When you call a lounge premium and are made to pay £50 for it, you expect there to be more space more seating than the rest of duty free, and there should be good food. Instead this just felt like sitting in a Starbucks. There isn't a barista The hot food was just undercooked wet bacon, wet sausages, overcooked scrambled eggs. The water and juice station had tepid warm drinks (how hard is it to add some ice cubes?) The crappy coffee machine is set to burn your coffee so even the safe espresso options tasted awful.

Wilfred's customer service was amazing. Just what was needed before the flight. Cannot wait to stop by the lounge again. Thank you Wilfred.

What an amazing lounge. Food was delicious and a massive variety to choose from. Scrambled eggs and pastries were amazing! Excellent staff and nice and clean.

the staff here are super friendly and want to help you unplug from the chaos of the heathrow airport. the view is wonderful and relaxing. it was really clean too

Came to lounge before my flight and the service is great, great staffs and pleasant atmosphere. Only thing I wish it could be improved is the menu. Food has a great taste but no much options available. Overall good 😀

Janet was particularly kind, attentive and sharp. Highly recommend her and I was impressed with her cheerful attitude and demeanour.

Great experience! Sat at the bar and was served by Edwin! He was phenomenal!! Never had an empty class and was extremely catering!!! This was a true priority lounge experience! Edwin was the greatest!

Great place to relax before your flight, recommend booking in advance as you get to sit the VIP area and the staff will look after you. Nancy was very friendly and got us drinks from the bar.

The food was very disappointing and had a strong smell, the drinks weren’t all free as they were saying before booking. The service was really good and Wilfred was really helpful. Would definitely not recommend and we wouldn’t come back!

It was in fact crowded but we found seats by the bar. The food was very good and bartender Abdul was lovely and professional.

Breakfast was ok. Sausage, bacon, egg and beans along with croissants and cake. Abdul at the bar was super friendly and helpful.

Was here for morning flight so samples the breakfast on offer. Scrambled eggs and the sausages were very poor. Tasteless. No toast and the bread is of low quality. One of the toilets were disgusting and hadn't been cleaned. Would expect alot more from a Plaza Premium Lounge. Wasn't busy which was nice, chairs etc all quite comfortable. Food really needs an upgrade though.

We’ve used this lounge couple times and the experience has been good, the staff is helpful and friendly.. Raimundo Vias was warm and welcoming so the lady at the entrance.. sofas were comfortable too.. overall a pleasant time spent..

Mr Wilfred made my stay at the Lounge worthwhile. He catered to all my needs. He promptly and courteously followed up every request. I’m very impressed with the service here.

It was busy so we had no seats in the beginning but then we grabbed a couple chairs at the bar that opened up. Our bartender Abdul was very friendly and easy to talk too. We felt welcomed. Thank you for the great service Abdul! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our time here. We had pre booked seats so we were seated straight away on arrival. The variety of food is minimal but sufficient for purpose. Our waiter Eldrich was brilliant. He looked after us with excellent care. Thanks so much Eldrich.

The food is a joke, They only have 4 items and they are all gross.It is very packed, they will let you in but good luck finding a place to sit. They dont even have a toaster. The smell isn't pleasant. Do your self a favor and do not go.

Worst experience i ever had in any kind of airport lounge ever . Completely full lounge and the staff was keep bringing more people in without explaining that there is no seats available . Some customers was entering the lounge without checking in in for free , zero attention from the staff and extremely busy . I would give less than one star if i could

The lounge was nice, we sat, we had drinks. What made the occasion was Janet at the bar, look out for her she’s great, set our trip off in the right fashion.

It was a bit crowded but Abdul was extremely solicitous and was so kind to our daughters. Great experience. Traveling is always stressful but Abdul made it a little less so.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. We were flying at 12:30pm so checked into the lounge just before 8am and it was already packed. There was a very small and cramped section for those who had booked like us and then the rest was a free for all. They kept letting people pay to get in but there wasn't enough seating so people ended up just standing around. The food option for breakfast was very poor. There was sliced bread but no toaster, a very small selection of cooked breakfast items which was really poor quality and tasteless. 2 of our party were vegetarian and there was nobody to ask what the veggie option was so they ended up having beans on bread. The bar staff were rude and you felt like you were being a pain asking for a drink. The toilets were tiny and as the place was so packed there was a massive queue the whole time. They say us by the bin which was full of uneaten food, most probably because it was inedible, so it stank. A really poor experience and I would never book with this lounge provider again. Save your money and don't bother paying over the odd for a really poor experience.

Rubbish lounge. Not worth going in, especially during peak season. Small selection of average food, stale looking salad and fruit in the small fridge. Not a lot of seating for a terminal as busy as T5. The UK sucks at airport lounges.

Went in on credit card privileges and wouldn't say no to a refund entitlement. Very low brow (especially for Heathrow), food barely acceptable, very bad layout, bottom shelf drinks. Very Disappointing.

My husband and I stop by whenever we have a layover in LHR. Edwin’s hospitality and professionalism, friendly demeanor, and overall attitude was immaculate. We enjoyed chatting with him while waiting for our connection. Cheers! 😀

Extremely poorly managed. Instead of allowing travels in up to capacity, they overcrowd the space and do not have beverages/food to support all the excess. Only recommend coming in if it is part of you AmEx or Priority pass because otherwise you may pay €50 for no reason.

Very poor selection of food and quality is also very low. Small and overcrowded. If you have time and plan to have at least 5 drinks, then maybe it's worth it, but overall, it's one of the worst lounges for sure.

It was a horrible experience they could not find booking. When we got in the food was not as good as last year. We had booked passenger assistance. The time got to 15 minutes to gate closure. The screen in the lounge for flights was useless. It did not have up that our flight was delayed.. they could not contact passenger assistance. It caused my wife a lot of stress.

I spent today 2 hours at the lounge and had a great experience. The service was great especially Janet has been helping me with everything (dont get me started on the delicious Aperol Spritz she made me). My experience was very good.

Loved the food the beet root salad was so good and the hospitality Janet, Enrich, wilfred and desterina ws really heartwarming. Great job there
