Whilst asking what game to play, the girl with a long brown haired pony tail was so rude. I asked “what time will the pool table be free?”. she replied with “I don’t need to tell YOU.” I said “pardon?” she said “I don’t need to tell you.” all we wanted to know was what time to edit until it the next game was free. her tone of voice and attitude was disgusting. I will be telling everyone I know not to return here, and will not be recommending to anyone. thank you! eabha morris

Brilliant little pool area had lots of great activities available but only spent an hour to kill a some time

Great atmosphere, service was good, the activities were so fun, had a really nice time. Only downside was the food I ordered, salt and pepper fries were not salt and pepper, they had a really nice sauce on (but there was nowhere near enough sauce) but if there was no sauce on the chips it was just a plain chip, they weren’t tossed in anything and that’s not what I expected for salt and pepper. The other foods we ordered were however very nice, so maybe it’s just me being picky

Despite being a great and well designed place, staff were very rude. It felt like they were being chained there and do not want to serve.

Came to play shuffleboard not knowing what it was and loved it so much we booked another hour. Such great value for money. Olivia was amazing and looked after us so well all day. Would totally recommend.

Leah and Ellie were amazing. I have never had such amazing service from such godesses in my life. I was swept off my feel by the ethereal lights of crazy pool, before I could think about where I am I was met by the warmest hug of service. The moment my lips tasted the sweet nectar of arc shot I was transported to another world filled with love and warmth. Something I haven’t felt since I was in my mothers womb. Roxy has brought me back to the little girl inside and I will be forever thankful for this wonderful bar and they’re gorgeous staff. 6/10

We have just spent the evening in Roxy Ball Room, had a delicious pizza and some cocktails before playing some of the games. Khalisa and Rachel were absolutely brilliant with our game bookings - we are over visiting from Ireland and they have made our visit so special. I can’t wait to return to Liverpool to visit Roxy Ball Room ❤️
