It’s a great lounge to relax before our morning flight. Our bartender Eldrich is very friendly and helpful!

Very good experience, was entered quickly and got a seat at the bar. Eldrich the Barman was very helpful and kept my drinks stocked the whole time!

This place changes everytime we go there its either very quiet or like yesterday packed to the rafters so much so we could not find a table or seat so ended up leaving and getting a refunded pass . Other times we have been , have you booked They ask No so you need to come back later. Or as yesterday just pile on in eventhough there are no seats. This lounge needs sorting out and should be adults only . Quite honestly the lounge is to small and not fit for purpose compared to others we have visited.

Super crowded. Not worth it even with free entry. Rather go to a nice restaurant! Nothing premium about this premium lounge.

The worst premium lounge I have ever been to. Internationally and also within London. They don’t even have seats inside, its super crowded and small. They don’t care enough to let in only the number of people they can accomodate and will let you pay anyway to go inside! Don’t go!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the airport lounge (Heathrow, plaza premium) , and while the food options could have been better, the service provided by Abdul was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Abdul greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and made our experience much more enjoyable. Despite the limited food selection, his attentiveness and willingness to assist with anything we needed more than made up for it. Thank you, Abdul, for your outstanding customer service!

Abdul gave us an excellent service and kept our drinks topped up. The food was mediocre but would get your by when you’re hungry.

Good lounge with great service. Our bartender Augusta was excellent and very friendly. Food was good and service was speedy.

Very poor lounge. Food is bland beyond belief. All the main dishes were tomato based pasta, so definitely not worth the best part of £50 per person. Servers were quick to clear tables though. Definitely avoid and buy food from inside the airport. Place was also very much oversold. Very limited seating.

Although the food options were very limited for Heathrow being such a large airport the one thing that was out of this world was the service. Most lounges I’ve been to have been self service drinks but Abdul went above and beyond to ensure my experience was amazing. Although my flight was delayed I still enjoyed my time in the lounge all thanks to Abdul, he always ensured my glass was full and was so kind and always keeping an eye on me. He was amazing and If anyone from management sees this, please give him my compliments. I am a frequent traveller through Heathrow and although this was my first time trying this lounge… it definitely won’t be my last all thanks to Abdul. Thank you. 🙏

Wilfred looked after me and I had a good experience here. Very peaceful! But it was late at night. Would suggest the food could be improved but the service was great.

Wilfred was really helpful and great. Unfortunately the food was not very tasty and had a strange aftertaste. Also not much choice for kids food.

Wilfred was attending to my 5-year old daughter and I. He was very attentive and super accommodating. He was so very kind and pleasant during our stay.

This is the most disgusting lounge I have used. My wife went outside to use the washroom as they were cleaner. One of the workers washed a pot for the food and left it on the counter. IT WAS STILL DIRTY INSIDE! Drinks were warm. All the tables were dirty. They overfilled it instead of making people wait outside until there was more room. I did not eat a thing as I was disgusted. Just sat and did not move. What a waste of two of my lounge accesses.

Food was not great. The food options were a bland pasta and a Spanish stew also bland and that only tasted of paprika. The rice was lukewarm and overcooked. The whole place is dark. The lights are very dimmed.

We had a great experience at this lounge. The attention to detail and care Eldrich puts into his Job is great. He really made our visit a memorable one.

Lots of food just not present for over 30 minutes. The chips were cold. Toilets dirty. Would not recommend. A poor show compared to European airport equivalents.

Met a gentleman called Wilfred and he treated like the prince of Wales. It was an incredible lounge experience and made my super long layover bearable.
