Tenía una caja de boquerones de aquí y ni siquiera se la daba a mi perro. He trabajado en el negocio de catering y comida para llevar. No me gusta poner malas críticas en la comida. Me encanta la comida china, pero esta tiene que ser la peor comida china que he probado en mi vida. Esto sabía todo seco, y las patatas fritas parecían tener unos 2 días. No entiendo por qué venden comida así a la gente ya que perderán clientes a largo plazo. Sé que es un poco desvarío, pero eso fue asqueroso. Ni siquiera me molesté en llamar para quejarme y nunca volveré. La gente no usa este chino.

La comida decente, sin quejas, un gran servicio y personal educado, lo volveré a utilizar como toda la familia lo disfrutó. Se entregó a tiempo.

Horrible dinner. We ordered the sesame honey chicken, the sauce was water with barely a taste of honey and the chicken was non existent we were given the thinnest strips ever it was basically just batter.

Ordered chips and sauce. Quality good food hot but a bit stingy with the sauce. A little more would go a long way to not make it so dry, considering the price you pay.

Food is always great, delivery is always super quick. Been using this takeaway for 16 years never been disappointed.

Great food only slight issue was spring rolls were totally broken therefore unable to eat them

Took over 75 mins for the delivery - 20 mins after the latest expected time. Food was Luke warm on arrival. Not the usual service from this usually fabulous take away

Food didn't arrive, I phoned asked to cancel the order and requested a refund. The Manager was extremely helpful with it.

Was mediocre. Not the best Chinese. The calamari was not good.

Waiting over an hour for chips noodles and prawn crackers is an absolute joke. BBQ sauce is disgusting tastes nothing like it and very watery. Won’t be ordering again.

Chicken noodle soup leaking all over bag was no liquid in soup bowl & chips went soggy & cold

I’m not sure who delivered the food because I cannot see any resemblance of just eat .I’m worried about my health

Only leaving 3 stars for food quality because the mixed meat noodles were laden with bean sprouts the pork was really thinly sliced and there was absolutely NO beef in them at all, which has left me with one hungry angry husband

This is the 3rd time the driver has not paid attention to my address and delivered it to the wrong address the restaurant always make out as if I’m lying until they talk to the driver who confirms they have taken it to wrong place not happy and chips were solid spring rolls were solid

The Calamari that I got today wasn't as hot as usual but the rest of my meal was just right.

The guy with a pink shirt who delivered the food to us was very kind. The food delivery is so quick. We thank the delivery guys for their service and for the Royal China for being there for us if we need foods in cases like this. 😊

Food was lukewarm and soggy. Not the best quality. Wasn’t particularly bad just not very good - much better Chinese takeaways available.

Ordered by phone last week, food was inedible, crispy salt and pepper beef was so hard it hurt my tooth, salt and pepper chips were stale, called to complain offered 20%off next time, called again tonight, chowmein was cold and dry woman on phone refused to replace it so had kids i hadto get pizza for, also when on phone woman and colleague were laughing at me, awful food and awful service, had used for 15 years before now, they haven't advertised the change in ownership and chef, a real shame as used to be hot excellent and prompt, will NOT be calling or ordering again

Never got my chilli chips, rude woman on phone when I phoned for a refund (which is till haven’t received) and got chicken chunks instead of shredded chicken

The estimated time to be delivered was long enough but have waited almost 40 minutes longer than that Have ordered from here a few times not sure I will again

Everything was great apart from the salt n chilli wings were very strange in a thick batter made them disgusting. They are usually lovely.

Order did not turn up, never answered a phone, real shame i was looking forward to this meal. 😭

I was wondering why my delivery was taking soo long and I checked at the front door to then see the food sitting at my front door so the driver never knocked my door he/she just left it outside so my food was freezing.

I don’t usually write reviews but have been coming here a few years now and feel it’s by far the best Chinese place around. Always honest on the time and otherwise 50% of the time is early. I would personally recommend the char Sui pork or the honey chilli chicken although my housemate swears by the salt and pepper chilli mushrooms. Either way, you’ll enjoy the meal

Got delivered to wrong address would not believe me until the driver confirmed it was taken to wrong place they did re deliver in the end

Food from here is always tasty, decent portions and fresh. Recommend the won ton soup, sesame toast, banana fritters and quarter duck.

Second time in the past week an item was wrong in my order. Both times a note was left with the order for the restaurant as JustEat instructs you to. Tend to order later at night after finishing work so find it too much hassle to call and ask for it changed. Put it down to an honest mistake the first time but tonight I was disappointed with my meal. Would be reluctant to order again to avoid disappointment

The chief you had on tonight Thursday 16th June 2022 is not very good the noodles were burnt and the meat was dry . Disappointing because there is one chief who's food is delightful but sadly that person did not cook our food tonight ..even the chicken noodle soup was bland ... waist of money ... hopefully you take note and stop the person who cooked tonight from cooking again.. my family use this place regularly. Disapointed the good chief wasent on tonight .because there food is delicious..thank you

Just brought my order home and I am severely disappointed. The BBQ spare ribs where disgusting, not in a bbq sauce more like a gravy. The noodles where bland and the salt and pepper chicken was soggy. Do not recommend. Won’t be back.

I had squishy black bits through my PLAIN noodles.

Ordered late- think we got all the left overs, definitely wasn’t freshly cooked. Chicken was so dry.

Food was great and still hot when it was delivered, the portions were as you would expect, not scrimped on. I will definitely order again. 👍

The tempura prawns were like mush unfortunately and the pork and chicken tasted dry.

We order from here quite a lot and the food is always of great quality, arrives hot and on time if not early. Unlike with other deliveries we’ve had, we’ve never once had any issues with missing or wrong items. Would highly recommend.

The food was not great was OTT on the salt we like our food salted but not to the point no one could eat it as far to much salt tempura prawns they were soggy batter ment to be crispy and the crispy beef we got was cremated to point it melted the takeaway box will not be ordering from hear again as we ended up wasting so much food as it was not nice never normally leave reviews but this was the worst takeaway we have had in along time only good points food came fast

Royal China food is normally decent grub but was not good tonight. BBQ ribs sauce was watery, the chilli chicken was soggy no heat, not very nice at all. Disappointed.

No words can describe how good the food is

The chicken fried noodles was very bland and the roast duck with mushrooms was more like cooked duck instead of roasted and the duck still had the skin on. My daughter refused to eat it. Both noodles and roast duck went in the food waste bin. Would also have appreciated if the dishes on Just Eat came with some sort of explanation of what it is. Not everyone is actually familiar with the Chinese names of the dishes. Will not waste my money again in the future.

Prompt delivery, food was hot and tasty, not too salty as can be the chance you take with Chinese, great first impression, will use again.

I would usually rate food 5 but the stcky chicken was far to salty to eat

Egg fried rice was excellent, mini spring rolls very good. The only issue i had is with whats usually my favourite and main meal, Salt and Pepper chicken was completely dry and tough, while also being chewy at the same time, not great. Delivery was early so thats good. Food arrived warm.
