Royal China in Newcastle upon Tyne

Decidí tener un chino con la novia y la suegra, escuché un montón de buenas críticas sobre la porcelana real, y para mi consternación fue horrible. Las papas fueron quemadas y definitivamente fueron recocidas. La carne de chow main sabía que el DOG era insípido y como masticar una banda elástica. El arroz estaba frío como la piedra y ni siquiera me hace comenzar con las salsas que pedimos. La salsa barbacoa era de rango puro y parecía y sabía a una salsa especiada, la salsa cantonesa era simple y sosa. Lo mejor de la comida completa fue la galleta de gambas y aún así no tenía curvas ni ranuras para colocar la comida. Pedimos que se la entregaran poco después de las 11 y media, no llegó hasta una buena hora y 15 minutos después. que en ese momento ya habíamos pasado nuestra etapa de hambre y solo queríamos ir a dormir.

He estado yendo aquí durante años si quieres comida china adecuada en un gran servicio, estos chicos lo tienen cubierto, la comida siempre está fresca y bien cocida, lo que nos ha pasado es que no conseguimos nuestra salsa de curry con el pedido, pero los llamé y no trajeron problemas, tienen una entrega rápida y buenos precios para las porciones que obtienes

He usado esta comida para llevar ahora por cerca de 18 años. La última vez lo usaré, como después de 1. 5 horas llamé y olvidaron mi orden. Lo había puesto en línea Anteriormente he perdonado elementos faltantes de la orden. Pero esto fue la gota que colmó el vaso.

He comprado la caja de lujo Munch Royal China una vez cada semana por lo menos. nada más que decir, aparte de "Yeeeeeeees!". Su sabor fresco y siempre comida deliciosa!

Sin duda uno de los peores que he tenido! Una noche decidimos en el trabajo para probar una nueva China. Por desgracia, fue una mala decisión! No volveremos.

Food is always good, just wish I didn't have to ring to find out when the the delivery would be after they have confirmed the time but then its 20 mins late. The food does arrive hot, but it would be nice if they let you know

This is the first time our delivery has been a nightmare, dont know whether it was because they were really busy but still no exception orderd the same stuff as usual... (our favourite chinese) asked for no beansprouts in noodles, Got bean sprouts in noodles. They forgot our chips, and delivery was an hour. It has never normally been like this, After sitting waiting for an hour for food still waiting again for they to come back with chips. (Probably another hour) Starving and food is going cold! Waste of money to be honest. Wish had of went and walked round the corner

The nicest chicken in satay sauce I have EVER had from a takeaway in Newcastle. However the chicken wings were over cooked and really dry, did not even eat them which is disappointing.

Chicken rolls lovely The batter on the sweet and sour was delicious. Didn't get many bits though. All meats cooked perfectly except beef tasted a little funny Plenty of sauce given Chow mien berry nice Delivery a bit slow but did order at a busy time Delivery driver seemed in bit of a grump, definitely came across as annoyed which isn't the best Great value for money

Cant fault the food use them regularly but it would be great if the food turned up at the time promised or booked instead of 30 to 40 minutes early.always comes as i walk in the shower.

Was the first time trying Royal China and I will definitely be ordering again everything was spot on!

Wrong meal was delivered. Driver ran back to car before I could check the package which looked too light for the money spent. The meal I got was much smaller and totally different to what I'd ordered. I tried to call restaurant but it had closed and could get no response from JustEat helpline when tried to rectify things :(

Rather disappointed with this to be honest, we specifically said to put no onions in our meal as my girlfriend is allergic to them, and we found onions in her meal. The delivery was 30 mins after they said it should be. Usually this place is really good, however I'm really disappointed tonight.

Not there fault but the schezuan sauce isn't how I like it. It's runny/watery and full of onion/peppers. The consistency should be in my opinion more like a dark orange tomato puree. To sum up - I had this Chinese & finished all the meat in one serving & left half a plate of pepper & onion. The next night I tried a different establishment and there was no onion / pepper - the sauce had the correct consistency & thanks to the lack of vegetable there was enough meat to last two meals. Unfortunately based on this I would neither recomend the schezuan dish for flavour nor the 'special fried' option for meat content.

Pork was dry, Cantonese with crust beef was soggy and unlike any Cantonese sauce we've ever tried before, super sweet and unpleasant. The salt and spicy chicken was nice though, unquestionly the best dish of the three. The chap on the phone was very nice though. Overall poor, will not be ordering from here again sorry.

Way too expensive delivery, but we are far away so understandable I guess. Desperate for a Chinese late at night so had no choice but to order from here, chips were overcooked and chicken was chewy, but edible. Chicken fried rice has mushrooms in, this wasnt stated on the menu, so am unpleasant surprise. All in all, food was ok and delivered on time.

Delivered the wrong meal for the third time, blaming it on Justeat. Food used to be really nice, but was tasteless.

I have always ordered from royal china, its the only place a will order from. I highly recommend it to anyone who ask.

Usually order from here regularly but never, ever, ever AGAIN! Rice was wet and claggy, noodles thick of grease, chips burnt, beef in Cantonese sauce over cooked and no sauce. Worst food I've ever tasted!!

This was my first order from here and unfortunately I was disappointed, I don't know what there other meals are like but the mixed grill I got was not nice the sausage and bacon were like rubber and the liver tasted off, the steak was the only thing that was ok.

House special chowmein was very tasty hubby loved his house special curry with chips. Mind I must admit the chips from here are lush. The only thing I don't like is you pay more for the food / delivery /and you get charged using your bank card so it works out more expensive using the just eat app than it does just phoning the takeaway yourself but other than that the food and service are good.
