Very bad service for making pizza. They burn the pizza which is not eatable. There is a lady who is very rude towards customers, she looks like nepali or Philippine. Very bad service now a days. Before they were very good for making food but now they have changed a lot.

Good tasty food. I would recommend everyone who are chicken an pizza lovers. Freshly made dove of pizza in the store itself. Love their Peri Peri fries. Almost everything is very tasty an delicious. Yummy food. Price is cheap compare to other fast food.

The options clearly state “3 Rice” is included in the meal. However, the store disagrees and states that the menu is incorrect and this specific meal deal in store is only 1 rice and continues to only deliver 1 rice box. SERIOUSLY!

staff behaviour is very unprofessional

The staff need to be more humble and cooperative with the customer. The behaviour is below average. Need improvement and also they we not seem to be experienced to handle the customer.

Waste of money... Chicken quantity is very less ... Chicken on the pizza is like adding some toppings on the pizza ...not worth it .... And pizza is also taste less ..... I recommend not to come here ...

Pizza was rubbish, cold, and greasy, chicken was cold and tough. I came here to get food for my family, ordered the pizza a whole chicken deal, told the cashier that we need the pizza bigger and she informed us we would be charged extra, so we paid. 15 minutes later when the food was ready, she informed us that she forgot we asked for the upgrade and made the small size, we said okay can you add another pizza or something to make up for it as we paid and asked for the bigger size, she said its fine. Another 15 minutes go by, she's made the other small pizza and tells us we have to pay for this. Bare in mind we've waited 30 minutes and the rest of our food has gone cold...not even a discount or nothing.

Spicy Veg pizza delicious. But very small sections for dine. Most of times Tabls are dirty.

New place thought we would try it out unfortunately the peri peri whole chicken was very dry to the extent that it hurt the teeth to eat it. The peri peri burgers were good though perhaps because of the sauces. The peri peri wrap was also good but was absolutely tiny. Hopefully they will improve the chicken and business will thrive.

The burgers and Pizzas are tasty. I like it and also the good price.

Worse place ever ! Never will be returning. Myself and my Brother ordered 2 Grilled chicken fillet burger meals. The fillet was certainly NOT fresh , they are buying frozen chicken I can bet on that ! The texture was rubbery ! No taste and wasted our money and more so time. Also the lady who served us she was rude , Philippino looking as never gave her name. How are they even open. I can’t believe the Publjc are getting robbed.

Horrible employers, so rude I asked for wings and they asked if I wanted spicy and I said yes and then they made it and it was grilled I wanted fried but instead of accepting theire mistake they started arguing with me. Extremely rude people and disgusting

The chicken was grilled to order, and combined with their peri peri sauce (a choice of hot or medium) was absolutely delicious,whilst the fries were properly cooked, tasty, and not at all soggy, as can happen in other places. Remember to expect a little longer wait for your food as it is cooked specifically for you. Secure bicycle is plentiful, with racks half a block south, a block and a half North, as well as a set directly opposite on the other side of the road. Back again, chicken as delicious as usual, fries still good and crunchy.!

Got order wrong and terrible service

First experience was amazing 👏 second time chicken tasted like came from a different breed 🐔 third experience chicken tasted like rubber band, chewy, it made me feel sick and so I threw my order in the bin. I won't be returning for a fourth visit. Btw, there's a terrible smell of sewage on the customers side of the till coming from the toilets 🚻 I told staff and the response from the manager was.. "if there's no blockage in the toilet then there's no smell!" I guess that also explains the rubber chicken menu.

I always pop in and order their 7" pizza with piri piri chicken, pepperoni and spicy beef .can fault it.delicious and only £2.50 .give it a try

Best pizza in Hayes Town at the moment. But it must retain the quality to retain the rating. Just enough spice. Good price and sufficient cheese topped up. Thinner than deep pan and a touch more than thin crust. Currently you are looking at £7 for large pizza which is fairly good size and sufficient for 3 people to share. Free street parking available nearby

Just eaten in the royal peri peri & pizzas. One of the best places from take away. Rise deal with 8 chicken wings, big size pizza less then £12. Nice taste. We enjoyed, however even were in this area for first time and wasn’t sure how will be our experience. After trying it, be order one more pizza . Thank you for quality. (Mind that food is very spicy)

We placed an order for peri peri wings today and requested for some extra sauce. when we got home and opened the takeaway to eat. There was no extra sauce rather it was extremely dry, burned and disgusting. When we called them to complain , they said its because the food been waiting for too long but sadly this wasnt the case. If their was any extra sauce that would just not vanish by the time we got home. Will never order from this place again. Extremely disappointed and annoyed with their rediculous service.

Being a regular customer I can recommend their pizza 🍕 the only reason I am giving 4 star because they're using less toppings on their pizza. Prices are nice as well

Their grilled chicken burger was really nice and fresh. The fries were also really nice. The cheese burger however was not. It didn't taste fresh. I would avoid the beef based on my experience of the cheeseburger. Otherwise this place has a 5 star hygiene rating and is cheap.

hit and miss, I only usually go for the peri peri full chicken can sometimes be really nice and sometimes dry with not much masala on it, depends whos preparing it. Everyone working there should be strict with the standards, meaning the food should always be nice and not let down by one or two careless staff
