the kitchen just as I called. Wouldnt recommend, nor use again. Sadly disappointed.

I ordered a madras and it was the hottest madras I've had in my life the food was lovely from here could have done with a bit more spices in it but overall was excellent

I really disliked the flavours of the food - sag aloo tasted like an ashtray for some reason, and the other dishes lacked flavour.

food was ok a little bit plain was meant to be a hot curry but was as about as warm as a korma. It tasted nice just needed abit more spice and rice was a bit dry

These guys got the order wrong so I called them up so they could rectify it. They told me because they were based in New eltham, it was too far to come out again to Lee even though it was their mistake. Disappointing, couldn't recommend. What a shame.

We've ordered from here a few times, being at a university round the corner it's always been quick and easy to get food. The staff go that extra mile when delivering the food to the campus e.g we left a note and they sent a text back and delivered us a free bottle of coke. Staff are always friendly, food is delivered before the states time, just a really enjoyably ordering experience. Will order from here more often because the food is good too!!

All the food was delicious, but the description of kebab roll says 2 kebabs in the roll and they gave 1. Hardly okay when you display something you have to provide that as you guys said.

Again only gave one kebab in the roll instead of two in the description for the option of food. Food wasn't cooked properly, threw up all night because of the korma. Waste of my money. Disappointed and contemplating not buying anything from here again because honestly their service is slipping.

Usually very pleased with my orders from this takeaway, but they've become careless, my curry had a 1cm oil flowing on the top that I had to take out, even though I precisely made it clear I have a heart problem which means I cannot eat oiley foods. Disappointed..

The guy who delivered the food was lovely, however the food was not. Bit flavourless and lacked spices. Korma way too sweet and Bombay aloo tasted like nothing. The naan was very good, though.

Omg this is amaaaazing. The guy sang a song when he came to the door, it was lovely. There must be some aphrodisiacs in this food because I had a fantastic night. Would defo recommend!

Ordered 2 vegetable samosas with pilau rice and madras. The samosas had hardly any vegetable in it, they filled them up with potato and the madras was cold, the beef was sub-par and it wasn't very spicy at all. Won't be ordering from here again.

I am never a curry expert. I tend to randomly just choose a dish and hope its nice, therefore always regretting it but this time these guys nailed it. Chicken dansak. Was the one. Good curry.

An unusually poor meal from these guys - they are my local favourite takeaway. Food marked delivered on here at 7.35, turned up at 8.02 (1h13 for a 4 item order). Rang to check all ok - mentioned just-eat and got interrupted and told "delivery driver is out goodbye" and hung up on. Curry really (and unusually) oily, as were the bhajees. First bad experience here - will go back but hope it never repeats. Will also avoid Mondays in future!

Food was rubbish and taste nasty, chicken was still pink! And the poperdom was hours old! U couldnt break it like you should be able to u had to rip it and it wasn't eatable at all. The sauce was not the mint sauce was garlic nasty! The delivery was 15mins late. Never ever again will i order from here yuck. High for food positioning lucky for us wen we see the meat was pink we did not touch the food but did check all out!

Yet another stunning meal from the Ruchita, delivered slightly earlier than they said the max would be, really fresh and piping hot. Food tastes, flavours and qualities were as always spot on. This is my go-to for Indian takeaway.

Was early, all hot but just no taste to the chicken tikka masala and korma had a lot lot better normally really nice but tonight did not cut it, and the mint sauce taste like bubblegum?
