**Avoid at All Costs – Dangerous and Disruptive** I **do not recommend** Perfect Kitchen Chinese Takeaway at all. The staff are **incredibly rude** and show absolutely no regard for their customers or the local community. What’s even worse is the behavior of their **delivery drivers**. They drive **dangerously fast**, often **40-50 miles per hour** in residential areas where young children are playing. Instead of being considerate, they **rev their engines loudly, blast music, and shout** late into the night—sometimes **past 11 PM**. Despite numerous complaints, **the staff at Perfect Kitchen simply do not care** about the massive disturbance they are causing. Their drivers continue to act recklessly, putting **children at serious risk**. It feels like it's only a matter of time before something tragic happens. I strongly advise people to **stay away from this place**—both for their terrible service and the danger they bring to the community.

Truly awful. If I could give negative stars I would. Took one bite of a spring roll and actually spat it out... that's a first for me! The chow mein was no better, this really is the worst takeaway I've ever had... reverted to toast for dinner

Food seemed to take forever to arrive delivered just before the end of the designated time . Food could have been hotter and definitely more crispy but was nice and definitely worth the money . Plenty to go round

Absolutely delicious food! Tasted fresh, crisp and wasn’t too oily like a lot of takeaways can be! I’d recommend the salt and pepper chips and chicken curry combo! And the duck is super moist and tasty!

Didn’t like the thin chow mein noodles and that its separate rather than mixed in but I guess that’s personal choice. All a little on the bland side and luke warm. First time trying this place but won’t try again . Nothing wrong with the food just not my taste .

Last week when I orderd it was cold and went in the bin. I spoke to the lady on the phone and today it been rectified and what can I say truly stunning as it was a month ago I orderd. I will defently use them again.

Last week I orderd from here and wow amazing!!! Today it's come half the size no prawn crackers called the restaurant didn't seem to be bothered they don't have prawn crackers they have run out don't you make them your selfs. £23 wasted and in the bin after waiting an hour and 15 mins very fisdointed.

Arrived with no combo starter, the salt and pepper chips didn’t taste great, the Szechwan house special was really poor quality and didn’t taste at all fresh, stopped eating after about 3 or 4 fork fulls as was inedible and left a strange after taste, hugely disappointed as the quality is usually so much better but was very poor today

Food was okay but wow I’ve never met a more arrogant, rude, miserable delivery driver in my life (old guy in a white van). Couldn’t find my address (don’t know why he didn’t just phone sooner rather than waiting 15 minutes) so I went outside to meet him and just got shouted at in the street! Completely uncalled for, saying I’m ‘lucky he didn’t just drive off’ and ‘not to order from here again while ever I live here’. Genuinely could not believe his attitude!

Me and my son, Daryl, came here to get some food. It was heavenly never had as good food as this. I will recommend to anyone if they are looking for a good Chinese take away.

I took my mum here as I just got my drivers liscence. Honestly it's banging, large variety of food and portions aren't too bad. If only I was a local I could get them more often. Might try delivery next time

Had to try this place a second time to see if the fantastic meal we had first wasn’t just a one off. I can confirm the second order was equally as mind blowing as the very first and so now this is our go to Chinese restaurant from now on.

This is a good restaurant, especially the crispy salt and pepper chicken, which tastes better than most Chinese dishes. However, it's important to note that opening your mouth wide and having fewer dishes would be great

Excellent pancake rolls packed full hardly no grease spare ribs had extra fresh chilli free and so much meat for for little price and that extra chilli was no charge bless them

The mixed starter was dry - the ribs felt like they'd been cooked the previous day. Everything had a strange smell to it and the Czechuan Chicken looked and tasted like nothing I'd had before (and not in a good way). I only ordered from here as my usual was closed. I won't order again - threw more than half of it away. Horrible. Worryingly it arrived far too quickly suggesting that it wasn't freshly cooked.

really disappointed as i ordered salt & pepper chicken and it came covered in some chilli or cayenne powder and was very spicy, i mean its "salt" and "pepper", no mention of chilli or not marked as spicy, was the one thing i really craved... besides that the rest of the food was ok, but I wont be ordering anymore

As I have read, no proper seasoning on the the salt & pepper chips just a sprinkle of salt & pepper dust! Not like when you get it in the munch box. It's only £1.75 for a tub of better stuff from home bargains. And yes I also have had misunderstandings from them on orders so my advice is Shake up and wake up! Your getting enough coin out of us all.

Shocking. Hard to order with language barrier, wrong food turned up. Salt and pepper chips had no peppers, no veg, just some powder sprinkled on them which was over powering. Very mediocre chicken and ok sauce at the best.

Food was awful. Some over cooked ans some under cooked. Sent the wrong item also which ended up being wasted along with most of the order. Won't be using this Chinese again and we've been going here for years but it seems to be getting worse every time we order.

The munchy box had everything in it LOADED with salt, so the ribs, soggy spring rolls, chicken balls, etc were all inedible. Big waste of money had to all be binned. Won't order again.

Perfect Kitchen is one of the best Chinese Takeaways in the area. First off, the menu is filled with a ton of choices. There's something for every craving imaginable. Whether you're in the mood for classic favorites or want to explore new flavors, Perfect Kitchen has you covered. Each dish i've tried off the menu has been great. The Duck dishes are my personal favourite, and the salt and pepper chicken is great too. The staff are quick and efficient in getting your order ready, but they're also friendly. Parking isn't the best and it's hit or miss if you'll have to walk a little bit to get to the takeaway, but it's not a major issue. Would recommend Perfect Kitchen over any other Chinese in the area, by far.

Usually use Yummy King for their share boxes. This was far superior far more chicken and ribs. The chicken balls were enormous. Box packed out with chicken not chips. Far better than them

Delivery time great. Food not so good. Wan tuns was like cardboard and no meat. Rice was about the same, chicken batter was so soggy. Wouldn’t come back again, sorry.
