Order takeaway, told about 45 mins after waiting nearly hour and half decided to cancel just before it arrived. When plated up it was stone cold. Phoned to complain told next time you order will give you a discount. Don't think will be ordering again

food was very nice and the staff were very friendly

Have been coming here for years and still come on a fairly regular basis. It's a cosy little spot with very good service, food is excellent. There is also a 'take away' option available.

I had a lamb dupiaza from here last night and I can honestly say it was one of the best I've had. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good Indian meal at a fair price.

Great place where you can chat easily without people being too close to hear. Lighting about right. Staff very courteous without being oveeattetive and not rushing you on. Great choice of food which was delightful. Could do with offering a 0% alcohol choice for the drivers.

Tried 2 new curry's tonight passed on from a friend of mine. Lamb Shabuz & Lamb Handi Melt in the mouth lamb, really enjoyed it. Definitely 2 new curry's that I shall order again. Delivery time was spot on aswell 👍🏻

Second delivery and absolutely awful, came cold and juices all over bottom of bag ran all day ver my worktops, no sauces sent with pickle tray. Food cold will never order again. Takeaway driver very friendly that’s the only good thing about the order

We have been regular customers here for some years. Last two times we have attempted ordering for delivery we have been told that they’re too busy and are not covering our area anymore. The staff were rude and did not appear to care that they were losing custom or value us at all. Asked to speak with manager and they did not offer any customer service either! We have now found a better Indian that does deliver to us and food is better!

The waiter was rude and unhelpful, the food was cold and we got some starters but some didn't we were in a party of 10 adults and 5 children. It's usually lovely food but last night 28th October it was shocking .

We come to rubeez from Rotherham so it's a good drive and last night was my daughter's birthday so was 15 off us and I have to say the food wasn't much good the Currys were cold and tasted burn

Lovely meal freshly cooked and hot with warm plates too, just right!! Staff welcoming and friendly as always!

Unfortunately we went on Saturday 23 sept 2023 we will never return as 3 out of 4 of us ended up on the toilet very poorly all day Sunday in to Monday lost a days wage so I would not be going again

We ordered our tea from Rubeez tonight and it was absolutely lovely. My prawn puri starter was hot and tasty & my son had mixed tandoori starter (only 5 pieces) but nice. My chicken tikka balti was the nicest take away balti I've ever had and my son loved his chicken tikka korma - the rice and naan were hot and fresh and we both said (after a lot of other disappointing take away curries recently) that the food was fab!

The restaurant environment is nice and comfortable. The waiter is friendly and helpful. The food quality is good "Tawa Gost" and "Garlic Naan" are very yummy and suggested. The second suggested dish is "Shahi Lamb Tikka" with rice. The lamb is soft and tasty.

Went with my daughter, not been in a while. The decor is good now, everything we ordered was beautiful. Tandoori prawn starter was delicious (pity there are only 3 of them for the price - I thought they were the only item that was a bit expensive) Chicken tikka pakora, bhajis, Chiken tikka Korma & the Rubeez chefs special were gorgeous. The egg rice and nan breads were the best I have had in a long time. Highly reccommend and will be definitley going again.

What a smashing meal. 10/10. From starters to mains, to little chocolate at the end, absolutely corking Indian.

We have just had a delivery of what you might say is a curry id say it was more like a soup no way could that be called a curry 🤔 Garlic nan was like hard rubber. I'd like to say we ll try this again but it's a definite NO thanks but no thanks...

Had many takeaways. Food is usually good.but really frustrating pay more get less.for example.tiny mint sauces and watery its really tight.and ask for more and charged more money for tiny sauce.dont think I will bother again

This is our favourite Indian. The staff are always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The food is always amazing too.

The chicken tikka madras was amazing, so much flavour, a fantastic experience.

Always had great food from here but last time I called to order the person on the phone was so rude. Gave my address and they said they wouldn’t deliver. Ordinarily this would have been fine but I’ve had deliveries from them to my address for over 6 years. So I decided to query why and was again told that where I was was too far away but the person on the phone relayed the address back wrong and I corrected them. They refused to accept that they had the address wrong and insisted that that was where I was instead of where I actually live. What baffles me is that they actually thought that they knew where I lived better than I did! I’ve lived there for nearly a decade now! Such rudeness has ensured I will be boycotting this restaurant from now on

After a few months since my last visit very nice surprise new chairs and colour scheme and a very nice warm welcome from the staff as usual. A really excellent bargee starter with salad tomato cucumber onion well presented. Veg curry was really nice with chunks of potatoes coliflower carrots beans onions.in a mild sauce, Ticka chicken dansack with pineapple Fairly hot but so tasty and the service was spot on.another nice touch the plates came red hot so your food didn’t go cold. Tarka daal.rice and a very tasty garlic bread. And 20 people in at 6.30 is a good sign. If you have never been please give it a try you won’t be disappointed.plenty parking in front of the shops.

Just an update to say thanks so much guys for making my surprise 60th a night to remember. We all had a grand time, hopefully see you when I'm 70!

Was told I couldn't order anything as there to busy and I live to far but I have ordered from there before and not had a problem will not be ordering from then again as I think they are very ignorant

Fantastic restaurant. The service is Excellent! And the staff were really willing to help and improve your experience. The food is delicious. I had the chicken biryani and thought it was full of flavour and the vegetable curry that compliments the dish was delicious. I Would definitely recommend a visit. The restaurant is clean and refurbished and there is a nice atmosphere as it does get busy in the early evening. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you everyone for your service tonight!

Love this place, owner Is lovely as is all the other staff and food is amazing. My daughter likes to help clean up afterwards and they always make a fuss of her and give her lollipops would definitely recommend 👌

Not been for many years,but it was worth the wait.lovely bhajee with a fresh salad with tomato and cucumber not served at a lot of restaurants. Vegetable curry with a good selection of fresh veg good portion. Chicken tikka masala in a really tasty sauce .a thin crispy kulcha Nan with garlic rice. Very good portions and reasonable prices. . Nice to have a few minutes between each course . A really enjoyable meal.

Went last night the food is always five star.

Not eaten here for over ten years but thought we’d give it a try as our regular Indian just isn’t as good anymore. Service was great and food was excellent, we’d highly recommend Rubeez and will return.

A really lovely restaurant, one we have visited several times and have takeaways from on a regular basis. We had a table for 14 family members aged 7 to 88 years! Everyone was impressed with their meals, they arrived quickly, were piping hot and not much was left ! The staff were all really attentive and it made for a lovely evening, especially the little surprise birthday cake they presented the birthday "boy" with ! Thank you Rubeez, we will return !

Been using Rubeez for over 15 years for takeaways and eating in, still our favourite place to eat. Had loads of different dishes from the menu and never had a disappointment. Staff are great, friendly. Service always good.

Just ordered from rubeez. Ordered a garlic rice with my order which is one of the main parts of the meal, never received the rice and said they can not come out to deliver another one, shocking customer service. Also order 2 poppa doms , no dips or sauces come with it which is standard for an Indian, man on the phone was very rude, surprised he’s still employed with the way he spoke to me!! Will never order again.

Always get our takeaway from here. I can't fault them. Deliciously nice and always great priced

Been going for years. Nothing here is a problem for the staff. Relaxed and chill environment with a little music. A great menu catering for all palates. I base a good Indian on its Korma, and this is a nice thick and creamy dish. Very tasty to mop up with a garlic nan (and rice). I would recommend trying some of the chiefs specials…im currently working my way through them!

We're blessed with a number of good Indian restaurants in the area, however Rubeez is number 1

Visiting Sheffield on business and I fancied a curry. After looking at lots of reviews I decided on Rubeez. After getting back to my hotel room, and unpacking it was apparent the main meal was swimming in oil. This had leaked all over the bag and other contents. Not to be deterred, I wiped it all down. The chicken Jalfrezzi was as previously mentioned swimming, and when I say that it is not an exaggeration. I got some chicken and what sauce I could. Keema rice was okay, yet after my first mouth full I couldn't really eat any more, my mouth was so greasy it was unpleasant. Put to one side I opened the chicken chat, and again it was very oily Not pleasant at all, both dishes were bland, not at all spiced. The keema naan was of good quality. Overall a very very poor meal, All tied up in the carrier bag and thrown away. A complete waste of a journey and worse still a waste of money. Steer well clear if I were you.

Waited 2 hours for a delivery which after 6 phone calls never arrived "we're extremely busy' I was told but the food never arrived I will be visiting the restaurant tomorrow to express my views on the appalling service

The food here is delicious, whether eating in or having it delivered, we have never had a bad meal and every member of staff is friendly. The restaurant is also really lovely and clean and meets the current guidelines in place for social distancing.
