I’m currently at the Plaza Premium Lounge, and while it’s a lovely location with great potential to be a quiet and pleasant retreat, I have some reservations. The lounge can get incredibly busy, especially since Revolut card holders can access it for just £20. This has led to a crowded environment with no available seats at times and long waits for food and drinks. It’s a shame because when it’s quieter, the atmosphere is quite nice. Hopefully, the management can find a way to balance access and capacity to maintain a more comfortable experience for all guests.

Genuinely one of the worst lounge experiences I’ve had. Food was terrible and scarce, no flight boards. Being greeted at the bar with ‘yes’ rather than pleasantries. Plugs so hit and miss at working. Good Bloody Mary so that gets 1 star. Really glad I didn’t pay for this.

I decided to take the plunge and book a lounge for the first time, thinking it would be my personal oasis before my trip. Spoiler alert: it was less paradise and more a scene from a low-budget horror film! Picture this: I walk in, and I’m greeted by a buffet that looked like it had seen better days—dry cucumbers and limp lettuce that seemed to be auditioning for a sad salad. To top it off, the place was so overcrowded that finding a seat felt like hunting for a unicorn in a haystack. I was lugging around my hand luggage like a reluctant pack mule, and trust me, carrying that extra baggage while trying to sip lukewarm coffee isn’t exactly soothing! Honestly, I would have been better off hanging out at a nice restaurant, sipping a cocktail and pretending I had my life together. At this point, I’d gladly fork over extra cash for actual food and a comfy chair instead of this chaotic lounge experience. Next time, it's a fancy restaurant for me—because sometimes, you have to pay for peace and veggies that don’t look like they’ve been through a tough breakup!

Marginal improvement on the other lounge at T5 - that's not saying much though. Tables were dirty, every single plug socket seemed to be broken - mentioned in many previous reviews but still not fixed. Food was ok - we arrived when it had just opened so it was fresh - sausages, bacon, beans and scrambled egg available. Croissants were nice. Coffee was good from self-service machine. Staff friendly. Constant annoying flight announcements being loudly broadcast didn't make for a very relaxing experience and as it got busier it started to feel more like a doctors surgery waiting room than the "premium" experience we had paid for. Overall not worth the cost when you could have a good quality meal and drinks at a proper restaurant for less £. Heathrow really need to up their game with lounges. It's embarrassing for the UK's busiest airport to be showing this low standard to tourists.

‼️‼️‼️AVOID‼️‼️‼️ I’ve been in a lot of lounges and this one by far is the worst. First of all it’s overcrowded! Usually other lounges cut off after a certain amount of people to avoid over crowding. But this lounge does the opposite. Prioritising money over customer satisfaction, which is terrible as a lounge is meant to be peaceful and stress-free. I bought this up with the staff, and they could not care less. No empathy towards the situation, and no care for customer satisfaction. Loads of people were standing up eating their food and drink. I would not recommend this lounge to anyone, due to the overcrowding and non-existent customer service. Edit: I’ve just seen the response you’ve given to me and I’ve see the same message copy and pasted from other reviews, saying you’ll “take this comment seriously and make improvements” when another review said it was the same over crowded place a month ago and it’s still over crowded!!!! To the people that’s still reading this, this company does not care about any of their customers! ‼️‼️‼️AVOID‼️‼️‼️

I had a wonderful experience at the Plaza Premium Lounge, and I want to give a special mention to Edwin Fernandes. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. Edwin went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. His friendly attitude made a real difference. I genuinely believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding service (a raise wouldn’t be out of place!). No crowd control at all. Check-in was seamless no wait but there seems to be no communication between front desk and lounge team. Many tables were held for reservations, understandably. But there was no more space to even stand. Several guests just standing around hold luggage, blocking pathways. A hazard for sure. All the guests waiting were free-for-all pouncing toward any space that freed up. I decided I didn’t want to stand in the middle of the paths blocking other guests anymore so left. On my way out I saw them still admitting more guests (there’s no line up to get in) so I let the check-in girl know there is no more standing and barely any walking space. I monitored and she had the audacity to continue admitting non-reservation guests in. I suspect this is intentional. I grabbed some snacks and made my way out. It was much less stressful to sit at a gate.

Not one to complain, but this has to be one of the worst lounges I’ve been to. Started with a surly gatekeeper and they jam packed the place. No crowd control. It was a waste using my membership. Save the $37 they would charge you for a walk in. The other places in the airport are probably much better. The food was bland, although I’m pretty sure that’s just the way the English make their food. Priority lounges used to be exclusive, but now everyone can get in….

Many minuses. A dozen or so seats reserved, the seats have been empty for an hour and there is nowhere to sit. It is not fair where you pay for entry and you cannot sit down. There is more space outside the waiting room where you stay for free. The minus is the dirty surrounding tables and sofas. The lady collects the dishes and that's it. There is no one to wash away traces of food and coffee. The advantage is comfortable seats if you manage to sit in them for the waiting time. I would like to point out that the waiting room was not busy, the problem lies in the reserved blocked seats in which no one sits for an hour. It is not fair. If you have to pay 20 pounds for this, it is better to go eat breakfast in a good restaurant on the airport premises with that money.

I have been to this lounge a few times and it gets worse every time. I feel bad for the people who pay to come in, I wouldn’t. The staff do clear tables promptly which is really as good as it gets. The food area is often untidy and it looks like hygiene is not up to par. The food quality is shocking, you are better eating elsewhere if you want a meal or wait to eat on the plane. Hospital food is more appetising. I’ll come for a quick drink only and thankfully the bar staff are pleasant.

Honestly I don’t why tho is called a lounge. They let you in without being able to offer you a seat. Toilets are dirty, food in existent. People were queuing to get a cheap sliced pizza which was gone in 10 seconds. It’s more like bus station in 3rd world country then a lounge at Heathrow. First and last time I will step in the place.

I've never seen such a bad lounge in my life. It's more VIP to be outside than inside. The food is horrible, the service worse. Half the electrical outlets don't work, you have to be lucky where you sit. The Wi-Fi is bad, everything is dirty, and you can't even drink water from those dirty, smelly glasses. Absolutely terrible experience today. Lounge was overfull and they just kept letting more people in. Finally got a table and 2 seats to be told by a member of staff that one of the seats was reserved at an empty table. No clarity in her discussion or that of the manager. We kept the seats as there were more than 20 empty supposedly reserved seats empty whilst lots of people standing. Staff member was extremely rude to us and everyone else- kept her name badge tucked away at all times Only one extremely slow coffee machine so huge queues as morning and lots wanting coffee with breakfast Food was ok Do not waste your money on this lounge- the only thing ‘premium’ is the name!

I had the truffle risotto and a glass of red wine. First of all, the risotto was completely overcooked, similar to porridge, and didn't have a single truffle in it, just truffle oil. That's slightly misleading and, in my opinion, not acceptable. The service, however, was very responsive, gave a discount, and brought Parmesan cheese, which at least livened up the dish a bit. As for the restaurant: it's a bit noisy, but the seating is comfortable and you can charge your devices via a power outlet. That's acceptable.

Popped into Caffè Nero recently and was served by a lovely young barista wearing a headscarf. She was super friendly and efficient, even though the place was quite busy. My drink was spot on, and her warm demeanor made the visit really pleasant. Great service like this makes all the difference—thank you! I didn’t catch her name but she wore a headscarf and maybe she looked Arab but I’m not sure but please make sure she gets her praise for the good service 😊

Always a pleasure to come here, staff are quick and friendly. The gluten-free options are really helpful for pizza lovers like me who are allergic to gluten. I love everything about this place. Definitely a 5 star, 100% RECOMMEND.
