Drive through and counter service a bit slower than most McDonald's

Chips cold, nuggets cold and forgotten sauce.... Took 20mins to get food from drive through.

Without a doubt the worst McDonald’s in the Wakefield area

It’s a McDonald’s, very very slow, food on average takes 10 - 15 mins

Do not order through the app. X2 burgers missing from the order.

Should rename it crawl through, ridiculous 2 cars in front of myself and had to wait 20 minutes after ordering,

Absolutely shocking female toilets. Visited today, one toilets out of order, one wouldn't lock-this same cubicle had no toilet roll. The middle cubicle just had the huge roll of toilet paper placed on top of the sanitary bin. No soap in the dispensers and a filthy floor. Not what we expect from McDonald's. Management, hang your heads in shame!!!

It was a drive through visit. It's like most MC Donald's hit and miss depends on the burger maker on the day

We ate in here this time as every time we order for delivery things are missing or it's cold and soggy. The chips seem to be going really downhill, although they were warm for once they were still brown and scabby.. Everything else was nice though for a change and everything I ordered came to my table. Dips and all. So why are they not sent on my delivery orders?? (It's not this one where my delivery orders come from as it won't let me select this one, although I would if i could). The amount of times I write in the comments to PLEASE PUT IN MY DIPS. For it to go completely ignored.. I mean I order dips because I enjoy my meal more with them so when they don't come and I've no sweet and sour for my nugs that's my tea ruined! The bloke who brought my tray to me was very nice though can't fault him. It was quite busy though, so a bit cramped in the doorway when trying to order food on them machines, and also trying to leave the building once we had finished.

100% worst chain in wakefield area

Took 30 minutes without any food. Asked for a refund. Never got served. It was barely even busy.

i have ordered kids meal with toy you did not give me the toy and also no cheesburger n i have paid for it so whats going on? i also ordered 8 fries u only gave me 4 fries and this is not the first time this happend

everytime I've ordered I am always missing food and it turns up cold. you ring the restaurant and they don't care about it. tell you to go through just eat instead of offering for you to come down to collect rest of order

All of my food was freezing cold so had to reheat making the whole meal a soggy wet mess! Come on do better surely these delivery drivers have a way of keeping the food hot considering it only comes from 5 minutes down the road.

Not only did I get sent the wrong persons food but then just eat apparently could not give me a refund. The food I received couldn’t even be eaten as me as I received a fillet o fish and am allergic to fish

If I order dips, that means I want dips. Nobody wants to eat your dry chicken nuggets, spoiled the entire meal and wasted £15. This has happened more than once; sort your act out.

the new lids on the drinks are not fit for purpose the diver really struggled not to drop the drinks as the bags started to rip,

£35 order - delivery time altered x5. After 17 attempts managed to speak to restaurant who where unable to help. Whatsapp then tells me food has been delivered and leave a review, after us waiting 2hrs. We have recieved nothing! phone line for whatsapp doesn't work so after 12hr shift and 2 starving kids I am unable to order food from elsewhere as Justeat has already taken payment and I'm unable to do a thing about it.

Quick service brought to the table. Food taste good, but a little bit thrown together from the look of it, but like I say tasted good and hot and fresh.

Apart from missing a drink and the other drink being wrong its was okay.

The food is cold and the chips are small portions.

No receipt... It is my pet hate. I need the receipt for work to claim back. Only 4 machines to order from with one broken. A drink and a double cheese burger 🍔 Surley, this should be very quick, but no. It is a shame, the retail park looks new, so let's inpress to get customers. Turned off the M1 as no McDonald's just Burger King on the M1, and I do like to collect points. 1 mile off the beaten path, so no different to a service station. Lots on offer here, so more effort is needed. Always room for improvement.

Young staff, laughing, joking Not working.. Ignored me for almost 5 minutes until I waved him over, and the Wrap was the driest, worst wrap I've experienced, I'd Never use that facility again.. Re-training needed...

Went in just to use the loo and it stunk before I even entered the premises the place was dirty from walking in to walking out bins full food on floors toilets are not checked at all it's disgusting.

Once again atrocious.....can anyone read the notes that you get given? if someone said no onions in front of you would you remove it from the burger.....yet it seems if it's written you can't read or take note ......

Two orders from the last two were noone seems to be able to read. Not hard to read the notes. over £30 worth of food thrown away now. When someone states no salad, no gherkins, no onion ....it means none of that.

Quality was abysmal as it wasn’t even what I asked for, wanted 20 nuggets ended up with a fillet o fish and a double cheeseburger, just wow.

Cold food, long wait 25 min + , same as the other reviews said there short staffed. If you short staffed why are you taking uber orders when you obviously cant handle it.Others were asking for a refund I should of done the same because the coke was flat, the burger and fries were cold. Waste of time waste of money and its not cheap anymore.

Delivery driver was so rude. Didn’t say a word to me gave me a funny look almost dropped my food handing it to me because of how much of a rush he was in.

ordered at midnight after finishing work, was notified that a courier was at the restaurant at 1230. order eventually arrived at 2am! was stone cold, clearly had been cooked an hour before and forgotten about. hugely disappointed. was weary of the low rating when I ordered but figured I'd give it a go as I needed to eat after work. next time I will just leave eating till the next day if this is the only option. complete waste of £26. Will never order from here again.

Second time of ordering - first ordered at 4.17 from dewsbury road branch for delivery at 5.30. That got cancelled at 6.15. Re-Ordered from this branch- took 2 hours to come arrived at 8.15. Food stone cold and stale, milkshake a warm sloppy watery mess

My drink had leaked all over my food. I have half a drink and sodden food. apparently this happens to the delivery driver all the time so seems like his fault rather than that of the restaurant

some of the order was missing. this happens all the time. sauces are asked if wanted when ordering so tick which ones liked, and they don't come.

Absolutely useless staff who don’t give a toss about the job they’re doing. We placed an order at the self service screen. Then waited 10 minutes to see a young man with pink hair (flowing from underneath his hat with no hairnet) getting orders together. I saw him place a bag full of food on the side then go off to have a lean against the drinks area and a chat with colleagues. A “manager” walked between them a couple of times and said nothing to them. When the young man got my milkshake he stood throwing it from one hand to the other while still chatting to colleagues. 10mins later when he decided to give us our order my partner asked if that was her milkshake that he’d almost dropped while “having a matter” to which he replied “oh yeah, sorry” then laughed. Enraged by this boys lack of care to serving the public cold food, my girlfriend said that it doesn’t look good while he’s stood there having a chat. His reply, “I literally finish in 5 minutes, so there’s no need to be rude!” Then walked off to tell his colleagues how awful he’d just been treated like some old washer woman! I worked at McDonalds when I left school for almost 9 years and would never have acted in such a lazy way nor would I have stood for any of my colleagues to do the same. Unfortunately we live in a society that thinks the world owes them a living!

75£ order and two hatrick meals missing, spoke to the restaurant lynn who could only say contact just eat , now I’ve to make some food to eat for myself and whoever I have to choose out of my kids to miss their treat McDonald’s , terrible

Food stone cold. Sent nuggets instead of selects. The fries wad missing for evey meal. Big mac was crushed and they never send the sauces.

ordered a 5pc chicken select but got a 4pc, and not just that but tiny pieces of chicken too. not the first time iv had issues from here thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. (take note) it's not hard to read clear instructions.

Every time I go to this dump, one of these absolute idiots gets my order wrong. There has never been one time where everything has been correct. Don’t even get me started on the ridiculous wait time, honestly it takes longer to get my food than it took for me to birth. I have no idea what kind of robots they hire but honestly how hard is it to get an order correct.

Could you please get your drivers to update their sat nav’s. Everytime we order the driver ends up on Aberford road, we end up either having to walk down & meet them or it redirects them onto the estate leaving our food late & cold. Our address is elm Ave Stanley just off ash crescent Thankyou

Delivery time kept changing, making the food 45 minutes late. When the food finally arrived we were missing 2 regular fries and the food was cold.

Really shocked how my order was packed. Cold drinks in the same bag as hot food. Never a good idea. Large cola spilled all over our food. Nothing could be saved. very disappointed today.

Drink spilled everywhere again. Either the lids aren't on properly or the cups break from underneath. Try doubling them up.

I’ve been here twice in the last month now and won’t be heading there again as was same issue previously. Fast food - yeah right! Thought I’d grab a quick bite quite late at night so queued up at 11pm for the drive thru - waited almost 20 minutes to get to the first window and it wasn’t even busy. And then when you get to the last window the order was wrong. The staff - I feel sorry for them. They clearly have no clue and there is no decent management in the whole place. I’ve been to several McDonalds and this has to be by far the worst one I’ve ever been too. As a result food was cold and pretty horrible too so can’t even say was worth the wait!
