Ruby has been a favorite family take out for many years. Always friendly. Always quick with fresh food.

Great place fantastic food awesome staff

One hour twenty minutes after being told 45-1 hour. Only after phoned did it mysteriously turn up 5 mins later after 1 hour 20 mins. Chicken S&s totally over cooked and stringy . More onions than beef in the old curry. Shame as I had heard good reco.

Great family run business where customer satisfaction is top priority to them, everyone loves eating from Ruby's. We only have our Cantonese from here. Lovely people. Quick delivery times and the Singapore fried rice is amazing 👍

Been going here for years and always had excellent food. Don't be put off by the outside appearance....the food is delicious.

22 quid for an oxo cube and a bit of pasta....no flavour no taste 2 maybe 3 pieces of chicken went in the bin

Been here for years on and off as was great..ordered a special chow mein ..my noodles was not noodles they had been chopped up into bits (like my 3 year old nephew was round and chopped chopped) and not much meat that you used to get but paid same price?..no rush go back

Favourite Chinese takeaway to use, always nice and fresh.

Tried today for the first time in many years. The food was good hot and tasty. Only criticism would be the rice was very pale for Yung Chow fried rice.

Awful experience and I do not recommend this takeaway. Ordered special fried rice, very pricey, but definitely NOT special. It came with 90% boiled rice and a really small amount of meat. It was so dry with just a little bbq sauce - dreadful. Please avoid. Yuk sung came full of large onions - vile. Chips were under cooked and full of salt. Curry sauce really runny, awful. Not sure if they no longer have a qualified chef but recommend you avoid; plenty of good Chinese places in Telford.

Google shows open till 23:30, get there at 23:10 place was closed and on the doors written home delivery only. Tried to phone them with no luck. Very upset. Will never come back here

Not happy at all. Phoned for an order. Wasn't told cash only. Get there and they then tell me at 11pm at night. No local cash points around that are open. Don't know the area and Google wasn't much help. Drove for twenty mins with no luck. Told them I'd pay cash transfer to a bank. Said they can't do that so they've now got to waste a load of food because of their negligence to tell peoppe its cash only. Ordered from another place that's open thankfully. What a waste of petrol.

Went in tonight had a chicken chow mein it was lovely nice fried rice as well will be returning I think also very friendly man took my order only feedback I can give is make sure you express it's cash only please just to avoid disappointment

A great shame but this place has gone down hill. Was THE place I always used. Ordered tonight, the rice was bland and not cooked as well as usual, bbq sauce was thin and weak and the chips were as if they'd been boiled. I'll not use again sadly

Easily the best Cantonese Takeaway in Telford , always greeted with a smile and will always modify a meal to your preferences. The foil contains are always very full . Over the years I have tried most if not all the Cantonese Takeaways but I always come back to The Ruby. It’s the best.

Worse meal I’ve ever had.. Singapore chow mein was disgusting gritty chemical taste 99% noodles 4 prawns and very other little content.. Will not use again.. seriously gone down hill ! Tea time RUINED !!

Last time there today and it's really sad. Food has always been good and you were always more expensive than the rest with justification however your price increase is just too much to warrent a take away Chinese. Most dishes average around £7 and to charge £7 for the mixed sweet and sour balls makes you more expensive than London. I don't know what your justification was behind it but my custom will go elsewhere and I hope you understand the reason why. I hope others don't do the same. Thank you for being my Chinese for the last 5 years but it's time to explore for a new one. I wish you all the best and loved the food I ate.

Not used ruby's in a while, food was pretty good curries not as spicy as our usual takeaway but would use again as had a big order staff were polite and it was done pretty quick and everything was hot unlike others we've used

Not the best place at all. Staff are ok. The delivery times are terrible.. over priced and the food is shocking.

Will never order from another Chinese after having a takeaway from Ruby’s. The food is absolutely outstanding and super tasty, as well as the service - all of the staff (especially the main man) are so friendly and accommodating. The delivery time of the food is very very quick too. Best Chinese me and my family have ever had!
