Had visited this cafe previously, and although only had toast and drinks (which were nice) we did think it was a bit pricey at £9 plus as we stated on our previous review. We decided to try it again and am glad we did. As previously, it is clean and spacious and the staff are friendly and welcoming, especially the man (think he might be the owner) who speaks as soon as you enter. We had two full English breakfasts and two hot drinks which came to around £14. The breakfasts were tasty and red hot, even the beans were hot, as beans in some cafes seem to only be luke warm. There is a nice seating area outside (weather permitting ).

Royal Coffee House is not an Italian Bistro but from the outside it looks like one. Popped in the other day for breakfast with Mum n Dad, the breakfast was very nice which is my average - breakfast should be very nice. My overall very good is because of the delightful outside Italian Bistro-like seating area.

Went here for lunch with a friend. We hadn’t booked but with a wait we could be accommodated. I’ll book next time. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They were disinfecting tables and chairs when customers left and tables were well distanced. The menu was full of interesting dishes so was spoiled for choice. I can recommend the cauliflower and onion bajhi salad. It’s classed as a light bite but it was very filling. Had already ordered carrot cake but managed to squeeze it in. It was a proper sized piece of cake too! The food was delicious and fresh. Would highly recommend it and will be back myself.

I had a fantastic experience at The Leaky Teacup! This welcoming spot is a treasure trove of card and board games, perfect for a cozy afternoon. The atmosphere feels very homely, and the owner, he’s incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and genuinely cares for his customers. He took time to chat with me and my partner, showing us around the venue since we were from out of town. I also enjoyed their magic single stock and I absolutely loved the gluten-free chocolate cheesecake—truly delicious! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great time with friends or family.
