Always a pleasure to come here, staff are quick and friendly. The gluten-free options are really helpful for pizza lovers like me who are allergic to gluten. I love everything about this place. Definitely a 5 star, 100% RECOMMEND.

He was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. When we had a specific request that wasn't on the standard menu, Farid didn't hesitate to see how he could accommodate us. He was proactive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. Food was good for fast food joint. Tasty and greasy as it should be! Really friendly to the point service, can’t fault it - even got a reminder to pop in my license plate for parking. Very patient with my loud and proud child. Atmosphere was okay, it’s a bit dead in there so would just advise for a takeaway.

OK, about what you would expect for a Pizza Hut.

Walked into Pizza Hut Hayes expecting a casual dining experience, but instead was met with a manager who flat-out refused to give us a table, stating they "don’t do walk-ins" and told us off for not booking in advance. There was no attempt to accommodate or even offer an alternative wait time. Instead, we were made to feel like we were in the wrong just for showing up. The tone was dismissive, and there was zero customer service ,no courtesy, no empathy, and certainly no hospitality. It’s no wonder Pizza Hut branches are closing down when this is the kind of experience people are walking away with. In today’s competitive food scene, treating customers like an inconvenience is a sure way to lose business. Hugely disappointing.

Best service I’ve ever had & amazing food

Welcomed by a miserable man more like interested in his phone than us, served by a person who refused to take my order as I couldn't use the app, there is a ticking time bomb of limited time parking (you will get fined if you want to stay longer, but they treat you so poorly you just want to leave!)and then the wrong food arrived but they didn't change it for us. DO NOT GO HERE, find the nearest Nandos for a better experience

She was incredibly attentive, efficient, and provided lightning-fast service without compromising on friendliness. Her warm smile and professionalism made our dining experience even more enjoyable. No complaints about the food either very tasty. Despite how busy it was, Shikat ensured everything was perfect our orders arrived quickly, and she checked on us just the right amount. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it truly shows. If you’re looking for speedy, top-notch service with a welcoming attitude, ask for Shikat she’s amazing! Pizza Hut is lucky to have such a dedicated team member. We’ll definitely be back, thanks to Shikat.

Don't argue with Mohammed you will only get pushed out and met with hostility I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut, especially since it was meant to be a celebration of my birthday with my kids. We were excited to enjoy a special meal together, but the evening quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. I requested vegan cheese topped with goat cheese due to a dietary intolerance and followed the instructions from a staff member on how to modify my pizza. However, I ran into problems when trying to check my order, as the system only allows you to verify it after payment. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, Mohammed, I was met with rudeness and hostility instead of assistance. He raised his voice and dismissed my concerns, which left me feeling disrespected. When I asked for a refund, he reluctantly acknowledged my request but seemed eager for us to leave. Unfortunately, after visiting another establishment, I found out that the refund had not been processed. After I called back, I was told it would take 3-4 days to process, leaving my family and me without a proper meal on my birthday.

While the pizza was satisfactory, the manager's service was wholly unacceptable. We mixed up our order and gave us a wrong pizza and promised a refund which never came

The service recieved here was good to an extent the only negative thing I have to say. We ordered a sharing meal which comes with two pizzas and four salad bowls. There where four adults and two 5 year old children with us. One of the adults did not eat pizza being allergic to cheese so would only eat the salad and then again with the kids they would only eat a few salad like cucumber and tortillas. When we asked for another bowl we where refused as it was not the policy to give more than four bowls. Which I totally understand but should make an exception depending on the situation. The pizza we got was a goats cheese and veg one, they both where hot on receiving. I would go here again as nothing wrong with food but if I was with the children perhaps I would go somewhere else.

It literally says on the website in black and white to call up if your booking is 11+ and they will ‘work something out. I’ve attached a picture incase you have forgotten. I Tried to book for my child’s birthday meal and the manager was beyond unhelpful and rude. A blessing really because we would have spent hundreds of pounds on no doubt bad service and food. Your loss and we will take our 22 booking elsewhere. Pizza Hut do better.

Really nice atmosphere, not as busy as other pizza huts around the area. The quality of the food is really good and the staff are very friendly. The toilets were a let down as they were unclean.

Great service by one of the members of staff there, processed my gift card very quickly and explained what deals were on offer.

Pizza Hut restaurant is not good anymore, I was there customer since so many years but now it’s totally change it’s not worthy. I get two small potions chips it was very small portion fir fries when I ask them they said it’s standard portion of chips McDonalds £1:20 chips is much better than that. ice cream was like ice no taste it was crunchy water was frozen with that, in salad no pasta in drinks No Pepsi or Coke was available. I ask about sauce they have just tomato ketchen no garlic sauce or any spicy sauce, I just wasted £68 there I realised restaurant is not busy on weekends even, Now my family decided no to visit pizza hut restaurant in future it’s waste of money and Time

Food quality was good. There is no customer service. They didn’t greet properly and even manger the way she speak very rude.

We placed an order for two pizzas, and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to be delivered. The pizzas were horrible—cold and hard. We could barely eat them. Extremely disappointed and will never order from here again.

Disgusting PARKING FINE TRAP. Stayed for 30min and got a £60 fine for not registering your plate. No one will remind you this! I've contacted Pizzahut and made an appeal. The management also won't help you if you mistakenly parked here and went to the next door McDonald. They have a very confusing parking space layout which leads you to think they share the same parking space. Avoid this McDonald's and Pizza Hut at all costs! I will never visit again! Utterly disgusting business. The disgusting parking fine company managing this is Met Parking Services Ltd. As a response to the owner: I’d consider a second chance for you if you are able to refund me the £60 discount rate parking fine I paid. But no, you won’t help me!

Opted for the new pepperoni melt with high hopes. It was okay, although very salty so not sure I would order again. Besides that the food was good, good temperature and fast delivery.

Rather busy with minimal staff. The salad bar is not nice at all. So many items not available or appetising. The pizza was ok but I have had better in other Pizza huts.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and swiftly seated. The waitress explained the options and how to order and everything was really pleasant and smooth. The food was great and the salad was fresh! Credit where credit is due, a really great example of Pizza Hut and how hospitality should be. I’ll certainly return if I’m in the area again. Can somebody please put this place out of its misery and close it down so a Nando’s can take over. When I visited the place was empty but I could see why. You only get 2 hours parking which you can’t increase even if you are willing to pay. You have to use the app to order. I ordered tap water from the waitress who was rushed off her poor feet serving no one. She informed me that she had placed the jug of water and glasses by the drinks machine and I would have to go fetch it myself. Why she couldn’t have just brought it to the table I will never know. Really poor service. Also I have never seen more of a sad salad bar in my life.

Bad service, no help with allergies just threw a book at us, no help with ordering , online ordering is a pain in the neck. I can imagine older people being unable to order. Staff needs training.

Like other branches, it offers different types of pizza and pasta. They have a pizza buffet. If you come on weekdays, it only costs about 11 pounds. You can eat pizza, pasta and salad all the time. If you don’t eat a lot, it only costs about 11 pounds. You can order a la carte, but the price will be about the same. My friend said that if you want to eat a special kind of pizza, you need to order a la carte, because the buffet only provides about two to three types of pizza, and there are not many kinds of pasta. But if you only look at the price, you really can’t find that in the UK. Cheap buffet. The restaurant environment is very comfortable, and you can sit in a very spacious place. Although you can find more delicious pizza restaurants in the UK, if you only discuss the price, he is really the first choice. The store has its own restroom, so if you are hungry after a long drive through the airport, you can come here to eat.

Just eat driver delivered the wrong food and sped off when I tried to tell him. Just eat won’t refund me, I couldn’t eat the food due to allergies and now I’m £25 out of pocket. Really really poor! Shocking behaviour!

We went last night and have not been in years and service was so poor. We were seated quickly and given menus. Then the gent who seated us seemed to dissapear. We were sat there about 20mins I was going to go find him when I found the QR code on the table and we ordered ourselves. It says go to the salad bar so we did buy there were no bowls I asked for them and all that was clean were these little red kids ones, ok no problem - but the salad bar was basically empty, except for the stale nachos plenty of those, so had to ask for a few bits to be topped up which they were. Then had to ask for our drink glasses as they still hadn't arrived. The sides came out like they were starters then 1 of our 2 pizzas came out we were half way through when the bloke who had originally seated us appeared to say the 2nd pizza they had had to remake as it was burnt. Finally got that and had had maybe 2 slices when were asked if we wanted a box for the "left overs" we had only just got it. We also had pudding as it was included in the deal we did the cookie dough pudding is pretty good. The food was ok but the lack of service better to just get it as a take away.

Have not been here for years(many years before Covid)I actually fancied a Pizza so I went here today. The food was delicious,I had the Gluten Free Meat Feast Pizza which was delicious,the Salad Bar was tasty,fresh and well stocked. The Ice Cream and Sauces for the ice cream were really delicious too. I love the Ice Cream and the Salad Bar concept especially together. The BBQ Chicken Wings were delicious. Nostalgic and Cool atmosphere,nice decor,fast and friendly service and it was clean everywhere.

Haven’t been here for years . Lots of changes . When we arrived we were asked to register the car before dining, at the laptop . That done, you only have a 2 hour slot of parking. We arrived at around 3.55pm so it was early and not that busy . You now have to pay and order at your table via the barcode App., Although, there are waiters around to bring you the food and plates etc., The kids plates are now plastic . Which I thought looked horrible and cheap . Once you’ve ordered from the App. You will then be given a bowl and your drinks glass. I hate ordering from an App. Going to any restaurant is all about the interaction between me and the waiters not an app. After ordering our food came I had the Lite bite flat bread with chicken topper it Inc salad and drink £9.99. Although on menus it looked like £19.99. It was average tasting . We had to keep an eye on the time to make sure we weren’t over the 2 hours parking limit. Which really didn’t make us feel comfortable. The place just lacks atmosphere back in the day this place used to be packed . They e had so many menu changes and now it’s just boring the pasta portion is small but their prices keep going up it is expensive . I did notice no straws . The ambience of the restaurant is so good that it makes you feel right at home. The staff are very friendly and the food is amazing. As a regular customer, I want to thank all staff for their patience, kindness and compassion, especially when it comes to dealing with special need children. Pizza was overpowered by the bbq base, too much bbq base sauce that you couldn’t taste the ingredients. At the most, 2 pieces of pepperoni were on each slice, at times 1 & a half - 1 piece of pepperoni. For the price from original Pizza Hut and not a franchise?; would of been same from a franchise or maybe better. The price and the amount (less) toppings you get, you are just eating Doe! Terrible experience and I’ve punished myself twice now from Pizza Hut Lombardy retail, Hayes, Uxbridge road

I visited here today and was very pleasantly surprised by how attentive and hospitable the staff are here. The entire restaurant was clean very well organised . There was good ambience about the place . The staff accommodated to my needs as I was there with kids very promptly and warmly. Fatima was taking care of the service on our table. Food came looking perfect and swiftly. Left happy with my choice of venue today . 10/10

Me and my family enjoy Dinning at pizza hut, we are always welcomed. The food is always great and good dessert. The atmosphere is always nice and calm. Kids get some activities to do while food is served, e.g. pens and colouring books.

Nice atmosphere, fast and helpful service. Delicious ice-cream but no Smarties. Good salad bar refilled regularly. Ordering via the app rather easy. Clean, not too loud, parking available. Not the cheapest dining.

Part of my order was missing. The meal deal included fries. I didn’t receive them.

6pm on a Fri eve, it was pretty quiet so we got good attentive service from our waitress Fatima. The food arrived piping hot which was fantastic. I hope they can introduce a wholemeal base too at some point for that extra healthy treat!

I in bold writing wrote no onion or garlic on the food( due to religious reasons) to replace it with chilli. I requested the food be delivered hot and when it arrived the Pizza box was unsealed and opened as they didn't stick the label down properly and the pizza had onions on it. I called the restaurant and they said I have to go through Just Eat. I want my food not a refund. Very dissatisfied with Pizza hut and Just Eat. I would like an explanation please.

Great to dine in at Pizza Hut. The pizza we ordered was a chicken fajita one and it was bursting with plenty of toppings and nice and cheesy. The desserts were ideal too.

I’m rating this 0 star review for the service as the stuff was so rude towards us, we had ordered combo deal which included (1 pizza, drink, chips, cookie dough and unlimited salad) due to the misunderstanding we thought that we had to take the pizza from the unlimited buffet, when we took the pizza from there and the staff came to our table and took the plate rudely, saying that it’s not included and instead of asking us if we would like to add it to the bill he took away the plate and went away, this was so embarrassing and humiliating infront of other customers in the store. I highly doubt that Pizza Hut will be around until the end of this decade. They seem to be making terrible decisions as of late, such as mobile ordering, which is not befitting of a "restaurant" and is much more akin to a fast food chain like McDonald's. This Pizza Hut "restaurant" had several issues: - toilets were clean, but are completely outdated - no straws provided anymore, which just ruins the drinking experience - dining chairs were unclean and worn out - starters are served at the exact time as the mains, meaning that food gets cold quickly - general atmosphere is lacking I highly doubt any of the aforementioned issues will be addressed, hence why I am never eating at Pizza Hut again.

Ordered £50+ worth of food , got a half and half pizza as my partner eats meat and I am vegetarian. Bit into a middle slice only to find meat under the cheese on the vegetarian. Mentioned to one of the workers which was very kind and helpful to get the manager. The manager came out and said he talked to the chef, it must have been "how I cut it" or how 'the chef cut it'. Tried to explain that's not possible when it's under the cheese. Nothing was resolved, didn't even offer to re cook a vegetarian pizza. Just brushed it off like it was nothing. If I was allergic what would they have done then. Very upset as I've been going since I was a small child.

I eat here all the time be it online order or dine in however after today iam taking my business elsewhere.I tried paying.for an online deal using 3 different cards and same error msg popped up so I called the restaurant. Nice guy I spoke to said no worries let me pass you to my colleague and all he'll broke loose.The guy was so rude from the get go, told me he didn't need to give me his name as I quote 'who are you , you are not the police I can't help you ' cut me off before I even finished my sentence and the hung up the phone.Wow top notch service there

They ran out of ketchup. Salad bar was low and was not fresh at all. Ice cream had only 4 toppings. Multiple jars had the same toppings. Not at all worth the money. Pizzas were average.
