I’m rating this 0 star review for the service as the stuff was so rude towards us, we had ordered combo deal which included (1 pizza, drink, chips, cookie dough and unlimited salad) due to the misunderstanding we thought that we had to take the pizza from the unlimited buffet, when we took the pizza from there and the staff came to our table and took the plate rudely, saying that it’s not included and instead of asking us if we would like to add it to the bill he took away the plate and went away, this was so embarrassing and humiliating infront of other customers in the store. I think this situation would’ve been handled with respect rather than disrespecting us. I would never visit this store again. Date 27/08/24 Time: around 12.30pm

I highly doubt that Pizza Hut will be around until the end of this decade. They seem to be making terrible decisions as of late, such as mobile ordering, which is not befitting of a "restaurant" and is much more akin to a fast food chain like McDonald's. This Pizza Hut "restaurant" had several issues: - toilets were clean, but are completely outdated - no straws provided anymore, which just ruins the drinking experience - dining chairs were unclean and worn out - starters are served at the exact time as the mains, meaning that food gets cold quickly - general atmosphere is lacking I highly doubt any of the aforementioned issues will be addressed, hence why I am never eating at Pizza Hut again.

The lady who waited us at the table was nice and professional and very quick the. Service was great and the food was amazing up to good quality standard enjoyed every bite

Ordered £50+ worth of food , got a half and half pizza as my partner eats meat and I am vegetarian. Bit into a middle slice only to find meat under the cheese on the vegetarian. Mentioned to one of the workers which was very kind and helpful to get the manager. The manager came out and said he talked to the chef, it must have been "how I cut it" or how 'the chef cut it'. Tried to explain that's not possible when it's under the cheese. Nothing was resolved, didn't even offer to re cook a vegetarian pizza. Just brushed it off like it was nothing. If I was allergic what would they have done then. Very upset as I've been going since I was a small child.

Food was nice, but they had run out of gluten free pizza bases, so one of our group could only eat salad.

As a 38 year old to be told I can't have a kids meal is a joke I can't eat much on the best off time I'm not a big eater and to be told the is a joke how do they get away with telling people what they can and can't eat with out knowing that person not on for a big company like this 1

I eat here all the time be it online order or dine in however after today iam taking my business elsewhere.I tried paying.for an online deal using 3 different cards and same error msg popped up so I called the restaurant. Nice guy I spoke to said no worries let me pass you to my colleague and all he'll broke loose.The guy was so rude from the get go, told me he didn't need to give me his name as I quote 'who are you , you are not the police I can't help you ' cut me off before I even finished my sentence and the hung up the phone.Wow top notch service there

They ran out of ketchup. Salad bar was low and was not fresh at all. Ice cream had only 4 toppings. Multiple jars had the same toppings. Not at all worth the money. Pizzas were average.

Overpriced, not much choice of pizzas. Deals are overpriced too. Would not be going back to pizza hut again. Left after seeing the menu and ordered dominos instead

Wonderful place with lovely service as always . Shitka looked after us really well. She even bought my birthday cake with a lovely smile 😃. Tha ok you Shitka . We look forward to coming again with our wonderful friends for pizza buffet !!

We have had issues in the past but what can I say customer service has really turned this place around. I will always order from here, they make pizzas really very delicious and crispy . Great food and great customer service by Youssef good takeaway deals and great Value of money. Quick, helpful , Polite staff and friendly service Thank you for going above and beyond customer service satisfaction. i recommend to everyone. When you got to the Pizza Hut just ask for Youssef he’s a wonderful guy. Five stars

Good pizza. If not a bit on the salty side. Did the job but plenty of other places can do it better for a better price. Go local instead.

It's not worth the money.it was horrible will not be going back

I went with my 5 years old boy and with my mother before 3 o'clock to enjoy the unlimited buffet which they advertise.Funny is that you have to pay individual for each person including kids full price and you can't share your plate because the guy who served me told me " I will watch you " if I do that.Because of that answer and unprofessional behaviour I ask him to return my money back and I went out.

Order never arrived at my hotel ! Pizza Hut weren’t any use at resolving the matter ! Avoid avoid avoid

Dirty toilets and manager behaviour was so rude when i let him know. I will not recommend this at all.

Always accommodating our family needs as we are a family of 7! Our preferred table with high chairs are always made available to us and kids activity pack goes a long way!

I went into the store today to fight human waste of the floor in the mens bathroom. This had made me and two of my friends very sick and we will not be coming back to this unhygienic establishment again

The pizza here is consistently good, but the salad bar has unfortunately gotten smaller over the years. There seem to be fewer options each time I visit.

Staff where so rude as always I cannot believe how I have gotten tested by them today. Me and my family got treated like some sort of trash. Everything there is always also disgusting and dirty. Bathrooms always never work just like the sinks.

The staff never told us to validate parking, neither it is obvious that you have to do this. This seems to be recent change. Now we have ended up with a parking ticket that cost us more than the food bill.

The worst pizza of my life I did a take away for my two year old yesterday at 8pm she is vegan but I don't know the waiter thought my kid would eat a very spicy pizza..... thanks 🙏you can see it's full of chilli tooo spicy 🔥

couldn't find where to order dips, I put in notes, nothing. not one single dip for large pizza and sides. took awhile to arrive and Luke warm.

I am a frequent customer at this restaurant and have hosted my children's birthday parties here a few times.However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. The staff, especially the manager with long hair, were very rude and mistreated my children. Despite the restaurant not being busy, they were unwelcoming towards us. I feel that the establishment is no longer suitable for children and suggest they consider putting up a sign stating that kids are not allowed. The way they treated us made it seem like we were receiving a free meal. When my daughter asked glass for tap water, the manager rudely told her that we hadn't ordered any drinks even though tap water was not listed on the menu. The manager with the long hair and some kitchen staff members lack proper training in customer service and were very impolite. I believe they should receive additional training from higher management. When I tried to address the issue with the manager, he bluntly told me that if I was not satisfied, I was not welcome to return. This lack of professionalism and the manager's unfriendly demeanor truly need to be addressed through customer service training as well as learning to smile. With this kind of attitude, this place has definitely lost one loyal customer, not only me. I will definitely recommend all friend and family not to visit this place anymore . 😧😧😧😧

Love pizza hut to death, been going since childhood. I'm changing my view, as this pizza 🍕 hut 🏠 on Uxbridge road by the retail park, has amazing staff so polite very accommodating so helpful. The last one in Hayes was terrible.

Five stars because of the deals, desserts and the attention from the lady when I needed a place to change my baby’s nappy and breastfeed him. My husband also mentioned that while I was in the bathroom, which was a long period of time, she was attentive to him as to when to serve the food so that it would remain warm when I come back from bathroom.

Poor order from the branch. I ordered Hot Honey Halloumi Fries, Hot Honey BBQ Chicken Wings and Hot Honey pizza, all were just regular and the two "free sauce" were missing from the order. A little more care and attention would be nice

Yousaf who served us had exceptional customer service and the food was fresh and hot! We had unfortunately ordered the vegan cheese pizza which we didn’t realise, but thanks to Yousaf he brought us a whole new pizza.

Pizza was cold and slices all over in the box. Ice cream is melted. Brownie is also melted . Just a disaster

It's a good place to have a meal, the atmosphere is good, 2 hours of free parking. I think it is a bit overpriced. So, not for everyone.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, 2 hours free parking But they don't accept cash, has to order through pizza hut app which bit complicated and killing the joy. Also the food is a a bit pricey.

We tried the buffet at Pizza Hut Hayes, there was a good selection of pizza, pasta and garlic bread. They need to look at their salad option which are very limited

Fast efficient service, friendly staff. It was a takeaway so I do not know about the atmosphere. Don't forget to log your car registration at the desk though, even for takeaway otherwise you will get a fine.

Food was cold, driver had our food in a plastic bag!!!

I went out with the family today as we thought be good to go for the buffet option I have kids so they don't eat much I order a few buffets and then drinks separately for the rest of the family as glasses came out 1 glass was clearly not clean so I got a new 1 replaced but when plates came I ask for some extra for the kids and they said they would not give them at first after a another try with another member of staff did get some in the end. Found the staff not very helpful, I guess it's just there policy to do it a different way nowadays when I take the kids out again it will be somewhere else.

We called ahead of time as we were a group of 16 . We were lied to saying there were 2 Christmas parties - 1 group of 25 and another of 10 people . They told us we can try by there will be an excessive wait time . We still did go at 7:30 and the restaurant was empty . The manager amir was just so rude and didn’t want to seat us together so made groups of 6 sit on seperate tables away from each other - we suggested to join 2 tables and he was like no why should we accommodate you . Either way we still sat down and was just ignoring anything we needed .

Pizza was too cold and soggy, I didn’t get the 1.5 Pepsi Max bottle although was ordered and the waiting time was about 1hour. I’ll never order again here.

Pizza hut used to have pasta and potato salad which were delicious and now they don't do it anymore, and prices are skyrocketing. Thier food is not worth of money they are charging. Would not recommend anyone.

I find it very comfortable, especially when at times, dealing with a special need child does not go to plan. Everyone is kind and understanding despite everything and are keen to assist in any way possible.

Can not remember the last time I ate at a pizza hut restaurant or even ordered takeaway. On this occasion we were doing some shopping around with the kids and decided to dine here rather than McDonald's. The place was not busy at all around 5pm on Saturday. The waiting staff pointed us to the table and register our number plate, as there is aax of 2 hours restriction on car park. One we got to the table, we were informed to order we need to use the QR code and order and pay online. Experience was ok, the only issue was that I had few questions but no one can be seen to ask questions. Felt like automated process. Order online and food will arrive. The ordering process went smoothly without issues. After the order was submitted, we got our salad bowls promptly followed by drinks and starters and later the pizzas. The cheese garlic bread we put on top of each other meant all were stuck to each other. Not such a great experience here. The timing between the 2 pizzas was bit long. Bit wasn't an issue. The pizzas were good and the kids loved the food. The disappointment was the dessert. We opted for brownie and ice-cream. Unfortunately they were that so great, the ice-cream did not taste of anything and brownie was overcooked. Next time shouldnopt for the ice cream machine. Seemed other kids enjoyed it. Overall good experience and would visit again.

I've been here a few times now for the buffet, and it's not great. They mainly put out vegetarian pizzas on the buffet. There will only be 2 meat pizzas, and normally, 1 of them is 1 with pineapple on it (really??). When complaining, they start making other meat pizzas. Don't really like saying bad things, but the lady on reception/front of house isn't the friendlyist.

You need to book first now in that restaurant. I can understand that. But they had a looooot of tables like 3/4 of their restaurant was unoccupied but still they said we need to wait at least one or more hours to get a table. It was Thursday night not even busy night. Anyway that restaurant always has some management problems. This is not the first time they let us down.

Pathetic customer service, manager shouting and about to hit when asked for the refund because he dont know how to do it. Reason for refund they dont have the pizza available

Nice atmosphere, fast and helpful service. Delicious ice-cream but no Smarties. Good salad bar refilled regularly. Ordering via the app rather easy. Clean, not too loud, parking available. Not the cheapest dining.

Staff or waiters do not respect customer

Toady i order a pizza for collection in hayes branch and i was there for collection the staff man was very rude and misbehaving even when i ask the name they said why you ask,i say for your good services .

Absolutely horrible service, manager was non cooperative and asked me to leave the store straight away. I was with my wife and with two kids aged 4 n 2. I did collection and requested manager to sit somewhere in the restaurant and feed kids. He refused saying its a online collection order and can't sit at all. There was literally two families in whole store and store was almost all empty still he didn't allow me. I didn't know that if its a collection order you can't sit in. I tried booking dine in but couldn't succeeded. I couldn't belive the way I was treated with my family. I had a bad experience in Slough pizza hut where staff hanged phone on me. So I decided to go out of my area n try again. It was even worst because I travelled long way on top of that I couldn't find a decent place to sit down n eat. Will never ever recommend Pizza Hut. There's a term in management called go beyond the expectations and help the customers but in Pizza hut case it seems like staff don't know anything about it. Horrible n pathetic. No wonder why on Saturday evening time whole store was empty. Once again will never recommend again.

The service was good. The welcome and the hot food there was good. We didn't have to wait to long to get fresh food been placed on service.

Be VERY careful here! I came as a group of 6, we put our car registrations in, but stayed for a total of 2 hrs 36 mins (the restaurant was quite busy so it took longer than planned) didn't think anything about it as we all enjoyed the time there and were even laughing and joking with the staff when we left. 3 Weeks later I received a fine from MET Parking for overstaying (your only allowed 2 hours) I appealed this but they have said they upholding it as they allow 2 hours and i was there longer. I have spoken to the restaurant and they have told me its not their problem. I am now £60 out of pocket for going for a dinner! Won't be returning here again!

The older chap should be dressed abit better rather looking like a tramp. This front image is very important to the public when being approached by customer's. Atmosphere was dul not a wow factor. But the Pizza was nice 👍.

Very poor facilities. Toilets very dirty with no toilet paper. Air con not working at time of visit during 30°c+ heatwave. Salad bar poorly stocked despite the restaurant being busy but manageable. Ice cream station lacking everything. Only ice cream sauce available. Staff friendly but clearly understaffed/overworked. Very overpriced for what is on offer.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I order too many drinks on the app , the manager was very helpful and refunded online by the next day. The pizza was really good. Salad bar fully stocked.

Hi the food was fine but the customer service was terrible i could not even eat my food in peace the staff member at the door seating people is aggressive and does not have any curtesy i will not be going back and to be honest i feel like i deserve a refund i did not get to eat my food, I didn't even sit in my seat properly because of the atmosphere and that aggressive staff member just not letting me relax i felt like i was at school getting watched by that teacher everyone is scared off she was a short indian women shiktal or something like that i apologise if i got the name in correct but damn she needs some sort of training or needs a different job honestly

The pizza was not great, no sauce on the pizza, dirty cups came to my table and the atmosphere was not nice. Something has changed in pizza Hut. Not going back with my family. Salads were horrible and they looked old
