Really great place, worth a visit for ice cream or pizza. Only negative is that dogs are not allowed inside, but plenty seating outside.

Came for a breakfast, which was excellent. Bought some ice cream and local honey and had a lovely walk round the lakes and grounds.

My favourite part of our holiday every year. Love feeding the animals - you can buy food from the shop for less than £1. Great walk around and can feed the ducks too, lots of places to sit and grass areas for picnics. Lots of nice things to buy in the shop from chutneys, jams and beauty products. Followed by a lush ice cream or If you have room an ice cream sundae. The pizzas are also really good and the rosemary chips (I think whoever reads this can tell how many times we have visited).

Very good food, great ambience, nice people. Well known throughout Cornwall with good reason. However, it can be very crowded.

Wanted to treat my family to lunch out . Roskillys used to be a favourite of ours but we'll never go back. We have food allergies and vegetarian, the staff were unhelpful and rude . The menu is now designed around meat eaters with so many concoctions added that it's impossible for certain food intolerance people to eat. We felt completely unwanted . We ended up at mullion chocolate factory whom were more than happy to accommodate us . Where has the original Happy friendly Roskillys gone !! Very sad .

Do not miss, an absolute gem Some reviews give 5 stars, and the place and food are pleasant enough. Roskillys food was awesome. Best pizza I have ever had. All the food is marvelous. Locally sourced and fresh does make a difference. It's not a cheapy place, but not extortionate, well worth the price

Every time we come to Cornwall we always visit Roskilly’s farm this time we stayed for lunch, the food was amazing and the ice cream is the best!

Far more than just the premier ice cream stop in Cornwall (which is saying something!) - quiz nights, live music, bar, pizzas (via an amazing wood-fired oven) and art gallery...there literally is something here for everyone. But most of all, there's an ice cream flavour for everyone - that's the star attraction!

This is simply the best icecream in the uk. If your in cornwall seek it out. They have new flavours this year. The raspberry is unbelieveably good. Ive never tasted anything as fruity.

The best camping experience. Clean and lovely toilet / shower facilities. Animals and lakes and woodlands walks for things to do. The best ice cream In Cornwall and a fab restaurant with great food and atmosphere.

A family favourite. And the best burger I have ever had (as many others have said). Loads of lce Cream flavours and sizes alongside a good range of homemade meals from breakfast to evening. During the day you can see the cows being milked.

Fabulous place with something for everyone and the best ice cream 🍦 we loved seeing the animals, walking around the ponds and then visiting the art gallery and gift shop too.

Really enjoyed our visit here 😊 the Ice cream was amazing. Kids enjoyed seeing the animals. It absolutely poored with rain but we had a fab time regardless. Definitely worth a visit. This is also dog friendly which was a bonus.

Absolutely loved it at Roskillys. A quaint little place set in nature. Lovely atmosphere and food was top notch. We had lunch and then had a look around the art gallery and ceramics gallery. then we popped over to the farm animals, then across to the ponds,and across the fields and we finished off with an ice cream at the shop.I will definitely be back 100%. Kids loved it too.

Great place that I can't recommend highly enough! After a lovely walk through the farm we sat down to eat. My partners vegan and gluten intolerant so she was over the moon with the options available! The food was brilliant and no problem with the nut allergy on of the kids has. Lovely friendly staff too! A great place to visit and eat!

An absolute gem. The food is exceptional - definitely the best burgers I've ever had! Everything else we've tried - steaks, pizzas and the pork belly salad were delicious, too. The service was very friendly and helpful. We loved the band night! Oh, and the lobster :) You also have to try their own ice cream - hands down the best ice cream in Cornwall. Beautiful location. Will definitely be back!

Best burgers I ever eat. We stayed on Roskyill's camping for almost week, and we dined almost every evening. I've try all burgers, one pizza and steak 🥩, all deserved 5 stars. And ice-cream another 5 stras.

Have been coming to Roskillys for too many years to mention my daughters now come with their children it’s honestly my favourite place to visit so friendly and helpful the best cooked breakfast ever and my friend and I now visit every year for our short break and hoping to sample the roast on our next visit my daughter says it’s amazing !!! The only way it changes is to get better though not sure how you do it but seem to find a way Coming back in April can’t wait ❤️oh and must not forget the ice- cream perfection

Lovely walk and nice restaurant

A Stunning and Beautiful Restaurant with the best setting in Cornwall, the food, Staff & Atmosphere was simply Stunning & we have booked again already, excellent simply excellent

On 11th August we came for Sunday dinner. I just wanted to leave a review to say it was outstanding! The quality of the produce combined with excellent presentation was just amazing, my husband went to find a member of staff to say thank you in person. So thank you again for doing a fantastic job to whoever your chef is they are brilliant!

The ice creams are just fantastic and actually fairly good value for money they give you loads even with just a 1 scoop , however booked in for an evening meal and the food was ok but way too expensive, I ordered a vegan falafel burger it was ok but £11.50 and it literally was just the burger on a tiny plate with no sides fries etc so by the time I had to order a separate side of fries it was crazy money , the pizza was nice but quite annoying that an adults pizza ended slightly smaller than a kids meal deal one that's not right , so overall ice cream yes but would've use again for the food

Food was amazing here. The online booking system might not be accurate- I’d recommend calling up for a table. The online system seems to show less availability than there actually is. It’s a beautiful little farm with art studio

Been visiting years, much more busy these days. If you wish to eat book a table. Nice that you can buy the big tubs of ice cream here to take home. Lots of flavours to choose from!

Had breakfast at Roskillys last Sunday. We had good service but had to wait 50 minutes for the meal because they were so busy, by the time the food arrived the tea had gone cold. The breakfast it's self was nice but the egg and the bacon was over cooked.

Always love coming here. Lots to do and the food and drinks are always great.

Popped in for an after dinner ice cream. Lovely atmosphere with plenty of seating in the courtyard, some covered. Friendly staff, and good value. Collection of farm animals in the fields by the car park for the kids to see

A lovely local business but sadly I had an average experience. My husband and I visited twice recently whilst on holiday. I had a strawberry ice cream (which was fine) & nectarine yoghurt ice cream which unfortunately was inedible - it tasted like the fruit used was fermented/overripe and rotting and as a result the taste of the ice cream was unpleasant. I was very surprised that someone hadn’t tasted this batch and recognised it was not nice. (As a chef I can tell when something isn’t right - My husband tasted and also agreed) Would have returned to replace but had walked away and only got to the nectarine ice cream at the bottom after I’d eaten the first flavour on top. Had dinner with family another night, (pub quiz was on). Service was very slow and unattentive (no mains check backs, mains plates left sat on the table for a long time after finishing, had to go and ask for dessert menus, didn’t clear mains plates until after dessert orders were taken, had to go to the bar to ask for the bill). Food was well presented but quality was ok, (mackerel was well cooked and quite tasty) - heritage tomato salad was disappointing (too cold, underseasoned). Other members of the party did have good dishes (burger and steak). I was really looking forward to the food here and sadly just a bit disappointed. Dog friendly but not inside unless you’re just buying an ice cream.

We came here for a Sunday roast and were lucky to get a reservation with a short notice. The meat was cooked to perfection and the gravy was tasty. Nice atmosphere in the garden, however service was poor. There is a long queue inside and we didn’t feel informed about how ordering worked. For some reason we weren’t given the Sunday roast menu either even though we reserved a table for it. We recommend the ice cream.

Awesome range of ice-cream including several vegan options; gluten free cream tea available; many gluten free lunch/dinner choices as well as veggie & vegan options.

Very busy visit on a Sunday. The surroundings were lovely and the ice cream divine.

This is a ‘must visit’ in the area. The owners have worked hard to make this a special place. Food is very good- pizza is excellent. Very disappointed we didn’t book in advance for Sunday roast as it looked amazing- my only criticism would be to ensure people know (very) advanced booking for roasts is required. Sorry, would also leave the Ice-cream Sundays - not special. Eton mess one had meagre meringue. Atmosphere in the courtyard is amazing for breakfast - eclectic and discerning background music. Lovely walks round the farm lands. Will return for sure.

Roskillys is a really lovely place, you can walk around and look at the animals and a nice walk through the fields around the lakes. The best part is after your walk stop in their cafe. the food is absolutely outstanding same as their service. 5*

Stopped for ice cream. They had lots of choice. And although we didn't have a meal, the food looked and smelt lovely.

Marvellous Cornish homemade ice cream, such a cosy boho outdoor vibe to the seating area (which is heated!) and the ice creams are magnificent - all delicious and so many classic and unusual flavours to choose from! My favourite was the lotus biscuit ice cream, the best lotus ice cream I've had. I also really liked the kefir gooseberry and the chocolate flavours. They do vegan ice cream AND sorbet too which is a nice touch

Fantastic food, efficient service and loads of parking

It's probably the nicest cafe we've ever eaten at. We sat in the shady courtyard underneath the vines soaking up the relaxed atmosphere. I had the vegan pizza with the most amazing, fresh flavours of basil, capers,roast vegetables, and cashew cheese. It's the best vegan pizza by far I've ever had. Highly recommend this place, it's beautiful with fantastic food and atmosphere.

Free parking, lovely scenery and the best ice cream. What's not too like !

They do a fantastic flat white coffee! But unfortunately it seems the majority of the outside seating area is not non-smoking and therefore not child friendly in my opinion if people at the next table are allowed to vape/smoke.

We rode our motorbikes to Roskilly's. It was easy to park but a bit dangerous for us on our bikes. Gravel and motorbikes are not a good combination. But we managed to park. We ordered food, we had burgers and chips, and they were absolutely delicious. We then had a walk down to the animals. There are pigs, goats, chickens, and rats. The rats were funny. They just ran out to us and were watching us. Obviously, the rats were wild, but rats don't bother me. I found them to be very entertaining, there are small brown pigs, so I told someone that, that they were smoky bacon pigs, 🤣🤣 and they believed me. It is a lovely place for families and a lovely day out.

Love Roskillys, been coming here for years. Great food, fantastic ice cream and all in a lovely setting. They have coped with covid restrictions well and still a great place for a family trip for food and to see some farm animals.

Very relaxing family run place with great meals & the best ice cream in Cornwall. Plenty for family to do with lovely walks & animals for children to see. Wood fired pizza are a must try.

Printing extremely reasonable a out £25 for main course side of chips, ice-cream cornet and an alcohol drink ( not a cocktail ) found the golden cider to be delicious and quite sweet. Didn't like Perry pear cider which has a weird taste to it at end of sip. They also make cocktails but we did not try them.Pizzas were delicious. They are deep pan but because they have been fired in the pizza oven they don't taste doughy. They look smallish but you will struggle to finish it. Two members of our party had burgers - the classic and the other the pulled pork. There are vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. Everyone happy with orders and portion sizes. We finished with ice-cream cornets you can go to ice-cream bar to choose the flavour you want and just give your table number. The ice-cream is made on the farm. They also have a selection of ice cream sundae desserts on the menu. Dogs are allowed in the outside courtyard which does have roof so if you are seated around the edge of the courtyard you are shielded from rain. There is seating inside but not with dogs. There is ample parking and also farm animals to look at plus a nice walk in the Woods. Careful of you have young children as there are ponds there. They also have a shop and an art gallery which you can visit if you get there before 4pm. Check opening days on their website.

Fantastic! What a lovely place to come and eat. We visited here whilst staying on the Roskilly's campsite. We were lucky enough to visit when the quiz night was on. It was a really good atmosphere, with the sun shining down on us, with good music playing, and everyone enjoying themselves while waiting for their food to arrive. The smell from the wood fired kitchen smelt amazing, and the food looked really good as it all came past. Our pizzas and burger arrived, and they tasted as good as they looked! The flavours were really delicious. We decided we'd take part in the quiz, and got the instructions from one of the team. Having eaten, and had a few pints of the local brew "Spingo" we were ready to tackle the quiz, and enjoyed quiz banter with some of the locals taking part. We went back to the camp that night with full bellies - and having had a really good evening out.

Fab place. Great crowd of all ages. Decent pizza. Choice of drinks. Ice-cream. Cream teas. You name it they probably have it. A real gem of a place for the area.

Spent a great afternoon here. First we had a delicious pizza from the wood-fired oven with cider, then we ate the delicious homemade ice cream. Afterwards a digestive walk across the beautiful farmstead. 👍🏽

Awesome little place. Been visiting Roskilly's for nearly 3 decades and I've always loved the place. Although there was a donkey when I was younger until recently. Lovely walk around the grounds and pools and topped off by some of the tastiest ice cream you'll ever eat.

It's our local go to place in St Keverne. Friendly, clean. The food is good, the staff helpful and the country atmosphere is calming. Very popular with holiday makers and can, therefore, become very busy and noisy at peak times.

We’ve been to Roskillys many times before and really enjoyed it and had great Pizza but very sadly feel really let down by them tonight. We booked a table and were looking forward to a cosy evening with good food and in particular Pizza which our kids were really looking forward to. We arrived and were sat in the cold and empty part of the shop on our own as the main restaurant was full. We then proceeded to order food after being given menus and only then after going off to the kitchen did our waitress come back to tell us in a not very apologetic way that they had run out of Pizza. We had to leave and find somewhere else to eat on a wet Saturday night with 2 disappointed and hungry children. I just wish that Roskillys had not accepted our booking when they were obviously over capacity or had rung us before we got there to let us know that the main food option on the menu wasn’t available. Really disappointing and very little in the way of apology or any attempt to make things right when the waitress told us.

Such a wonderful place, in the heart of gorgeous countryside but also a few minutes from the sea, it offers so much for families and couples to enjoy, wether it’s feeding the ducks, grabbing a on site made Ice cream or a ravishing meal this place offer incredible value for money and home made tasty options, would happily recommend

We had pizza and ice-cream, both excellent. The kids loved the food and then exploring and seeing the animals after. Still a great place to visit, now have WiFi, a bonus. But I do wish that smoking was not allowed as it really spoils the taste of the ice cream. All it takes is one smoker sitting in the courtyard to ruin everyone's enjoyment.

Ice cream is absolutely amazing and such a range of flavors! We didn't eat here but the food looked and smelled amazing! Being able to walk around and see the animals was great, especially being able to buy food from the restaurant to feed them!

It is just a lovely place to be, come rain or shine. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic. When booking a table, if it's for Sunday Roast inform them who'll be having the roast. All of their food is fantastic but the Sunday Roast is so very good. I don't know what's in the gravy but that on its own tastes delicious.

A little bit of heaven. Set in area of outstanding natural beauty very peaceful. With truly wonderful staff and sons of best ice cream around and the cooked food is some of best in Cornwall and very reasonably priced. Best places definitely worth a visit.
