Royal Star in Liverpool

It was on Sunday and it was shut when it says it's open online 😂 an I'm a nice person and everytime I've went in they sound so rude and don't want to be there the lad who works there is sound and he makes u feel happy and wanting u come back and ino it's just a milkshake but where it's in Liverpool one and with it being facing the cinema they'll be losing sales like an it's all about the customers and I only get orea milk something quick to do and if you don't like the job don't work there 🙌 or least act like you love working there

Waited 20 minutes for 2 cookie doughs. Got home and opened these, not even baked, absolutely disgusting. Not only that, it must be the smallest portion of cookie dough I’ve ever received for £6.50 each.

Tried that new beef thingy. The content was enjoyable, but I hated that crispy hard bread or whatever it is. It’s so hard, and eating this left me sore gum, it was like rubbing my gum line into concrete wall. The shop could do with some more regular cleaning.

Half an order received, restaurant not arsed. Don't buy from here, tried to blame delivery although package was sealed. Apparently they've been busy.

Food was vile, we thought we'd give this place a 2nd chance but food was worse than the last time! Ordered salt and pepper noodle box, a box of noodles arrived with cheap like frozen chicken strips in, (100% not fresh, all uniform in shape and size too) 1 spoon of soggy veg, probably frozen, none of it was fresh, would not order again!
