Great food and service, highly recommend them!

First time ordering a take away from royal spice, it was delivered as near to my preferred time, which was great considering England were playing. The food was superb best take away I have ever had, and I have had quite a few, lovely pieces of chicken breast, tender and good size portions, no grease in the sauces which was great, bhaji were good and crispy, Bombay potato was excellent couldn’t fault the food at all.

I ordered online from here once and it was amazing so I decided to get it again. I paid in cash with £20 as my order was around £17. The driver took the money, didn't offer change and left. As well as that, when I started eating, I noticed a thick black hair inside my food. So not only was I down money, but I also had to throw the food away. I am very disappointed and would no longer recommend as the service, food safety and hygiene was appalling

Wow, wow, wow, I heard great reviews about this place, so glad I gave them a try, absolutely fantastic, bhaji’s, rice, bread & most importantly of all the curries, tikka masala, jaipuri, dansak, all amazing, will definitely return, highly recommend, top class Indian cooking.

We made our first order yesterday, ordered lamb biryani, lamb madras , rice , keema nan and bombay aloo, and it did not disappoint, we will be ordering more from this place. The spice kick was good. We don’t often leave reviews, but on this occasion , this will definitely be our go to cuisine now Thank you for your service

Updated review. No change to my views and opinions. In the time since I last ordered and thats a real positive. This time ordered collection online and again , food ready as I entered. Original review below. I placed a telephone order for collection and was told within half an hour for pick up. I arrived slightly earlier and on entering the staff were very polite. The takeaway itself was clean to a very high standard. The meal was on time. The food was cooked to a very high standard , all items correct. I went for onion bhaji, a chicken dhansak with extra chilli, vegetable rice and a peshawar naan. I couldn't fault it. Highly recommended and I hope this takeaway gets the footfall it deserves.

This place is bloody lovely, don't let the outside sway you, we live around the corner and always order from their website, they offer great discounts and loyalty points, food is fabulous and they are super friendly to boot, they deserve all the success from this so please, if you are in our area, order!! If you are 5 mins around the corner go pick it up, don't waste their time on delivering, they have got good food to cook! Thank you local curry house of mine! You're great!

Not had a good indian meal for a long time. This was brilliant and great to add things for the Kids.

Food from here was exceptional my new go to indian, not just your typcal meat and sauce has lots of added ingredients.

I made an online order for the butter paneer and saag aloo. The order was ready to go when I arrived at my time slot and the person who served me was lovely. Unfortunately for me I made the error of believing the butter paneer would be similar to how butter chicken is made- a delicious creamy red mild sauce. This version of it however is not that, it is a very buttery and coconut flavoured dish. Which is not my thing at all. I couldn’t eat it. The saag aloo was good however. Just be careful what you order and read their menu throughly.

Lovely food again. Ordered for the in-laws visiting and they loved it too. Poppadoms as crispy and fresh as you could want for, good-sized portion of onion bhajis (and nice, crispy salad), and tasty mains (lamb dhansak and chicken tikka masala)..

It took a long time to get my food, when it was finally delivered it was stone cold, I had a message to say my order was on its way, the restaurant is 5 minutes away and it took 25 minutes that’s why it cold not happy.

Food was late,some of it was lukewarm and my chips were missing

Honestly the best thing I have ever ordered from justeat. Portion size was huge, was so flavourful and the meat was cooked amazingly. Parents live round the corner and got them on it as well, highly highly recommend

Poppadoms fresh and crisp. Good size portion of onion bhajis - three medium-sized round bhajis. Lamb Dhansak hot and sweet with a good level of heat. Lamb was tender and sauce thick with whole lentils. Recommended.

The food wasn’t worth £37 the burgers tasted warmed up and my chicken meat was hard and crunchy so didn’t eat it. Very disappointing

Lamb Passanda was the best I’ve had in a long time , with the lamb falling apart and the sauce was amazing. Sag aloo and mushroom rice added to the tasty tea - would definitely recommend

Disgusting food. Ordered a vindaloo kebab and it come with tomato sauce and mayo!! Phoned them up and they said they would deliver a pot of vindaloo sauce!! Who is going to have that combination? Burger tasted strange. Bhajis were dry and undercooked, the only thing what was good about the whole thing was the delivery time, but they are only 5 minutes away.

I never leave reviews but I felt I needed too. Chicken Shashlik and a Naga we ordered the food arrived perfectly cooked and hot , plenty of meat which we have found with some places you get hardly any. Very flavourful, 5 stars would recommend.

No taste nor any spice at all very bland didn't eat it

Do not use them. They did not deliver all of food ordered, when I called they told me they would bring it back out, which they didn’t. When I called the next day they hung up on me. Food was nothing special and service was terrible.

Been here twice now and both times excellent food. The staff are fantastic. Just one question,will you be doing a hot/chilli sauce on the vintage kebab?

I popped in and ordered a good variety of dishes for a family dinner. Everyone was really please with what they had. The mixed grill was fantastic and a really decent portion that comes with spiced rice and naan. The Rezala and Jaipuri curries were well spiced and both were really tasty, as was the Pasanda. This place has only just opened and with friendly staff, good food and decent portions, I for one will be going back again to try more from the menu !!

Live right around the corner so the place is very convenient. The food was made quickly to order and was very nice, staff were very friendly and welcoming and it was an all round very pleasant experience. Definitely intend to try this place again.

Ordered a lamb dopiaza over the phone with mushroom rice and keema naan. Was outstanding lamb was beautifully tender and I livw very local so will be eating from there again. Not too expencive but could be a tad cheaper if collected.
