I have been here with my partner a random afternoon. The venue is very nice and staff very welcoming and friendly. The manager Patricia and the waiter Vincenzo were very professional and knowledgeable. Food is very nice and amazing pizza and this one is the best place we had in London recenlty. Will see you soon.

Came as we saw they did gluten free options! The pizzas were really good and it’s nice to be able to look down on the busy streets below but feel at ease in the restaurant. Staff were lovely an attentive and really careful about Allergens. We always visit if we’re stuck on somewhere gf in London!

Está bien para una comida desesperada en parte a través de una cruzada de compras, pero no hay mucho más para recomendarlo. El servicio es bueno (aunque el restaurante está 80% vacío) y la bruschetta y la pasta de tomate son decentes. La pizza fue una gran decepción, buena base, pero escatima en calidad y cantidad en las coberturas. Solo volvería bajo coacción hipoglucémica.

Had some time to kill so decided to try out the Rossopomodoro in the John Lewis in Oxford Street. At lunchtime on a Saturday the restaurant part of Rossopomodoro was quite busy whereas the cafe had zero customers. I had already eaten so I headed to the cafe. I only had a coffee but it was absolutely fine. I guess because I was literally the only customer (for a period of time) the service was slow. On the upside it was relatively peaceful given the lack of customers.

Went along with low expectations for an Italian in a department store but was pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent and everything had a nice little twist.

I decided to give Rossopomodoro a try when I was working in London on a Saturday. I do sometimes eat in restaurants alone before taking family and friends and find it a very interesting way to judge what the experience is really like. I was given an awful table by a serving trolley, staff constantly crashed plates and cutlery around with no apology or effort to control their noise. The pizza was no better than average. The dough is too thick for an authentic pizza and the quality of the toppings was very poor indeed with cheap meat and tired vegetables. Service was slow and offhand at all times. At no point was I asked if my food was okay. There were several people eating alone and the staff concentrated all their effort on the large groups. I had a coffee afterwards which was probably the worst I have tasted in many years. The bill took ages to arrive (again the staff were attentively looking after large groups!) and I was not given the option to remove the service charge. I sent an email to the head office email address and heard nothing. I phoned the branch and was asked to forward my email to a supposedly 'official' Gmail account. I did this and was told that it would be passed to head office. One week later I have heard nothing from anyone. Do not go here, they are selling overpriced rubbish with terrible service.

I came in Rossopomodoro with some friends and we ordered pizzas and starters. They were absolutely delicious, freshly made,like if you were suddenly in Italy . As well as the food, the service was really caring and quick. I would for sure recommend it and come back. Thanks to Emmanuel for taking care of us.

We were due at the theatre at 7:30pm and were running late. Enzo greeted us and took us to our table. He assured us that we would easily make the performance. He advised us which food options would be ready the quickest. My wife chose the Calzone Ricotta e Salame which she thoroughly enjoyed and I had the Gnocchi ai Formaggi which was equally delicious. Enzo said that he would take our food order to the kitchen to get it underway whilst we made up our mind about drinks. My wife’s said that her Aperol Spritz was beautifully prepared and was just how she liked it. I had a Special Edition Moretti which I have never tried before but will certainly have again. The decor for a restaurant in a department store was excellent and the service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend and would like to try out other restaurants in the chain. We made our show with time to spare for which we’re thankful for the efforts of all concerned.

Ordered for my child- starter and main. Ordered for me - starter and main. Child’s starter came. They brought a starter for me which was not the one I ordered. Waiter persuaded me to keep it and would cancel it on the bill but that was not what I wanted. I wanted the starter I ordered but the waiter did not care. Then the main course for my child arrived. My child finished the main. Then ate my starter as left on table. My main did not arrive. After waiting over half an hour for a plate of pasta that takes less than five minutes to cook, I asked for the bill. Only when the bill was coming, did they bring my main. Too late by then... whole point of dining with my child is to eat at the same time! Paid, left and won’t be back. Service was also slow and hard to get to waiter’s attention. Waiter that served me was inattentive and borderline rude.

Place was half empty at 19:45 when I arrived as waiting for John Lewis to engrave a present I had ordered. Was told by waitress to rush as last order at 8pm. Barely sat down when a waiter arrived asking if I was ready to order which I was. Took my pizza order and coke. Had to chase drink twice which arrived after 10 min whilst chased pizza took over 20 min to arrive and then undercooked. Could not be bothered to send back but asked for chili oil. Waiter brought it and poured it all over my pizza instead of either asking or leaving bottle on table. Needless to say will not order espresso nor leave a tip! With all excellent pizzerias in London there is no space for such unprofessional attitude. Will not be back to this group ever!

To start with, I am not a big fan of eating in Malls as service and food tend to disappoint. This Restaurant is a prime example of exactly that. Hospitality service with no sense of customer satisfaction ..... whilst the food was actually ok for the price, it was the service staff which was beyond disappointment ...... Carless, incapable and incompetent when it comes to addressing customers exportations.

We love to come to John Lewis Rossopommodoro whilst shopping at JL or in the area. They always have space, and the tables on top of the podium have excellent views of the surrounding square. The restaurant serves Napolitan style pizzas, and this particular branch has better pizzas than other branches. The staff is pleasant and friendly, very service minded. We do not normally come for late meals, but it is also good for early dinner.

I had Tortelli funghi e castagne, pasta didn’t taste cooked (a bit tough & tasted floury) Chestnuts, mushrooms & pork were tasty though. Daughter had gnocchi a formaggi, first few mouthfuls were nice then it was a bit bland/lacking in flavour. We overheard chap sat next to us telling his friend who he’d brought to try the pizza how amazing it was- Pizza smelt & looked delicious. Says 12.5% optional service charge on bill but paid by card & whole amount was taken- no option given. Service pretty slow. We were sat next to the window and table was pushed right next to wall so no arm room on one side & we were chilly as it was pretty drafty. Wouldn’t come back or recommend.

Horrible service! Got our mains before the starters. My pizza came with no sauce - it should have had sauce, it was not a white pizza. Took 15 minutes to get an ice n ice cream and the waitress, Gaia, even gave me attitude when I asked her to check on my order. Not worth going here. Terrible!pizzapbianca

We had a great early dinner whilst shopping at John Lewis in Oxford St. Rosso Pomodoro offers you great traditional food from Naples such a pizza fritta, bruschetta, panzerotti and great pasta...definitely advise to all to JL customers...thanks to chef Antonio for the great food...

Almost authentic Italian food...a little on the tasteless side but not bad. Service okay but on the whole overpriced. Bottled water very expensive...be careful and remember to ask for tap water which is free and just as good. Also service charges...if your not happy with...

Simply the best pizza in London. The combination of the fluffy base with amazing toppings is divine. This branch of rosso has a lovely terrace where you can peer out the window as your mouth waters.

Ci siamo recati in questo posto per pranzo ed è stata una vera scoperta!!!!! Pizza ottima .. Staff per lo più italiano ma comunque tutti gentili e accoglienti!! Piccolo errore su un ingrediente sulla pizza ma subito pronti a voler rifare il tutto e per scusarsi ci hanno offerto un caffè (vero caffè)... ottimo !complimenti! Er gnocchi är helt fantastik! Den rätten är den godaste jag någonsin ätit, kommer ni hit måste ni testa! Alltså jag kan fortfarande känna smaken och konsistensen i munnen, så förbannat gott! Min mamma tog en pizza och den var inte fel den i heller! Bra råvaror med mycket smak! Trevlig personal som verkligen leverade en fantastik service. Bra på att rekommender vin var de också! Kul att man kunde se när de tillverkade maten, de ska ni ha plus för! Mysig miljö dessutom! Kommer defentitivt tillbaka om jag besöker London!

Scherzi a parte il Rosso Pomodoro al terzo piano dell'edificio della John Lewis offre la pizza classica napoletana con bordo alto e tanto...pomodoro. La qualità è buona e si vede che gli ingredienti sono di ottima scelta. Nulla da dire sulla pizza e la birra...veloci nel servire e con un bel sorriso...in 4 abbiamo pagato 60 gbp...ma siamo a Londra quindi è accettabile.La parte sgradevole è stato lo spettacolo finale quando una cameriera ha aggredita sua manager o forse collega , cercando anche di prendere un coltello per colpirla...per fortuna è stata sbloccata. Sgradevole da sentire , sono madre lingua inglese quindi le parolacce le conosco....e da vedere un'aggressione in pieno ristorante. Per fortuna loro, eravamo pochi clienti ( chiudono alle 20.00 ) ma non è stato bello per niente.

Ormai sua maestà la "Pizza Margherita Verace Napoletana" ha varcato i confini ed è possibile godersela in tutti i suoi profumi e sapori anche a Londra.Complimenti e forza Italia, forza Napoli. Bravi

Vivo a Londra da qualche anno e vedo le pizzerie in aumento vertiginoso.Londra ama la pizza! Fuori ogni discussione. Rossopomodoro e' la pizzeria veterana a Londra e si difende bene dalla concorrenza. Il locale all'interno dei grandi magazzini John Lewis ha un buon rapport prezzo/qualita' per gli standard di Londra ed ha il personale che crede ancora nella grande Ospitalita' Italiana senza svenderla.La manager Silvia e' sinceramente interessata a trasmettere l'esperienza che il marchio sa offrire, basta provare qualsiasi piatto.Buon lavoro a tutti e tanto onore a voi e al vostro lavoro.Sergio

Siamo venuti a mangiare in questo ristorante che si trova in un centro commerciale fantastico, il locale che abbiamo trovato è molto ben curato il personale gentilissimo e disponibile e i tempi di attesa molto brevi! Parlando di cibo noi abbiamo preso due antipasti e due pizze e che dire erano strepitose! Consiglio vivamente a tutti!!!

Pizza cruda e con pomodoro tutto liquido. Veramente immangiabile! E mica se la fanno pagare poco! 12£A Londra si trova molto molto meglio. Peccato perché ci sono stato mesi fa ed era molto buono. Probabilmente hanno cambiato pizzaiolo.

Stavo quasi per perdere le speranze nel trovare una pizza buona a Londra.. fino a quando non ho provato Rossopomodoro. Finalmente mi sono sentita di nuovo in Italia. Pizza buonissima, non c’è paragone con nessun’altra pizzeria in terra inglese.Ingredienti freschi e di ottima qualità (si sente proprio che arrivano direttamente dall’Italia). Per non parlare della burrata, anche questa freschissima. I prezzi sono alti ma ne vale la pena. Il locale è grande, spazioso e molto carino anche se si trova all’interno di un centro commerciale. Servizio veloce e camerieri gentilissimi (in particolare Francesco, il ragazzo che ci ha serviti.. molto disponibile).Insomma se volete sentirvi in Italia andate a mangiare da Rossopomodoro.

Sono stato in vacanza a novembre a Londra e dopo aver visitato il centro commerciale mi sono fermato a mangiare da rosso pomodoro al terzo piano..che dire..una cucina buonissima complimenti alla chef molto brava!

I went with my mum a couple of months ago for a pre-theatre lunch. We thought we had made a mistake when we sat down and the party to one side of us were complaining about the food but we decided to stick with it. Later on the party on the other side sent their pasta back as it was cold! My mum ordered a salad and I ordered a pizza. My mum's salad came quickly but my pizza was forgotten. The waitress kept saying it was coming. When it did arrive it was delicious. We took advantage of the flyer offering free coffees but the service was a bit slow and we didn't have time for dessert in the end. It wasn't the waitress's fault, she was literally running around, they seemed very understaffed. I emailed afterwards and they said they would investigate and come back to me but never did. It's a shame as the food was good.

Ótimo lugar para almoçar durante as compras pela Oxford Street. As entradas italianas são demais. Os pratos de massa também não deixam a desejar. Recomendo.

Il ristorante si trova al terzo piano di John Lewis in Oxford Street. Il personale è interamente italiano, il posto è arredato semplicemente ma carino e pulito.Ho preso una pizza 5 cereali con burrata e crudo ed un'insalatina di pomodori misti ed olive. Per dessert due bicchierini, uno al limoncello ed uno all'amaretto, quest'ultimo un po' troppo dolce per i miei gusti ma indubbiamente buono. Il tutto, più un caffè, mi è venuto 28,12 £.E brava Selene che mi ha consigliata!! :)

Ottimo ristorante italiano con prodotti e alimenti super freschi situato al terzo piano del grande centro commerciale di jhon lewis lo consiglio a tutti coloro che visiteranno Londra o che vivono a Londra! La vera pizza napoletana la potrete gustare solo al Rossopomodoro!!! ❤

He estado en este restaurante por primera vez en septiembre de 2016 y realmente me gustó su pizza. No tuve tiempo para disfrutar del ambiente, entonces, ya que tenía que llevar la pizza y la prisa de volver al trabajo, por lo tanto tuve que volver.Así que me fui de nuevo en 23 de diciembre, después de un turno largo en el hospital y fue una gran experiencia. A pesar de que estaba solo, me lo pasé muy bien porque el lugar es muy bonito y acogedor, el camarero era simplemente genial: divertido, hizo gran recomendación sobre pizza y bebida y la pizza en sí era increíble cata en muy hearthy auténtico camino! ! !Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar si quieres algo sabroso, honesto pizza italiana a un precio razonable.

La comida estaba bien. Tuve el gnocchi y mi nieta tenía el menú infantil, que era bueno. Sin embargo, el servicio era terrible. No era una época así que no hay excusa, pero no estaba al tanto de que era lento, más que era tan brusco como para ser grosero. Mi nieta no consiguieron su arranque que claramente ordenados, pero el camarero negó que ella tenía. (Podría agregar que creía tanto de sí mismo que él creía que no había que escribir). Tuve que impulse para artículos, pero no había excusa. Me hicieron sentir un poco incómoda para preguntar. Fui a John Lewis porque puedo esperar un buen nivel de servicio - JL realmente debería mirar este lugar, hacerles.

Yo estaba muy contento con Rossopomodoro en Covent Garden y esperar el mismo nivel de la comida y el servicio de éste, pero resultó ser una decepción. El servicio era muy lento, simplemente no estaban pasando por un camarero de nuestra parte del restaurante (no es grande! ), así que tuvimos que esperar para que alguien nos trae menús, luego tomar nuestra orden de bebidas, después de pedir la bebida, entonces nuestra petición de comida, etc. Pensé que sería una parada para un bocado rápido de Niza pizza napolitana después de ir de compras, y resultó en casi una hora, pasamos la mayoría del tiempo tratando de tomar los servidores. La pizza era bastante normalito, totalmente diferente del establecimiento hermano en CG.

Produit frais, ambiance rustique et authentique, carte variée et colorée MAIS temps d'attente excessif et service basique à revoir d'urgence. Le pourboire étant inclus (4,76 pounds) j'attendais un service à sa hauteur.. Ps: Si vous y aller penser à ne prendre qu'une pizza pour deux car la nourriture est copieuse.

This restaurant hit all the right spots for me. Their food expresses the italian cuisine in all its brilliance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Outstanding experience, I'll definitely return as soon as possible.

Fui un miércoles por la noche para reunirse con un amigo. Pensando que en John Lewis, el servicio sería bueno. Pero no, el muy irrespetuoso anfitriona nos acomodó sin siquiera mirar, o habla, así que preguntamos si nos podíamos cambiar a una pequeña mesa, ella andaba merodeando y nosotros volver a insertar.Hemos esperado mucho tiempo para pedir, luego me hicieron sentir mal que yo quería para mí servir los copos de chile tener que preguntar varias veces para un desierto, como el menú de plato de pasta que servían era demasiado pequeña.Es un lugar conveniente para parar dados los compradores fuera, pero seriamente con el servicio donde estás siendo ignorado y la anfitriona tan desagradable, dan un tono mal por la noche.Pedí un tiramisú de postre, y llegó con un chocolate? Good food and service. Not hurried to vacate the table which was nice as we were catching up with some old friends we hadn't seen for a while.

Fui para un almuerzo tarde mientras compra en John Lewis. Yo tenía un linguini y una copa de vino. Aunque la comida no estaba mal, la porción era pequeña. El servicio era terrible. Cuando termine, esperamos un rato para indicar a alguien que necesitaba la factura, nadie estaba a mano. Decidí ir al cajero para realizar el pago. En la cajera, la camarera me dieron un scowl positivamente! Odio pasar £20 libras en una comida y sentir que estoy pidiendo limosna! !

It was as if it was microwave dish from M&S. It tasted ok but the sauce looped all the pasta together. It was cold. It wasn't great.

We stopped for a quick break and we have a very good pizza! It was a bit busy, but we didn't have to wait too much. Coffee was good as well!

We visited for a cheeky dessert, and we were asked to sit outside the main restaurant. Nice dessert, but the service was lacking.

El restaurante Rossopomodoro es un lugar muy cómodo y agradable. La comida, especialmente la pizza italiana auténtica, es delicioso! ! ! Yo lo recomendaría. Increíble y divertido barman Camillo Negroni! ! Muy buen servicio. Me encanta este restaurante y me encanta la comida italiana. . cinco estrellas! Cinco estrellas! Excelente!

Passing here on a Saturday afternoon for shopping i popped in and I ordered a Pizza Margherita , The pizza was amazing, is just as you get in Italy, the dough was perfect and the mozzarella topping so tasty. The service was really quick and the staff friendly and efficient, nice noisy atmosphere just like an Italian pizzeria ! This restaurant is a little slice of Naples in the middle of Oxford street ! Highly recommend !!!

Busy day Christmas shopping was rescued by an Italian lunch where the menu has a definite Neapolitan touch. My wife started with Pomodoro e Aglietto and followed with Tagliatelle alla Boscaiola Bianca. I started with Crocchè, smoked mozzarella in a potato coat and deep fried. This is said to be typical Neapolitan street food. I do not know if this is true but it was delicious. This was followed by fru fru dop, 3 toppings on one pizza and washed down with a very good montepulciano.

Fantastic if you're gluten free but love pizzas. These are brilliant. Wonderfully tasty and just like the 'real' thing.

WOOW!!..Simply amazing... Five stars is not enough !! The best pizza I ever had, fresh ingredients and the combinations delicious. The service exceeded all our expectations. Would highly recommend to everyone who loves pizza/italian food. Really cosy,I can't wait to come back again and again!!!

Rossopomodoro he visitado unas cuantas veces y nunca he tenido problemas con la comida o personal, pero fui ayer y el personal nos dejó en la puerta y dejaron caer nuestra comida delante de nosotros. La comida estaba bastante bien, pero estaba muy decepcionado por esto.

Pedí el pollo y ensalada de aguacate. Era repugnante y apenas tocado. El pollo era mínimo y difícil, el aguacate/correosos también era mínimo y no el sabor de aguacate. La lechuga fue la lechuga iceberg barato puede comprar tomates cortados con macizos todo estaba ahogado en zumo de limón. Me cobraron 16 libras por un pequeño bocado de pollo el resto de ensalada estaba intacta y una botella de agua... y luego esperamos 15 minutos para la factura después de preguntar 3 diferentes miembros del personal. pérdida de dinero no volveremos.

Beim Shopping zwischendurch was essen ist immer eine gute Idee. An dem Tag habe ich mich für Pizza entschieden und bin da rein. Das Restaurant befindet sich in John Lewis Kaufhaus in der 3. Etage. Es bietet viel Platz und eine angenehme Atmosphere ohne Stoffservietten und Tischdecken.

No hay mucho que decir sobre mi experiencia reciente a este restaurante aparte de lo malo que era el servicio, el personal que tienen cero personalidad y mirar por ti, ya estás sentado u orden. Las pizzas salieron mi pedido equivocado y luego para hacer lo peor las pizzas estaban crudas la base todavía era una masa, no había disculpas hechas en este asunto. Lo que una mala experiencia de un agradable día de salida.

The restaurant (on floor 3 of John Lewis, Oxford St) was quite empty, but the order still took a considerable amount of time to appear. The staff were nice and my wife's linguine puttanesca, while not looking so great, tasted good. My salad (chicken and avocado), on the other hand was well under par. The avocado had been pulverised into a baby food-like consistency and there was so much dressing that the lettuce needed wringing out. I mentioned this to a waiter when he came to ask how everything was and, my fault for being rather too English about it and telling him it was "ok" (with a "really not ok" look on my face), and that it was well over-dressed, but there was no offer of a replacement, so all that was left for me to do was to take the optional service charge off.

Almuerzo en este agradable restaurante. Las ventanas dan a Cavendish Square. Servicio rápido, si no es demasiado atractivo de alguna manera. Pan excelente, si no es barato o cálido. La comida no está mal en absoluto. (no propiamente de almuerzo, mente). Volvería de nuevo, aunque quizás no mañana! Vale la pena probarlo. Parece ser una cadena muy exitosa, con sucursales en todo el mundo.

Excellent food and service. All fresh ingredients. The Burrata is outstanding. One of the best pizza in London. I especially enjoyed the "Margherita Gialla". The staff is frendly and professional. Very good value for money.

Nel centro di Londra al terzo piano di John Lewis In Oxford Street batte forte un cuore italiano con una eccellente cucina a base di pizza e altre specialità che vi lasceranno pienamente soddisfatti per la scelta! La pizza è ottima ed appetitosa, fatta esclusivamente con prodotti freschissimi e gustosi! La professionalità è la cortesia del personale vi lasceranno un ulteriore buon ricordo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Seguite il mio consiglio senza perdere tempo....

Comí allí hace un par de años con mi hija y realmente disfrutamos de la comida y la experiencia. Sin embargo, las cosas han cambiado desde entonces. Visité las 6 de la tarde en una noche de jueves y tenía ganas de una pizza sabrosa y un poco de tiempo de inactividad después de un día particularmente ocupado en el trabajo. La habitación estaba casi vacío y los camareros se condujo como si tenían la habitación para ellos mismos y el ocasional cliente era algo inconveniente. Comer solo nunca es una gran experiencia y buen servicio hace que se me hicieron sentir bienvenido y podrá relajarse. No aquí. El personal charlando entre sí, jugando, los gritos que no comportarse de una manera que uno esperaría. Algo alarmante, mi pizza llegó a los 5 minutos de estar ordenados y las observaciones de otro crítico, reflejan, completamente Megfarmar mi propia experiencia. El queso mozzarella estaba frío y correoso y tuve que retirarlo. La pizza estaba empapado en la sección central y la corteza estaba muy pastoso. Y me encontré a través de masticar chicle la corteza, la única parte de la pizza que no estaba mojado, y nos dimos cuenta de que a pesar de estar hambriento no estaba preparado para continuar a comer algo tan apetecible. El ambiente desagradable y antipático significaba que no podía ni siquiera se molestó en terminar mi agua con gas y la izquierda a los 20 minutos de haber llegado.
