Worst chippy I've ever been in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs. Wildly overpriced for food that is so bad if it was below average that would be a step up. Honestly, starve yourself before going here it's that bad

Decent food but once again the order has an item missing, I don’t know how this can happen so many times!

The food in here is really nice

Sad place, used to be nice, I ordered a fried rice and put in the comment/ allergies box that I did not want any soy sauce on this dish,come soaked in soy sauce so I threw it straight into the bin. Never again, as it was for my daughter who has an allergy to this sauce.

This place has massively gone down hill! There was hair in food! The large fish we ordered was actually quite small! The delivery driver is very very rude! Don’t get me started on the staff’s attitude! I put the blame on people who keep filling these doggy people’s pockets! Edited to reply: we never asked for any free stuff! Your attitude speaks for itself in your reply! You guys have been rude to myself, to my friends and neighbours too!

We had an order last night 15th March. Bad would be a complement, all food warm, calzone never touch throw it all away. Will never go there again., and in the event I'm after recourse (money back) I'm not. Further note to reply from Britannia. I was informed the food would be 20 to 30 mins I got there around 10/15 mins and waited around 1 minute as the Calzone was not ready. I put the food in a hot or cold bag to keep warm. BUT it wasn't just how warm the food was because you can heat it in a microwave if needed, it was really horrible chips and doner meat. The fried rice and chow mien were ok. First time ordering and the food was fresh and the spring roles tasted amazing. Easy to order using the website. Would recommend and order again thank you

We have ate from here on many occasions and as always been fantastic, specially tonight it was all done to perfection, and every thing we asked for in the message box was catered for , definitely would recommend to everyone.

Chicken kebabs very nice fresh salad fast delivery good tahini sauce Lamb is hit n miss but over all its sound..Good prices .Nice staff at the counter..

Hot & spicy pizza was absolutely delicious and still hot :) best pizza I’ve tasted for a whilst

First and last to order from them, I asked for 4 chicken nuggets and large chips and large fish & crispy shredded beef & rice, order it at 5:20pm and got the food at 6:45pm that mean an hour and half, The food was freezing cold, got small cold chips and batter was sticking and half off it attached to the paper which was soaked with oil, shredded beef wasn’t crunchy and very cold . All r food end up in the bin for the bad service. Even when my daughter phoned them twice and keep saying won’t be long , the after an hour my husband called them and she said it’s on the way and still got it after an hour of his call. Very disappointed, Unprofessional, Soaked with oil and came late for hour and half and all the food cold.and very very very small portions. Was my first and definitely my last time. 0* That was my first time to write a bad review like but I think people should know the true. Definitely not adding the pics as it look disgusting.

Had food from here many times and never had a problem. The food is what you would expect well not my favourite in the area. It definitely doesn't disappoint.

Ok I've just ordered a lovely dinner off these lads can't fault the food. Paid a little more than it was last time just put that down to delivery. You know how it is when your in a rush and you don't check your change. Threw me a nicker from 2005 not having its a mistake anyone is carrying these without knowing cheers but watch these cowboys.

Food is really nice from this chippy been a regular customer for years but recently the delivery time has been over 90mins and missing items when it arrives totally gone down hill will have to find somewhere new I think.

my husbands just came in to order a king prawn chow mein and a a special chow mein, they were massive potions and we have eaten the lot :)) the best one we have ever had i highly recommended these dishes.. well the whole place really we order alot from here and are never unhappy, the staff are polite and cater to what you ask for. 5 stars from me

Lovely chicken kebab try the new home made veg sauce

Tried for the first time today as we are new to the area. I got a 12" pizza and really enjoyed it, my girlfriend got Chicken Tomato w/ Fried rice and wolfed it, she said it was really good. We will order again from here for sure.

Ordered at 7pm it stated will be with us within 45 mins to 60 mins. 65 minutes later they phone and say they will refund as its to far. (3 miles away) Normally no issue with that distance anywere. Jokes dont waste ye time

My daughter ordered us takeaway from here in the summer and we loved it. We asked her where it had come from over this Christmas period and ordered from there ourselves; once again, it was amazing food. We got various Chinese dishes, chips and a salt n pepper chicken variety box. Everything was hot and tasty. Definitely ordering from there again. Prices are average and delivery has been fast. Brilliant

I only ordered from here because my usual chippy was closed and I can honestly say I will order from here from now on ! Food is amazing so much variety to chose from delivery was so quick ! Can’t recommend enough

Food is always lovely, staff are friendly and easy to have a chat to whilst waiting for food.

Ordered food at 4.35pm rang back at 5.30pm to be told our delivery will be next 6.15pm delivery turns up. Food was all dripping in grease, salt and pepper chips were bland, burger bun was burnt and kebab meat tasted like it had been warmed up in the micowave will not be ordering again.

The food was really hot when it arrived which makes a change to previous JE deliveries. The food was full of flavour and portions were very generous. Arrived 15 minutes before expected time which is a bonus. Plenty of variety on the menu will be ordering again!

The food is of impeccable quality, always hot, and quick and easy to find, fast delivery.

Absolutely dismayed by the service and the staff. The order was sent out wrong ( this happens ). But on phoning to get this resolved, I was told I would have to wait 2 hours for the missing items to be replaced. When you have a dinner party for 5 you need the mistake rectifying, This is totally unacceptable, especially when the owner/ manager tells you, they only have one driver. "You will have to wait 2 hours". This was made worse, when a staff member in the background said " what a dick head " can't he go and get a portion of chips, and some salad from a local chippy". Whether it's your evening meal, or you are entertaining prospective clients ( as I was ), your orders should be correct. We use to spend £30-£60 pound a week at this establishment. But my staff of 14 use this establishment every day. They won't from Monday, even if I have to drive them across the City. Woeful customer service, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED..................................
