Had a chicken shish tonight, normally very good, tonight was very salty, staff tried it and said was fine and it's my taste buds, didn't offer any apology or conclusion. Disappointed!

We had a chicken shish, lamb doner, cheesey chips and regular chips. The salad was all very fresh and the chicken shish and lamb doner were absolutely delicious! The chips are pretty average but the kebab makes up for it. Will definitely be back!

Really kind staff always come here for food

Arrived, fresh and on time. Portion sizes were great, went for a family platter type meal which included rice and chips. Definitely recommend, used this restaurant several times and never disappoints on quality.

Kebabs were excellent and everything was delicious.

Not great. Basically had to put together my own kebab. all came separately. Burgers limp, chips soggy. won't order again.

The donner wrap is not a wrap... it's a giant burrito! It was amazing!

Best food around quick friendly service

Absolutely the best kebabs in the area. The chicken shish kebabs are stunning, full of flavour and moist, and so good quantity. The chilli sauce is also great though don't use too much! And the quality of service, speed of delivery is second to none. Can't wait for the next one! : )

I really wasn't impressed with the quality of the food!

Food was awful. Normally my favourite place to get a takeaway from. The waffles where cold, no actual strawberry or chocolate sauce on one the other one has no strawberry just sauce no bananas and no chocolate sauce. Cheesecake was frozen so couldn’t eat that. Highly disappointed

Only got a salad to eat as the order was messed up

Royston best grill definitely the best food I have eaten in Royston . I have ordered meat feast pizza, the dough amazing !and the toppings were very fresh, and full plater, the kebabs were very juicy, delicious and well cooked. The service provided is amazing the staff is very welcoming and friendly. This place will me my everyday go to. Thanks Guys!

Milkshake really good Pizza would have been much better if hot, however as driver struggled to find flat it was luke warm

Food was late and cold - would not order from here again

Fantastic service. The driver delivered the pizza on time and as we were out at the time of it being delivered the driver waited for us when I told him to leave it on the doorstep he insisted on waiting for us as he didn’t want it to get cold. He didn’t have to do that, absolute gentleman.

Food was tasty minus the tiny piece of pineapple in the burger which was a shame. It was also a shame that it was 20 minutes late. Why am I paying £5 for delivery for my food to arrive an hour and 25 minutes after I order it! Ridiculous

Royston best grill most definitely lives up to its name! It is the BEST kebab shop in town without question! The staff are super professional and friendly and the food is amazing! I have never had a bad meal from them! If you’re unsure or need to town I would 100% recommend!

Food was great, good portion sizes. Very expensive though. But also, we was having a few people round for drinks and take away, we made 3 separate orders and all paid £5 delivert each. Got a phone call saying they realised the orders were all at the same house and would deliver them altogether. They did deliver them together, but didn't refund for some of the delivery charges? It all came together so i dont see why not

Not had food from this restaurant before because it is more expensive than others in town but will defo be going back worth the money food was amazing.

It's said its been delivered and we still have an empty table, think isnt good enough.

We regularly order from here. We aren't in Royston, so it is a bit of a drive for them to deliver but the food is always lovely and hot and on time. Staff are always friendly too, many thanks 😊

I live above this place.. I have done for 5 months I order once a week . Never late . Always fresh .. they never forget my order . They are a very well organised family run business and , best pizza in town . Much better than dominoes . Lawrence

Worse kebab ever!! The salad was off and smelt awful.

The chilli cheese bites were overdone and tough which was a shame but otherwise all good as always!

I ordered 2 pizzas and both were completely wrong and are ice cold, I ordered sauce with both and they’ve come sauce less. The only part they got right was my drink order.

Just had my meal delivered. Totally wrong. Last time I buy anything there. Word of advice don't order lamb shish, it's very poor quality.

We just ordered a pizza and a kebab. We were notified quickly of the time and there wasn't long to wait. The kebab was really good as you assemble it yourself so no soggy bread. The salad was really fresh. The pizza was great too.

Great place to go after a good evening when you need to fill that space after a few drinks around Royston Town.

Everything was great apart from the pizza was incorrect. We ordered a margarita and received a hawain with sweetcorn which my daughter wouldn't eat.

Ordered on just eat waited over 1 hour after saying it had been dispatched when spoke to shop very rude and aggressive. Delivery driver also extremely rude. Definitely would not use again

So the driver has given my food to some one else and I have contacted them and they was rude and could not do anything for me so they have just taken 86 pound of me and I haven’t got my food I would like a refund

By far the worst food I’ve ever had from a kebab shop! Overpriced, tiny portions the lamb was rank literally fed it to the dog and felt guilty doing that. Shocking.. Pay twice as much now to get much less and appalling quality

Firstly no drink food was not nice at all the salad box had far to much onion and red stuff all in the bin.

Hubby enjoyed a kebab at lunchtime today. Chilli sauce was superb.

The donner has no flavour and is not very warm, the chicken kebab is full of grease and the curly fries were cold and stale,, normally we really enjoy it from here so may try again in hopes this is a one off

Delivery driver was friendly and arrived about ten minutes before the ETA. The food itself (pizzas, chips, BBQ chicken strips) was really nice, non-greasy and the portions of the sides were generous. Probably the best pizza outlet in my local area, will definitely use again.

Unfortunately, the food was delivered luke warm and the chips were chewy. The food is normally a lot better than we received tonight
