Hours are wrong on Google. Says open until 22.00, but closed at 16.00. Real shame. Was looking forward to it as gone past many times.

We came as a family to try the Chinese evening, the food was lovely. Very good sized portions, price was very good, a nice variety of choice. We would happily return again.

We have often visited Route 11 for their excellent breakfasts and this was the first time I had gone in the evening for the Chinese Menu. It was the tastiest and most authentic Chinese food I had tried for a long time. Great service, prices and surroundings. Will be back!

Absolutely shocking from start to finish. The order was all wrong, food was cold and not cooked properly ie vegetables and potatoes hard, we had the smallest roast potatoes you've ever seen and only two per plate some came with stuffing others didn't it was cold, just an experience we all would never want to repeat. So shall not be returning.

I was pleasantly surprised by this cafe. I had almost stopped at a service station for a bite to eat, but decided to carry on further along the A11 in the hope of finding somewhere that my family and I could sit down to eat. The cafe has a small car park outside and a sign saying that it is 'biker friendly' and 'family friendly'. It is certainly family friendly. The toliets were clean and accessible (essential when travelling with young children). We decided to choose from the breakfast menu (available all day I think) though the cafe served a selection of sandwiches and other savoury hot food, as well as cakes. I chose a vegetarian breakfast, which included vegetarian sausages, and my son had scrambled eggs on toast. It was all freshly cooked and tasty, with good sized portions for the price. The coffee was lovely too. They had a small selection of books and puzzles for your children, which kept my children amused for a while. The staff were lovely, they had clearly been well trained. They were smiling and polite, brought all our food over promptly and cleared our things to make more space when we ordered coffee. I couldn't ask for more of a roadside cafe. If it was closer to home, I would visit frequently.

We were the first customers to be seated when we arrived upon opening and my husband and I watched as other customers arrived and get seated. We watched as the server went to their tables first to take their orders whilst we sat there seemingly unnoticed. I decided not to say anything just to see what would happen and one of the lovely ladies who seated us came back from whatever she had been doing and asked if we had been served yet. I said no and she was straight on it. Fortunately all staff on shift were well organized and the barista got through the drinks orders like a champ so we didn't have to wait too long. I ordered an oat milk latte and tarragon mushrooms, my husband had the full fry up. Food was delicious and hot. I felt the pricing was a bit off between our two dishes. Mushrooms on toast with 2 poached eggs and a bit of spinach £12 yet my husband's big fry up also had toast, eggs, mushrooms but then had beans, tomato, bacon ,sausages, black pudding for £14. Not a complaint, more of an observation. When we went to pay, the cashier read out what we had ordered and said Almond milk latte. Good job I don't have a nut allergy! Overall a nice experience, delicious food, friendly staff, excellent chef. Will return.

This was a good cafe. Very clean, attentive staff and a surprsingly good menu. Plenty of options, from a very impressive all day breakfast to an excellent Brunch and lunch menu. We are on holiday and are going back to get lunch one day during the week.

Walked in Sunday afternoon with no booking, staff were so accommodating and friendly, made sure food was available and offered us a table. The food was amazing! Huge Yorkshire puddings, plenty of vegetables and vegetarian options available too. Will definitely be returning.
