Went for late lunch with Groupon nice selection of food staff lovely nice not to be rushed nicely decorated quite busy with people coming and going to restaurant and hotel

Really good food and attentive staff. Menu has a good range of options, including gluten free. Pleasant, modern atmosphere.

Came for stopover before travelling to Novotel Dickinson street Manchester .wouldn’t come again .Booked dinner bed and breakfast.Dinner was passable as was breakfast .1 person on serving evening meal which you are allowed £21.00 per person and children have to pay.Place is dark dingy and uninviting .Food was barely passable and I did not enjoy .Breakfast next morning no one on reception area to take room number told to sit anywhere by a member of staff at checking in desk .Again food barely passable.They want to take a leaf out of Novotel manchester Dickinson street .Staff amazing dressed amazing highly professional .Rooms lovely food amazing ..Liverpool needs to raise its game and train its staff.Very poor in my opinion.Only good thing was its proximity to Liverpool 1 bus station for national express.Won’t be staying here again

Online menu is not the menu. Tables and floor were filthy. Staff disunterested. Didnt even stay to order. Not a pleasant expierence.

Lovely modern hotel. Rooms lovely, very clean. Staff were very efficient. Breakfast great and a superb location for a night out. But we had a room at the front and it was so noisy we couldnt sleep most of the night

Booked the hotel via Groupon for 3 course meal and a glass of Prosecco/wine. Nice food and quick service, would recommended

We stayed at the hotel and decided to eat here for convenience, the food was amazing, freshly made, really wholesome food, atmosphere was lovely. The only downside is the lack of staff, 2 were running the bar and restaurant by themselves which seemed like madness, took ages to get the bill. Worth going for the food though!

Came here with a friend. We had ordered the Groupon voucher for the 3 course meal plus glass of Prosecco. It was fantastic value for money. The food was amazing the staff all really helpful and friendly. We were made to feel really welcome. We enjoyed it so much my friend is returning with her other half. 10 out of 10

Sfternoon tea. Was worst I've ever had dry stale sandwiches rubbery cheese fatty ham. Waste of £30 through groupon. Never again. Waiter just laughed when i said it was awful.

We had breakfast in Ropewalks and it was fine. I would say very good. But we went there for an evening drink and the staff was not very friendly and we did not get what we wanted .. so it was not very pleasant 🙄

Had tea and breakfast here when staying at the hotel and both meals were really nice. Evening snacks we had for our main meal was lovely and the service was great Breakfast was nice but very much on the pricey side at £18 each but it’s filling. I’d say the ginos breakfast at the innside tops it though. Worth it if your nearby

We bought a voucher for afternoon tea for £15 for the Ropeworks&kitchen through Living social but trying to get through to book is impossible we rang about 20 times and sent emails but never a reply.in the end we phoned the hotel it is part of and booked that way but the receptionist gave us another email address to confirm we emailed again and still no reply.When we got to the restaurant it took ages for anyone to come to us ut after that we were seated and within 15 minutes a lovely afternoon tea was served many sandwiches and many small cakes.We will come back in the future.

Hier lekkere pint beer gedronken en voetbal gekeken. Fijne en vriendelijke bediening. De ruimte is groot en fijn.,

We had acternoon tea here last week which was purchased as a voucher pre covid which they very kindly honoured. Food was nice, prosecco was generous (it was bottomless) and when they found out it was our daughter's birthday the next day they brought her over a lovely mocktail. The staff were really lovely and very helpful.

Stayed in the hotel and went for a few drinks and food. Food was quick and tasted very good. Bar man was lovely and quick. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Service overalls was very good

Modern restaurant at bottom floor of hotel, our party of 4 called in for afternoon tea. We were treated by friendly member of staff and shown to a tale distanced from other dinners, prompt service ordering our food and drinks. Cakes and sandwiches were well presented and freshly made, very enjoyable.

Been here few times for tea, excellent service from Cristos who was very friendly and polite and attentive. The other staff (think an Italian lady) was very good too. Good tea as well! Definitely worth a visit. Nice ambience too.

Attended with my friends yesterday 15th August for bottomless brunch. It was beautiful. Lots of variety in sandwiches. Cakes lovely and fresh and the prosecco remained flowing throughout by our very attentive waiter. Very good value for money. Covid restrictions in place but didn’t affect our visit at all. Interior beautiful also with staff full of smiles . Will definately be rebooking :)

We booked the afternoon tea with bottomless Prosecco and had a fabulous experience. Christos absolutely amazing and gave us the best customer service I’ve had for ages! Brilliant

Visitamos el Novotel hoy aproximadamente a las 4. 30 pmx No estábamos muy seguros de si teníamos que reservar una mesa o simplemente podíamos entrar. Me acerqué a un hombre enfrente de la cocina y le pregunté si podíamos sentarnos. Él estaba en su computadora portátil y muy groseramente levantó las manos y nos acompañó. Luego le pregunté a la camarera si había una mesa libre y ella nos mostró dónde sentarnos. Ambos pedimos bistec y patatas fritas y esperamos nuestra comida. Cuarenta minutos más tarde llegó, aunque solo había otro grupo de seis en el restaurante. Era el mismo hombre que nos había hecho señas para que siguiéramos la comida. Pedimos sal y vinagre y también cuchillos para carne, ya que todo lo que nos habían dado eran tenedores. Resopló y resopló y desapareció por otros diez minutos y regresó con lo que habíamos pedido. Los dos estábamos realmente hambrientos y ansiosos por nuestras comidas a esta hora, pero desafortunadamente ambos estaban fríos. Le dije a mi compañero que no podía comer bistec frío y fui a buscar a un miembro del personal. Desafortunadamente, el único que pude encontrar fue el hombre muy grosero que había traído nuestras comidas. Le expliqué que ambos filetes estaban fríos. Luego procedió a recoger uno de los filetes y nos dijo a los dos ¡ESTO NO ESTÁ FRÍO! ! ! También informó que era el gerente general y que aunque había trabajado allí durante cuatro años, ¡nunca había comido un bistec frío! ! ! En ese momento estaba muy furioso y le dije con el mayor respeto que lo estoy comiendo y hace frío. No podía creer que tomara el bistec con la mano, especialmente en este momento tan peligroso. ¡Ni siquiera tenía guantes! ! Se fue a la cocina y salimos del restaurante porque yo estaba totalmente disgustado. Hemos comido en el restaurante antes de esto y ambos lo disfrutamos. Ciertamente no volveremos de nuevo después de la experiencia de un GERENTE GENERAL MUY RUDO.

Visité aquí el domingo 26 de julio con la familia para el té de la tarde. Nos 4 damas nos llevaron a nuestra mesa Sebastian, el gerente de bienvenida, que fue muy amable, educado y profesional. Llevaba una máscara al igual que otros miembros del personal, había muchos espacios entre las mesas y muchos dispensadores de desinfectante de manos disponibles.Sebastian tomó nuestros cupones y confirmó un extra que había solicitado y luego fue al área de la cocina. Cuando nos acomodamos, una joven camarera se acercó y tomó nuestro pedido de bebidas. Ella fue muy educada, amable y professioanl. Regresó en breve con una taza de té, un café con leche y Prosecco que estaba con nuestro cupón.Tenía dos vales 1 Té de la tarde para 2 y el segundo vale era té de la tarde para 2 con una copa de Prosecco. También había solicitado un pedido de patatas fritas para la mesa y, como soy vegetariano, le había informado al Novotel antes de llegar.Sebastian apareció con dos puestos de sándwiches y pasteles que se colocaron en nuestra mesa, luego fue y regresó con un plato aparte de sándwiches vegetarianos para mí y un tazón de papas fritas calientes, también se proporcionaron condimentos.Quedamos asombrados por la cantidad y calidad de presentación fabulosa de nuestras delicias del té de la tarde. Los sándwiches eran tan frescos que la selección fue increíble.Tuve la selección vegetariana que contenía rellenos de verduras asadas, queso hummus, etc. excelente. La familia devoró allí sándwiches que consistían en jamón, queso, tomate y huevo, el pan y los rellenos eran tan frescos y sabrosos.Nos ofrecieron más tés y cafés mientras comíamos felizmente los sándwiches y las patatas fritas. Tuvimos un pequeño respiro y luego nos subimos a la variedad de pasteles.Había 4 de todo 4 bollos de frutas con crema cuajada y mermelada, 4 cuadrados de tarta bakewell, 4 rebanadas de ratón de chocolate, 4 macarrones, 4 pasteles de zanahoria y fresas frescas. Fabuloso, los pasteles eran muy frescos y sabrosos.Estuvimos casi 3 horas charlando bebiendo y comiendo nuestro fabuloso té de la tarde, el servicio fue excelente. Sebastian, la joven camarera y un caballero, nos revisaron durante nuestra visita para ver que todo estaba bien y que necesitábamos algo más.Las 4 mujeres tuvimos una visita fantástica y este tiene que ser el mejor té de la tarde que he tenidoDefinitivamente volveremos a visitarlo y personalmente recomiendo el Novotel Rope Walk por su excelente servicio, excelente calidad de comida y su excelente té de la tarde. 10/10

Visited yesterday for the bottomless prosecco afternoon tea offer. Josh our waiter looked after us very well and is a credit to the premises. As a non-drinker he offered to make me a mocktail or two. I had a virgin mojito which was great. The food was great and the warm scones with clotted cream and jam were amazing. Josh kept the prosecco topped up. Really good value for money.

Este restaurante / bar está en una gran parte de Liverpool by Liverpool One. El restaurante es espacioso con un buen ambiente relajado. El personal es amable y servicial, y el ambiente es relajado. Tomamos té de la tarde, que era fresco, sabroso, atractivo y abundante. Definitivamente regresaré allí.
