Ordered a curry from here oh my ... It was gorgeous!! The rice was spot on too and the cheesy chips and I ordered a can of dr. pepper but as they did not have it they kindly sent 3 cans of diet coke which I thought was nice of them... was impressed with food, service and the driver too. Well done Royal Balti will be returning!!

Ordered chicken kebab in pitta that should have come with salad and chilli sauce, was £7.50. No salad or sauce and not worth that amount. Not good

Update. For some reason it won't let me give this place 1 Star. Ordered food that we never received. Heard the excuses of we didn't get the order...app down...can sort something....food never came. Promised a refund but the shop ducked the calls repeatedly. Never again for me or family. Buyer beware.

The first time ordering and believe never again. Missing items, items coming and not as described. Rang the shop to be told they will speak to the kitchen, then a man answered saying welcome to the call centre. I explained about my order the reply from him was the website was wrong to be then told if you don’t like it don’t order again. The food that came was terrible chicken over cooked kebab so hard the kids couldn’t eat it. What a waste of £30. Never will I order from this place again. Customer service absolutely ridiculous

Very bad experience I ordered a 12" pizza and they charged me for a 16" and very bad service this is a very raw product which is not good and its all stuff is in a one corner❌

Got a curry last night. Usually get pizza’s because they’re top drawer but fancied a change. Best curry I’ve had in a while.

Ordered a mixed kebab with salad a chilli and tub of chilli sauce separate. They sent just a doner kebab without chilli sauce and forgot to put the tub of chilli sauce in. Rang them back but the guy on the phone was very rude and argumentative and said we got what we ordered. Avoid at all costs will never use them again

I pre-ordered a takeaway for my work break for 17:30 and the delivery time changed 20 mins after I sent the order. I was told that was the time I'd booked. So takeaway arrived after my break had finished. So cheers for that. I won't be ordering from here again.

This takeaway is the best in the area food always hot and fresh and tasty, the staff and delivery drivers are very good and friendly and if you use their app you get 10% off every time you order what's not to like. Well done to the owner and staff and I highly recommend you give them a try 10/10

Lovely friendly staff and a really nice pizza but the veg in my curry was cubed frozen veg. It just tasted of luke warm dish water, soggy square carrot 🤢 really unpleasant. I definitely wouldn't get a curry from there again

Get their app. It is so good and you even get a discount. Delivery time is so quick. Pizza great, currys good, starters good. Service good.

Always order food off these but tonight it took 1 hour 45mins ! And when it has arrived it's freezing cold the pizza and the onion rings are soggy when I phoned to complain they said they cant do anything about it as they are busy and I had 1 slice out of the whole pizza !!! Very disappointed

Ordered pizza and kebab on Just Eat as never have a problem however tonight there was no option with the Donner kebab for salad and chilli sauce however there was an option for cheese! I thought it must come with salad and sauce then! Oh no, I was mistaken, the kebab was just donner meat! Hubby was not happy! Neither was I as he ended up having some of my pizza as his kebab was incomplete! What happened to the salad and sauce option please?

Giving this place a 1* is too much, by far the worst takeaway I have ever had. Food was thrown together arrived 20 minutes lates was cold. When we phoned to ask where our order was we got on its way and the phone got put down. Will not be using this place again!

Always go for the Mixed Grill. Everything you could wish for in a takeaway!! Excellent value as well. Nice new entrance I 've noticed.

Order took 2 hrs to arrive. Rung back and they said it was on the way. Rung back again 1hrs later.... they STILL SAID IT WAS ON THE WAY!!!!!! I live 5 mins away and it will not FREAKING stake 2 hrs to deliver ONE meal to me!!!!!! Will not be coming back!!!

No menus printed. Old menu that was in use a couple of weeks ago says, 12 inch pizza £6.80. Today £8. That's just for the margareta. I certainly won't be going back.

Call an order they were sooo not polite and when I called back to double check THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!!! They really need a new person to take the call at least fire that RUDE person. At least the pizza are alright little greasy tho. Zero star in service and 3 stars in food

Never been or ordered from here has the smell alone from the takeway is foul !! Smells very greasy The delivery drivers also need to learn how to park correctly instead of blocking of the junction to goosehill with cars parked on corners forcing you to pull out into middle of road just to see to get out

I will definitely not be ordering from here again. It did not resemble in any way what I ordered. No sauce it was dry which I specifically ordered, No salad hardly which I ordered. And totally the wrong kebab altogether. When I complained they did absolutely nothing. . Not happy at all.
