This is a very nice establishment with extremely nice employees. The owner of this place is very nice in making sure that you get what you are after! The pepperoni pizza was extremely tasty and fulfilled all my needs. Would highly recommend eating at this fine establishment!!

Very friendly older couple running the shop, they were really nice. Ordered two medium doners and a large chips, we couldn’t finish it as portion size was very generous. Good kebabs, and fantastic value. Will definitely be coming back.

Went there tonight for a large mixed more like a small then when I told him what I wanted on there he was rude with me because I like everything on mine I will never give him my money again 100%😡😡

Tasty Donar Kebab, they are not the largest portions, but the prices are well below, other local Kebab shops. Hence, the old adage you get what you pay for.

absolutely disgusting customer services, ordered from there so much and had to call them now 3 times because they have got something wrong… he said over the phone that every time we order there’s a problem, if they can’t listen to their customers over phone when ordering food they shouldn’t be working at a takeaway shop never ordering from here again disgusting attitude

This place has really gone down hill since Covid 19. Food arrives in 20 mins. Cold. Small portion. Waste of money. Sort it out guys!!

Ordered a kebab from here, the food came within 30 minutes which was great, it was stone cold. Rang up the shop and I had nothing but attitude and disrespect from them. Told me there’s no way it could be cold. There’s no way i’ll order from here again. Plain rude.

Disgusting! ordered a special burger and a spicy kebab they didn't put sauce on kebab and didn't put any Salad on my burger that I asked for! When I phoned them they called me a liar! I wouldn't even give them 1star if I had a choice

Had the royal superior large kebab ...absolutely shocking for the price it was very small ..absolute rip off ..had it for my self and my 3 year old I'm not a big eater but by god that didnt even fill us ..disgust ing amount of food for the price

Me and my partner ordered from her 11th February 2019 payed almost £17 for a pizza medium shish kebab and chips. When it got delivered i was adamant to kebab they sent was a small because it was tiny, just thought thats no way a medium if it is I would dread to think what a small is. Ring the shop and they inform it is a medium. Im disgusted by this it's so small I asked for all the salad and garlic sauce there is hardly any salad on the and the garlic sauce is like watery yoghurt and mint can't fast no garlic at all. Do yourself a favour and go to family kebab in crosskeys where I normally order it's amazing. Portions are huge, Garlic is stunning and they have loads of salad.

Had kebab delivered no sauce's or salad clearly says online comes with all salad and sauces, when we rang to ask they said u have to put in comment box the only comment box on there is to say whether you have any allergies, did send us a small bag of lettuce tomato and cucumber very poor indeed cost 16 pound won't be using again.

Phone them up to let them know to which I was told that was what I ordered and it was my mistake not theirs and I have to deal with it because they are about to close. Absolute joke . My delivery came 15mins early, if I request it 8.15 I would want it to come for 8.15, it was my partners birthday and I got the takeaway as a surprise for when I get home but the food already arrived and he didn't even though I ordered food and almost sent it back. Every kebab I have had in the past usually comes with salad but this was just chicken on its own, no salad and no sauce. Wasn't very happy.

We ordered via just eat. It took exactly an hour to arrive which was fine because that was the estimated time. Pizza was really nice, southern fried chicken and chips was just average. Donner kebab meat was a bit dry.

Really disappointed In Royal kebab. We normally have fabulous food and delivery normally good. Today I ordered 2 x chicken and chips 2 peaces of chicken was bloddy and not a little but alot . Delivery time was nearly 1 hour late so today I'm left hungry.

Food was cold and the chicken tasted like it had been reheated, lettuce was brown, delivery took 1hr then she took it to the wrong house, and she had attitude. I would never recommend this place ever!

Ordered a chicken shish kebab, child's doner and chips and adult doner and chips all with salad and sauce. Salad was a few onions, tomato and cucumber, lettuce was non existent! Very poor salad!!!! Chicken was chewy and kebab meat very pale! Chips were soggy and hard to eat! Will never have takeaway here again!! Changed from family kebab in markham for 1 night and can say I will 100% go back there instead!! AWFUL

I'm not a fussy person or one to complain but food was very uncooked. Rung up to discuss and their response was very rude, told me its because I lived far away.... ( about 2-3mile ) And then said it was my fault and hung up. Very disgusted.

The pizza was barely cooked and the "garlic sauce" which is actually mint and yogurt was awful, will definitely not be eating from here again.

Delivery was 35 minutes late (no apology) and the food was very poor - very dry chicken shish kebab and burned pitta bread. As a regular customer I was very disappointed and won't be ordering from Royal Kebab again.

Great food, chips were a little undercooked but not inedible. Delivery time was super fast took about 25-30 mins on a Saturday. They even called to check the order was correct, not just sending any old thing

I ordered a pizza at 22:10. 23:10 came and when I opened the pizza tray it didn't look right,underneath was like rubber and tasted off, soggy and just looked like crap!..chips were not fresh as they too were warmed up, rang the shop and all he could say was I can have another,what,at 23:15! By the time I have it it will be gone 12 and I ordered it at 22:10 Never again will I use this place,they use to be really good but have slacked,it was bad the last order I had but never said anything but now enough,£9.20 down the swan. Beware folks!

Always hot and fresh food from here, Delivery times are normally under stated times and very cheap delivery charge of only £1 and good value food, I have ordered from here many times and would recommend to anybody

Food was amazing as always, red hot and not greasy in the slightest, was a bit upset that my previous order from here may as well have been deep fried in the containers it came in as everything including the paper it was wrapped in was covered in grease food had to go in the bin but it's was the only time we have had a bad order of food from royal, so I'm glad it didn't put me off ordering this time round

Hour late and food not up to a good standard, this was their second chance after a bad experience before, won't be using again!

The food was not edible both kebabs were very grisly, fatty and tasted foul. I phoned to complain to be told they'd never had any complaints before, I would never get a refund and I was told to stop wasting there time. I strongly advise that everyone shoul avoide !!!

It is now 21:50 I ordered my food at around 20past8. I phoned at 21:20 and was told that were very busy, and had added on time to my order. My exact words were "right if you can get on with it then" I've just rung back and they've cancelled my order and taken the.money as I asked to cancel! Why the hell would i pay for food and then cancel it 😠😠😠 absolute sham of a business. Ordered and food took a century before, gave the benefit of the doubt & they do it again!

Delivery time was over an hour, apparently got lost but the restaurant rang me and the driver said my number was wrong but it was the same number the restaurant had rang me on. Food went in the bin, wouldn't have even fed it to my dog....absolutely shocking!! Food was cold, kebab was supposed to be a large and was smaller that a normal standard. Will not be ordering from there again!

Man serving was rude!! Wouldn't even give it a 1 for rating!! Went in 15 minutes before closing and refused to serve me the food I wanted. (Wasn't even busy) they told me a burger would take five minutes but they couldn't be bothered to clean afterwards. My husband has also ordered from here and has complained how bad the food was and how rude the staff were! The only time anyone would go there is for desperate attempt to get food after a night out!
