Rosehill Balti in Cannock Chase

Had a new meal from there was the mixed platter but came with fried onions peppers and in a chilli sauce it was fab I will deffentenly have again

20 mins late. Curry was good, but everything else was undercooked - chapatis were doughy and the chips were hard. Quoite dissapointed really and would find it hard to recommend.

Paid nearly £8 for 2 special nans, very poor, burned, soggy, hardly any filling and definitely no chillis which I was looking forward to. Disappointed.

Didn’t turn up until an hour later.. refused delivery.. waiting on refund

Absolutely disgusting customer service whoever answered the phone couldn’t speak a word off English and was very rude and put the phone down several times after the food was an hour late absolute disgrace would never order from here again

Staff were so rude , asked for a delivery but then started shouting on the phone because we had to complain before about missing items . Do not recommend. Food comes cold and have always been regular with these for years . Gone downhill

We had a nice takeaway from Rosehill Balti. Ready in 10 minutes, but no complaints about the quality of the food. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Ordered 2 curries and 2 naan breads to share. I had 6 pieces of chicken in my curry, and my partner had 3 pieces. So shared out 9 bits of chicken between us. Not sure what the meat was in the 3 piece curry, it didn't taste like chicken... maybe turkey. Anyway, curry's were nice and the naan breads too, but the portion sizes were terrible. Other than that we enjoyed it but the chicken/other meat to sauce ratio was terrible.

Absolute waste of £31,order came wih open sauces in bag,curry was bland,didnt taste like chicken,naan bread wasnt cooked,threw most of it away,even dog wouldnt eat it,used to use dilshad but thats sadly gone,will never use rosehill balti again

spent £26 on our meal for 2 , it come late and cold and the chips were like mash potato , to top it off the papudoms we ordered were also missing i called and asked them to drop them off and they said they were too busy to drop them off so i can have them next time well there wont be a next time , don't offer a service if you can't deliver , embarrassing really

Waste of £20, I would not eat from here again!! Everything other than keema nam has gone in the bin, dry onion salad the rest has no taste! My dog wouldn't even eat it . Keep away from the pkace

Spent over £20 tonight and what a waste that was. The onky thing decent that we had was the keema naman. Curry had no flavour let alone spice to it, rice was lumpy, onion salad had zero onion in it and was just lettuce, and the tandoori chicken was just swimming in water. Definitely won't be going back

Jokers, accepted order and never delivered. All good accepting the cash, but no concern for the customer service or delivery ... dead ... avoid

Ordered food. Rang after one hour 20 mins to be told it would be 10 mins. It’s still not here another hour later. Phone just ringing out. Ver unprofessional. No service. Shame

If ordering on Uber don't buy into their 5-30min delivery bull. Then when called after an hour to ask how long, their staff have no customer service skill. Couldn't give me a time, just the usual it's on its way ****. No sorry or anything. No wonder their food hygiene rating is only 3. Chips were terrible. Gf didn't really enjoy her meal. Mine was ok, but staff get a thumbs down.

Can't believe there's a lot of people slating these guys. I must have had about 30 meals from them over the past 5 years. Each time they have provided cracking bhunas, tikka Kormas and naans. There chips and rice are decent too. I'm not talking satisfactory food either. I'm talking well spiced, tasty and flavoursome fresh food. I must have had there pakoras 10 times and not once with problems, actually very very good. I'm not the type of person to tolerate sub-par food. The food has never been sub par and is the best takeaway Vs price I know in the local area. I couldn't stand by and not vouch for there guys. They are a class act!!!

The food was decent and a bit greasy, not really what I'm looking for in a takeaway. Except for the naans, they were incredible. Could also do with less plastic for the containers.

Ordered Meal at 6pm, and at 7:10pm I called to chased the whereabouts of my meal. Got told very rudely on the way. 20 mins past after this and still no meal so called again and got told on way again chap on phone was disgusting and rude. Will not order again ever.

Just ordered a takeaway from here the service was amazing, the food was out of this world would definitely recommend using them!

The food was disgusting. The naan came in foil which was watery. The sirolion steak came as a rock and was cheap steak. Food was awful will never use again.

Waited too long for food , called restaurant twice 1st time after 1 hour of waiting. Usually great service but I am still waiting for my food an hour after the expected delivery time, I've called the restaurant twice and they have been useless both times, telling me the driver is on the way yet half an hour later I'm still waiting... So disappointed will not be using them again.

Wow looked at reviews on just eat and picked this as decent stars. What a mistake!!!!! We were all super hungry. Kids didnt eat the watery karma, with hard chicken. The plain rice was in clumps. The chicken rice was hard. The only edible part was the naan breads. Dont even get me started on the soggy pakora and banana fritters. Utter disgrace. Cant believe they send food like that out Truly disappointing and all still hungry.

I was actually thinking about coming to this takeaway until I saw that disgusting picture of a raw uncooked chicken. Absolutely shocking! Cooking lessons needed for the freshie chef. Home office and the council should be made aware!

Well visited Rosehill Balti last night ordered half tandoori chicken for my partner and a biriyani for myself with naan bread. Think the photo attached is self explanatory the chicken was not under cooked it was raw. This spoilt the whole meal and put me off totally, so whilst my meal was ok I didn't enjoy it.

Definately the best take away in cannock the lads are very helpfull and the food is absolutely fantastic , the flavour of every curry ive had is out of this world.

Been being looked after by these guys for fifteen years; their food is always fantastic; fresh, flavourful, hot. They always deliver in under half an hour (although we are very close by), and their onion bhaji' and vegetable samosa'... are the reason I'm writing this review! I've (bizarrely) never ordered them before, and OMG now I wish I had! They were just, WOW. The samosa' were fresh tasting and not greasy at all, and the bhaji' were shredded balls of perfection, with both being quite large, too. I have not once, ever known their meat to be fatty, or watered-down, or their meals bland or cold. When I move from here, I will visit them whenever I visit here! Top drawer, folks! As for the guys at Rosehill Balti? Keep up the genius work, and many thanks from Emma at 81A (chicken&cheese omelette girl)! :)
