Sadly for a hospice charity raising money for terminally ill people I find it shocking this shop is not accessible for disabled people? The Equality Act came in 2010, this shop opened a few years ago now and somehow escaped not been made accessible on opening or since which is discrimination. Not even a portable ramp. Had to be turned away which was embarrassing in front of other customers.

I was passing and thought this was another small tea shop but WOW I was overwhelmed. Great atmosphere fresh coffee and home made cakes not to mention the lovey food I had a jacket potato. The place looked very well run as it was clean and very well set out. A young lady called Jane brought our drinks and food and had a little chat what a friendly perfect place to visit and it’s for a local great cause. Thank you for a great lunch will 100% be back and will tell our friends.

Really nicely decorated, the tea room prices are reasonable and the items are well prepared, very popular for a break, would recommend. The charity shop area is very well presented, sometimes the items can be a little pricy but you can get good quality so perhaps it’s worth it. Very easy parking and friendly staff.

Popped in here while strolling round Brixham. Nicely laid out, very friendly & helpful staff. Cafe a nice touch. Easy parking in huge car park adjacent which is not a multi storey thank goodness & reasonable costs.

Got to love this little coffee shop. Good coffee, lovely cakes, nice staff and all for a good cause. My Tuna/Cheese melt panini was great. Liked the salad dressing too. Shame its not a bit bigger. Would hate to go and not get a table.

We support Rowcroft and we visit this establishment every Friday morning when we have finished our shopping. We have coffee and toast and most of the times that we visit, we purchase goods and sometimes take articles in for them.

Great model Hospice Charity shop with a great little cafe and great food and coffee. Ladies were lovely and very much a homely village feel with all of the clientele happy to chat. Felt warm from the welcome as well as the food.

I've been a regular customer of the tea room section of the shop since 2015, service is good and always friendly, the drinks and cakes that are offered are of good quality, very well priced and on a warm summers day the ice cream they sell is very good too. The goods that are on sale in the shop are often of high quality and well worth reviewing before or after that special cake and coffee! And, it is all in support of the local Rowcroft Hospice Charity.

The shop supports the Rowcroft Hospice and is a great place to call in to browse and buy their goods, usually good quality at reasonable prices. Their little tea/coffee are is great too. It is very popular at coffee and lunchtimes. The last time we visited was in the afternoon so it was tea and cake for us. Good quality at fair prices served by very pleasant staff.

Went to drop off some donated items & ended up staying for a coffee & cake as it looked so tempting. We weren't disappointed either.

Have met a friend here for coffee a few times now and it's becoming so popular that it's sometimes difficult to get a table. Nice coffee, cake and lunchtime snacks. The shop sells higher quality clothing than general charity shops. Would recommend.

Super team of volunteers, led by a driven, hard working Manager. This is a very friendly, welcoming shop/cafe, with excellent quality clothing etc to browse through whilst enjoying a hot beverage alongside a lovely piece of cake. There are also lot's of other things to eat too! Toasted sandwiches, cream teas, quiche! Would highly recommend!

I decided to have breakfast in this restaurant this morning whilst staying locally, but what a mistake & wish now I'd of gone to McDonald's who couldn't of done any worse for a fraction of the price I paid for utter garbage!I was initially welcomed by the server after waiting to be seated by the sign, I ordered the Eggs Benedict & a large americano coffee, I asked for cream but was told they only do milk which was disappointing to hear, then 5mins after making my order a sales rep, (I think he was) who was sitting near me got up firing questions at the man cooking for almost 10mins about supplies & brands stressing me about the quality of my poached eggs, when my food did arrive, it looked ok but when I cut into an egg yolk it was hard, I got the waitress'es attention who asked if I wanted fresh eggs, that's when the attitude started. She came back seconds later obviously after informing the cook & asked me exactly how did I want them cooked as they're already quite running, SERIOUSLY the one I cut into was solid, I asked for runny but when the food finally came back to me, i didn't realize I would be having the same muffin that had now gone stone cold & soggy, the bacon was now I tiny bit of what I previously had but NOT the crispy bit, just a small fatty grissly bit was returned to me, the eggs literally separating by being now undercooked & barely warm with splatters of cold sauce around it, (NOT a hollindaise taste), absolutely disgusting & a complete waste of almost £10, if you can't take constructive criticism & cook food correctly, then DON'T be in business, AND don't be a cheapskate to use the original bits of a returned meal thinking the customer wouldn't notice, disgraceful quality standards & attitude!
