Ewings in Torbay

I decided to have breakfast in this restaurant this morning whilst staying locally, but what a mistake & wish now I'd of gone to McDonald's who couldn't of done any worse for a fraction of the price I paid for utter garbage!I was initially welcomed by the server after waiting to be seated by the sign, I ordered the Eggs Benedict & a large americano coffee, I asked for cream but was told they only do milk which was disappointing to hear, then 5mins after making my order a sales rep, (I think he was) who was sitting near me got up firing questions at the man cooking for almost 10mins about supplies & brands stressing me about the quality of my poached eggs, when my food did arrive, it looked ok but when I cut into an egg yolk it was hard, I got the waitress'es attention who asked if I wanted fresh eggs, that's when the attitude started.She came back seconds later obviously after informing the cook & asked me exactly how did I want them cooked as they're already quite running, SERIOUSLY the one I cut into was solid, I asked for runny but when the food finally came back to me, i didn't realize I would be having the same muffin that had now gone stone cold & soggy, the bacon was now I tiny bit of what I previously had but NOT the crispy bit, just a small fatty grissly bit was returned to me, the eggs literally separating by being now undercooked & barely warm with splatters of cold sauce around it, (NOT a hollindaise taste), absolutely disgusting & a complete waste of almost £10, if you can't take constructive criticism & cook food correctly, then DON'T be in business, AND don't be a cheapskate to use the original bits of a returned meal thinking the customer wouldn't notice, disgraceful quality standards & attitude!

Standing breakfast superb quality sausages and bacon over 495 in the Ewing Mini breakfast more than enough for one person

Been here a couple of times absolutely fantastic food and excellent service, the staff here could not do enough, clean and cosy, will be eating here again when we are next in Torquay.

Great service friendly staff, Sassy was very good and a credit to the restaurant, I would recommend Ewings as a place to go in Torquay.

We popped in here after a warm walk round town and we have to say we were delighted with the lunch and the service. 2 tuna melts and salad just hit the spot. The service was good and the young lady who served us was lovely. We would definitely recommend.

Very good service and excellent food. A busy place but worth the wait when busy. Just off the harbour front opposite weather-spoons and in my opinion far better cleanings, food and service.

Words do not express how fantastic this place is. Stopped here after walking out of offshore. They couldn’t do enough for us and the food and service was fantastic. Cannot fault it

Popped in here for breakfast for the first time. Very lovely and something different for England! The Full Scottish is highly recommended. The potato scone and square sausage makes a welcome change from other establishments all offering the same. Will definitely be coming back! The owner seems really nice and appears to be a family friendly establishment. 5 stars.

We found Ewings and thought we would try it to the annoyance of our son. The restaurant was very nice and clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The food was sublime. Cooked to perfection and piping hot. The amenities were superbly looked after and the cleanliness stood out. We will definetly be going back.

Had a lovely breakfast here, all very good quality, good price, relaxing atmosphere and lovely staff. Will visit again!

Had a full Scottish brekfast here. Service was good, food was great. Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in Torquay.

Been here twice now for a cooked breakfast! Both times I can honestly say it's been the best breakfast I've ever had. Good quality sausages, which is a deal breaker for me in a breakfast, & all ingredients well cooked. There is a good selection of food on the menu, including a Scottish breakfast which I've not seen anywhere else in Torbay! Friendly service & really relaxed setting.

We ate here on our arrival to Torquay. This licenced cafe is in a central location and the food is home-made and cooked to order. There is a range of food options with some hot dishes e.g. omelette and chips at only £6.00, however the drinks are expensive, with a 330ml bottle of San Miguel being £3.95.

Good service, excellent value, very varied menu with loads of choice for all tastes. The mini breakfast is ample for most people and very filling.

Ideal location just at the lower end of Fleet Street In Torquay. Large windows look out onto the junction of Fleet Street and Cary Parade with the myriad of shoppers and pedestrians passing. What a way to watch the world go by!I love the Ham and eggs (yes, basic, but nice) and also the chilli con carne and anything else they have as everything is made to order in full view of the chef.Good service, excellent food and good value. we seem to migrate to Ewings everytime we are in the area.

went for breakfast was told about the fantastic has browns but when i eat there it was only the standard though it was expensive for a standard breakfast the toast was soggy from the cheapest supermarket syle, Where else tricks you buy charging extra for the hot drink yes fresh orange usually extra but not the tea or coffee on the up side Nice location and restaurant

Been here a few times now for breakfast. Place is always clean, good food and good service would definitely come back and recommend to others. 5 star rating from me.

mumand i went in not knowinh what we wanted for luch. we had an extensive choice from a fullmenu. pleasant staff and welll informed with local knowledge

For grabbing a quick bite, this is a good place to go to. Food is freshly prepared and tasty. You get the « standard » choice of meals (like jacket potatoes). Cleanliness could be a bit better, e.g. the table was dirty and was not cleaned before bringing the meal. It is a good « fast food » option, but I would not choose it for a « real » meal.

After travelling for 4 hours we where really looking forward to breakfast and this place really does deliver a great tasty breakfast great choices and all served fresh

We always visit ewings when in Torquay for our lunchthe food is great value, but today we think it will be the last time. We find the lady who serves the food to be so unfriendly doesnt seem to care for the customers, not for first time she was no different today I know they were busy but that dosent stop her being sociable when servingyou your food, Sorry Ewings if she is there we wont be coming again.

Just dropped on this great place by chance and what a find. Great service very clean and great food. Bit of a long wait but it was worth it. Fresh cooked food is always worth the wait.

It's so good this food , the breakfast was amazing and for lunch we order burgers with cheeps and cheese . Everything was great and the price are good , when we go again in Torquay we will dat here again ! ❤

What a fabulous breakfast. I wish the restaurants where I live in Surrey could get the eggs right, i.e. not runny. Great service with a smile producing a freshly cooked hot breakfast. Thank you xx

We had breakfast in here and found that compared to other cafes the portion was small and especially the baked beans container was poor. The tea comes out well before your breakfast and so you need to order another tea which is extra to pay for.I would recommend the bay tree cafe in st marychurch as its breakfast is better and with tea comes to a lot less in price.

Really nice breakfast, we had 2 small and 2 veggie breakfasts and we all loved our food no one was talking so a good sign lol lovely staff and fair price, great with the baby and willing to swap things when asked so thumbs up

We have just returned from Torquay and a couple of time when too late for breakfast in our hotel we visited Ewings. They give a delicious hot breakfast at reasonable cost, with a friendly service. It is quite convenient position too, just below the Fleet Street shopping road Would recommend if visitingTorquay

Dropped in here for lunch during a visit to Torquay. It looked busy and that is a good sign. I opted for a baked potato with home made chilli, very tasty but nowhere enough chilli. My good lady had a panini and said it was pretty decent. The downside were the servers, no enquiry as to how was the food. No smiles, especially when we couldn’t open the tin of orange soda ( ring pull failure ) and sought assistance. No real answer given whilst enquiring when does the breakfast menu cease and the lunch menu start. The staff looked kind of uneasy with their customer service skills. So scoring Ewing’s as average on this occasion.

Had breakfast here, waited a while, but its all freshly cooked and delivered professionally. The actual full English was full of taste and well cooked. This is my breakfast place from now on.

Le restaurant est sale, les tables sont poisseuses. Temps d'attente très très long, serveuse seule et débordée. Verres arrivés sur la table très sales aussi, voir photos. La sommelière s'est en plus trompée dans la commande. Au lieu de débarrasser les tables lorsque les clients quittent les lieux, la serveuse empile le tout sur une table, c est pas propre du tout !

Well walked in to Ewings today look forward to a nice cooked Breakfast........Well after our order was taken for one full english and a bacon sandwich for my good wife along side two coffees, we patiently waited for 40 minutes before being served with our coffee.Some 15 minutes later my wifes bacon sandwich arrived .....basically two pieces of white bread with two small slices of bacon cut in half and looked like it had been thrown onto the plate ....I know its only a sarnie but still a bit of garnish or something would not go amiss .....Anyway 7 mins later my English brekfast arrived .......A sausage no longer than 2 &1/2 inches looking rather shrivelled two slices of bacon half a raw tomato two slices of bacon, a hash brown and a small pot of beans that tasted weird........I was so hungry at this point I would have eaten anything ......however It's fair for me to say I will not be returning nor recommending to anyone if you are looking for a place to eat. Poor in every respect.

I love Ewings, and have been here quite a few times. Very friendly staff. Pleasant environment, can be busy but then again that is a good sign. Good menu, good choice. Fantastic English breakfast....great comfort grub. Definitely my favorite. The English breakfast can be a main meal, and with toast is filling enough. Lovely jacket potatoes, and great chips.

After a day looking around the shops we decided that we needed something to revive us so we decided as we were at the Strand in Torquay we decided on Ewings it was reasonably busy , we decided that we would give it a go! On the whole it was reasonably clean so we thought that we would order food after our pot of tea! We are quite fussy where food is concerned, but looking around the food looked Ok! We ordered Panni’s mine was cheese and red onion with a side salad my friend ordered a Tuna Melt Panni with a side salad both came together they were very nice and tasty and the Panni’s were well toasted and crisp and the cheese was melted nicely. It wasn’t overly expensive but well presented. The waitress was very pleasant and not at all pushy. Would I go there again maybe if I’m in the area.

Came here on the 27th. One chef and two waitresses working.We found too many dirty tables and the staff did not seem keen to clear them.The sunlight was coming thru the windows which was a nice treat but made the menu viewing and ordering difficult. If the other tables had been clean we'd have been ok.We ordered a luxury hot chocolate which I asked what the difference was in the regular and the luxury. Cream and marshmallows we were informed.So we ordered one. We also ordered a full cream tea. Which consist of two warm scones with jam and cream.1. When the order arrived we were told that they were out of marshmallows. Well why bother telling us the ingredients if it is not on offer? If the waitress had been honest with us prior to ordering we would have gone somewhere else.2. No chocolate sprinkles on the cream.3. The scones arrived with barely any temperature to them.4. Jam was only enough for one scone not two.5. Cream was only enough for one scone not two.6. I notice the chef wiping his perspiration off of his forehead with his bare arm whilst leaning over another customers omelette.7. The chef started to tell me how much alcohol he had NOT consumed over Christmas but after he told me he had 20 cans, a few bottles of wine and a bottle of Jack Daniels I'd say the guys got a problem.And Christmas was only two days ago. Nevertheless he should not be telling customers this personal information.What annoyed us even further was that there is a pound shop a few metres up from this restaurant and they could have gone and bought a large bag of minimallows for ? Yes you guessed it A POUND.The portion of jam and cream looked like they came from a 1940's ration book and not for a 2018 paying customer.My advice is check that they actually have what you want PRIOR to ordering and request a modern adult sized portion.Make further requests about the temperature of the items you are ordering. After all YOU are paying for it. We have actually had a better service in here when the usual ladies are working.I'm sure others have had great experiences but this was ours.

Family holidays down Devon and always finish the holiday with a visit to Torquay, Been to Ewings once before and I must say it hasn't disappointed, new decor since the last time we visited, the cheddar bacon burger was the BEST I had all week, my step daughter had the carribean curry which also looked and smelt amazing, my wife woofed the Brunch that was on offer along with my 8 year old daughter loving the child's meal deal. We will be back next year and anyone thinking where to go for lunch ? Head here because i always give it 5/5 ! Thank you to all the staff for such a remarkable meal

Had a gorgeous home cooked meal here..it was great..lovely staff & atmosphere..sat in the window watching the world go by..not rushed at all..highly recommend

My family and I went walked past Ewings and decided to try it out. It did great food and had a friendly welcoming atmosphere. We would defiantly visit here again

I have been here a few times for breakfast and I enjoy it, as it is clean and we always feel welcome when ever we go in.

We were looking for a light lunch and Ewing's seemed to fit the bill, our order was promptly and efficiently taken (sandwiches and drinks). Our drinks were brought out promptly and after a short delay the (made to order sandwiches) were delivered. No complaints at all, I'd like to return and try one of their egg dishes

While in town we decided to have lunch at Ewing’s and so glad we did. Very friendly staff who informed us,that with them being so busy,we would have a short wait for our food. Which wasn’t a problem to us at all and quite refreshing to be told so we knew what to expect. Chose the bake potatoes with bacon and mushroom filling which we can both thoroughly recommend. Centrally located in town and close to the harbour as well.

Ewing’s is a little gem in Torquay great food great coffee and great service and at a good price if you’re passing make sure you pop in

Went for lunch with friends. I had a panini and they all had jacket potatoes. Food was nice but the side salad was only a few lettuce leaves and some tomato. Was slightly dirty but not off-puttingly. Would go again

We went twice; once for breakfast (I had to have toast as I've had a gastric sleeve); the Scots cook served up a Blinding bit of bacon egg etc for Mrs.S - I had a very creditable decaff coffee and toast - the coffee tasted like the real thing and wasn't out of a jar... we went back and a different cook was on and Angie was disappointed with her egg, ham and chips. So check the Scotsman is cooking!.

Today we went to Ewing’s for a late lunch, myself and my sister along with out wheelchair elderly mum.We have been to Ewing’s over the years since it opened and always been welcomed by the female owner however today was not a good experience.The waitress was quite surly and not very helpful. No ice on a hot day and the food was very disappointing and tasteless and my sister had an upset stomach within 30 mins of leaving. To serve frozen chips at those prices and tasteless cold peas not good.Needless to say, after 5 or so years visiting we won’t be back.

My brother and I visited here for a mid day snack and found the food to be brilliant, the decor very clean and modern, and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be returning

We came here and had a nice afternoon tea with scones and jam AND cream. Lashings of cream lolWe found the establishment very reasonable on prices and very high on service and politeness.The venue was clean and spacious. Worth a visit. We enjoyed our choice.

Had two breakfasts and tea. They changed items we didn't like for others happily. Everything was well cooked and hot. Service was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely go back again.

Definitely need to order the ‘Scottish Breakfast’ its amazing, big and tasty! best place to get a good breakfast in torquay, services is always good! Love it in there.

you can be sure of a good meal or snack here being served by pleasant waitressesand will make it your regular on visits to Torquay.My friend and I never go any whereelse and have advised others to go and been thanked for the recommendation.

Been here a couple of times this year around 11-30am so sometimes I have a breakfast and other times a light lunch but always pleased with what I order

The the outside it looked small, but Tardis-like inside. Bright and airy with a nice quiet atmosphere. Husband had brunch and I had scrambled egg with crispy bacon. Both meals were tasty and filling. Had a pot of tea, where the pot leaked and most ended up in saucer or on the table! (we did clean up with napkins though!) Investing in non-drip teapots would definitely pay off! However, this didn't mar our visit at all. Total of meal was just over £16 which is very good value.

Just fancied a baked potato so popped into Ewing’s for the first time.What a great find the family all had jacket potatoes with tea for three.The lunch was perfect and potatoes were served with homemade chilli and chicken curry, perfect for a damp day.Will be returning soon now we have found this little gem.

Went in for a late breakfast, it was lovely and a good portion size. The staff are always friendly, especially the young dark haired girl and the older dark haired gent. The prices are also good for how much you get and the quality of the food.

Start of our Week long break. Full English Breakfast was lovely, I had eggs benedict and could not faulty it, was the best I have ever had, even better than at the BA First Class Lounge. Thank you for a wonderful start to our holiday

Visited here with my daughter, the staff didn't seem very friendly, waited 45 minutes for food that came out cold and not the best quality, definitely wont be returning.

Nos detuvimos en un almuerzo rápido con mi hijo y mi hija. Las mesas estaban cubiertas de placas y él mantienen poca pasado camarera joven con las manos vacías dejando mesas desordenada con platos y basura. La comida tardó más de una hora, lo cual significaba que mi hijo tenía que salir y tener su almuerzo envuelto así podía tomar distancia conmigo. Nueve mesas vacías y sólo uno que era de uso gratuito debido a el desastre. La comida fue muy agradable a pesar de que se había acabado de unos pocos elementos. No recomendaría este lugar a todos.

Desayunamos con mi pareja y mi hijo de 9 meses y fue precioso, caliente y recién hecho. Muy bien caballero en la parrilla.Estaba concurrido, servicio de desayuno con los pedidos, servir, compensación y pagar todo realizada por una mujer! Ella era como de la vorágine y gestionado todo expertamente y las 10 contratistas incluso con diferentes requisitos y pagar por separado! Señora muy trabajador.Nos gustó mucho y volvería de nuevo.Gracias :-))

Fuimos en aquí el sábado para comer algo rápido, como habría dicho wetherspoons esperará 45 minutos para la comida. Muy buena comida y un servicio amable. Aunque sólo se utilizan 2 mesas todavía tenía que esperar bastante para comer para estar preparado.

Fuimos a Ewing después de que nos dijeron que había una espera de 45 minutos para la comida en el lado wetherspoon. Personal encantador, amable, tranquila y ambiente relajado con una comida riquísima. Fantástica relación calidad-precio. Le pop volver y ver de nuevo pronto. Gracias por el servicio precioso :)

Often passed by this restaurant but never ventured in, but on a dull sunday afternoon a couple of my preferred venues were closed. So my friend and I thought we'd give it a go with an open mind.On entry it seemed very pleasant, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated and furnished.We were greeted by a pleasant happy lady who told us to take a seat and she would come and take our order at the table.Sadly when the food arrived it was underwhelming to say the least.Nicely presented but the food content was poor, we both had chicken, and both portions of chicken were very small, mine was a breast in a bun so like a burger but on the first mouthful I encountered a small bone. The chips were frozen french fries.My friends chicken came with saute potatoes, which equated to one small potato a very small chicken breast which almost looked like we had one between us, cut in half as it was very thin.His meal came from a different menu where there were two meals for £12.00 but the lady told us if we buy one meal from that menu then it would be £6.So one meal was from this menu and mine was from the general menu.With drinks our total bill should have been £17.60 but we were charged £18.10 I overheard the lady and a gent whom I assume was the owner discussing prices, he was operating the till and took the money and I think she apologised to him for telling us the meal off the second menu would be £6 but he charged £6.50 but nothing was said to us, as if we werent present, though we were standing in front of him at the counter no apology and no receipt offered.My friend was paying and once outside though its only 50p I offered to go back in and mention it but we went for a walk on the seafront intending to call in on our way back but they were closed by then and hardly worth the cost of fuel to make a special journey.Overall it is what it is, its clean and tidy and the food is edible but nothing outstanding and for our first experience in here with the bone in the fillet, the very small chicken breasts, frozen chips and the wrong charge it didnt inspire a great impression I'm afraid so for that reason we will not be back when there are several other establishments in the vicinity offering better food and better value.

Disfrutamos del almuerzo el sábado de Pascua aquí y nos quedamos muy satisfechos con la comida y el servicio. Yo tenía pollo y bacon ensalada, que era preciosa y recién hecho. Éramos un grupo de nueve, incluyendo 2 niños pequeños y todos disfrutamos de nuestras comidas.

Called at Ewings for a cream tea. It was absolutely delicious. Two warm fruit scones with oodles of jam and clotted cream and tea. Nice friendly service. Would recommend.

Ewing es un tipo de tamaño moderado restaurante restaurante situado en el fondo de la calle en Torquay.Fue una experiencia bastante agradable. El personal era atento pero podría quizás ser un poco más cortés, a veces había un poco de total franqueza.Se sentía como un lugar para los asiduos/lugareños honestamente. No me pareció que no era bienvenido en allí, pero me sentí un poco fuera de lugar.Con respecto a la comida, estaba bien. Yo tenía un queso y jamón gratinados, que era un toque grasienta para mí. La señora tiene una hamburguesa de pollo, que dijo que estaba muy bien.Una gran decepción para mí fue que parecía que algunas cosas estaban fuera de stock. Cuando estuvimos pidiendo mi panini pasó de jamón y mozzarella, jamón y queso cheddar como habían acabado de mozzarella. La Sra. también tenía que cambiar su orden en que habían quedado fuera de algo (no recuerdo qué era).En cuanto a precios, diría que era razonable. No es fantástico, pero no superior.En general, diría que este lugar está bien.

Ewing está decorada con buen gusto y parece acogedor, el personal es amable y es un establecimiento limpio. El desayuno es aceptable, no ganarán premios en cualquier momento, pero es apetecible. Los platos son demasiado grandes para la cantidad de comida que se sirve, haciendo las porciones parecen pequeños y ocupar la mesa. Yo no volvería a Ewing basándose en el hecho de que estaban jugando un álbum de música verdaderamente horrible panpipe.

A Torquay para una escapada de fin de semana siempre llamamos a nuestro desayuno de Ewing que siempre está preparado a nuestro gusto y bien presentado para ponerlo justo para el día.El desayuno caliente es muy bueno, pero mi favorito es los huevos benedict.Siempre limpio y el personal es amable y servicial.Recomendaría una visita

Señora de abrió en 9. 30 aparentemente ella estaba esperando que llegue la camarera que siempre llegamos tarde, lo que efectivamente hizo y entramos con ni disculpas una vez llegó entonces ella comenzó a poner sillas y mesas fuera con la puerta abierta y fue una mañana helada, mi marido se levantó y ayudó a su así que podría ser mas rápido.Nuestros pedidos fueron tomadas y luego desayunos salió todo cocinado muy bien y sabía encantador.Luego me dio un picotazo al inodoro. Cuando nos subimos por las escaleras se notaba nada habían limpiado una vez que fuimos en el inodoro estaba sucio, gracias a Dios que no había sido antes de haber comido o habría salimos. En todos los rincones de tierra, el wc estaban estaba sucio y el lavabo estaba en necesidad de fondo.Lo reporté a la camarera que dijo que había sido el día antes, así que no lo habían hecho, no era lo suficientemente bueno me temo que pone una decepción en la higiene del resto del lugar.Espero que el propietario le dan a este y solucionen el problema.

Mi esposa y yo pasamos un fin de semana en Torquay y este fue el primer café que queríamos comer en como algunos no eran muy atractivas. Tuvimos una comida agradable cada día y los baños también estaban muy limpias. Recomendaríamos este café a todo el mundo.

Great place food looks great staff very friendly and nice clean décor , nothing too much trouble would deffo recommend to anyone coming to Torquay .

Went there as the decor drawed me in, the place looked great. Service was great however the food was a massive let down. The fish was under cooked and the chips were burnt, price was reasonable but I won't be going back there.

Visitamos Ewing en el primer día de nuestras vacaciones. La comida era razonable y tenían un menú para niños. Nos pareció que el servicio era rápido y complaciente con la comida de los niños como mis dos niños quería algo un poco diferente. El personal era servicial y amable. La comida era muy buena, así que volvimos más tarde en la semana, y un miembro del personal se acordaban de nosotros, de nuevo la comida y el servicio era genial y tenía un precio razonable. Sin duda volvería de nuevo. La única pequeña pega que tendría sería el 2 camareras jóvenes necesitan ser más conscientes de que está entrando en el restaurante y a ser más yendo con los clientes - más hablador. Volveríamos de nuevo :-)

Considering that it wasn't very busy waiting 40 minutes for 2 toasties was a bit of a joke, and when they were actually served the were cold!

Encontré este lugar en el primer día de nuestras vacaciones y nos sorprendió gratamente. La comida fue una gran calidad, que no tuvimos que esperar mucho, el personal era muy amable y parecía 'bonito'. Los baños estaban limpios, así como todo el café. Los precios eran muy razonablemente y todos disfrutamos de nuestras comidas así regresar al día siguiente para el almuerzo. El servicio y la comida eran igualmente genial, así que te recomendaría a todos.

Had lunch twice in this cafe and found it friendly and welcoming.Have visited in the past and found a total makeover since our last visit,and also a name change.However the food is still good and pleasant staff.

We visited Torquay for the week and whilst out on the Saturday we decided to have our lunch at Ewing's.We could see that they had been busy as some tables had not been cleared.We sat there for a good 10 mins plus watching the waitress's clean the tables completely oblivious to our need to order although they had acknowledged our entrance.They went in and out of the kitchen we tried to get their attention but still the cleaning of tables was of priority over serving new customers. We ended up walking out. Disappointing.

Had a gorgeous devon cream tea in ewings. Great value. The scones were still warm. They tasted beautiful. The food also on offer looked delicious. Well run cafe.

Second time down here at thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast all freshly made lovely produce and beautifully cooked. Everyone is so friendly and helpful will definitely come back again.

Buenos ingredientes caseros y de buena calidad.Como yo era la única que ordenó el chili de la "oferta de comida" que tuve que pagar más, ya que sólo tenía la comida de la oferta, que no me molestó pero puede haber otros.La camarera era amable, directamente y dice cómo es ... pero muy atento.Nos gustó tanto que volvimos unos días más tarde, cuando estaba mermelada lleno ... Había alrededor de 20 minutos de tiempo de espera para la comida ya que sólo una persona para cocineros de todo el mundo, pero vale la pena la espera.Recomendaría este lugar para desayuno o almuerzo, bien vale la pena y es mucho mejor que una cuchara de grasiento!

Personnel went out of their way to make coffee just how I like it and it was lovely. Had huge brownie too which WA slovenly, clean, pleasant, worth a visit, better than the big network crap around, well done little guys

1st visit since changed hands, lovely surroundings & staff I ordered eggs benedict & must say a little disappointed, eggs not runny, muffin v.chewy & hollandaise not great, a real shame as the dish looked so good, my parner also thought their meal not great was quite cold, hope they can improve as a lovely place

Visitamos este café/restaurante dos veces para el desayuno en un viaje de fin de semana a Torquay. Nos quedamos muy impresionados por la limpieza de las instalaciones, el menú variado y la amabilidad del personal. For vale por el precio, el desayuno completo sería difícil de igualar. Looking for somewhere to have a simple family lunch. Came in when our intended destination was full. Really pleased we did. Friendly welcome, tasty food, well cooked. Great value for money.
