Have been ordering with them for years and never had a problem. In fact the staff used to be friendly and polite but the last two times the food portions have got smaller and didn’t fill us all up like they used to. Chips only half filled for a meal for 4 people. Gave them another chance tonight thinking it was a one off but sadly not the case. Staff that used to be helpful no longer care and customer service is shocking. Won’t be going here again. Shame after 4 years

not happy should be open 12pm and then it open at 1pm not waiting too long.

One of the best places to eat in Kent. Food is reasonably priced and the service is first class. Yes you may have to wait a bit for food but that's the price you pay for freshly cooked meals!! they have seating available which a massive bonus. Highly recommend.

Bad chicken, left on the side and cold & chips were hot but not nice. Wouldn't go back or recommend.

I had just walked Into the shop and said how nice there chicken was, and that it wasn't dry.... then today the wraps and chicken strips were so dry they were unbeatable. Had to leave a review as he knew I said other shops had dry chicken and then he gave me dry chicken what an idiot. Won't be going again and I hope you read my review thoroughly 🙂

Definitely the worst takeaway experience I’ve had. Over an hour wait past the expected delivery time, restaurant then ignored my calls. Food arrived soggy and cold and boxes were all damaged. They are robbing a living off people.

Staying in Rochester for one night so used FoodHub and ordered a pepperoni pizza and chicken meal.. It was delivered hot very quickly… all I could ask for in a takeaway really… happy days…

Amazing place for food and the people who work there are great thanks for the incredible food Roosters pfc and pizza!

They have no concept of customer service. Basic grilled chicken took them over an hour to prepare and throughout this time nobody could give me an estimate of when to expect my food. What should have taken 12minutes to deliver (even with live traffic delays) took them 20 minutes and when I called for updates, the restaurant people had no update on where the driver is or how much longer it will take him to deliver the food. He was rude on the phone and told me to just cancel the order if I think 1.5hrs wait (for a small order from a shop that's 10 minutes away) is unacceptable. Very unreliable and difficult to deal with. Save your time and energy and just get your takeaway elsewhere!

Ordered Strip Meal over 10 times, it’s amazing, fresh hot and always arrives quick, this is the go to place for chicken and chips very tasty thanks guys 👍🏻

Ordered from Roosters Kebab. This place is a disgrace! Tiny portion sizes, even paid more for a large, which wouldn't even be considered close to a small anywhere else. Asked for some green chillies and it came covered in Jalapeños with no salad. Ignore most of these reviews they are completely fake and I would steer well clear of this place! You're not even given a number to call and complain!

I ordered food at Roosters PFC first time. I became a very satisfied customer. I received my ordered food in almost tracking time. The food was piping hot and the taste and quality was so good. I definitely will buy more meals from here in future. The delivery man is nice and professional. Thank you Roosters Pfc and Pizza.

We ordered as a quick delivery on uber (roosters kebab) after being out all day busy and thought we would give these a go considering it's a Saturday night and we know our usual place is so busy it takes hours to arrive, the food arrived bang on time. Arrived steaming hot and perfectly boxed! The size was perfect! We ordered 2 large donner meat and chips its done me, my partner, my 6 year old and my 2 year old. The salad was unreal! Super fresh that even my incredibly fussy 6 year old munched through the lettuce and cucumber!!! My partner who would usually pick at the salad here and there ate every last bit. Even down to the chips the crispyness was perfect! The meat was perfectly cooked and had a very nice slight seasoning to it and it was the perfect touch! Honestly I can't wait to order again, its one of those "take my money" places 🤣

Chips were dryer then my bottom foot in winter time. Also they were made with old oil I can tell from the taste and the crunch . It was like a cracker with no taste and when the shop was made aware they were very stand-off ish and in denial. Wanted to see if we can order again and try it out as we did order late that time but the guy on the phone was a total turn off so for me is a miss.

Food is nice, they never disappoint me. This is the only place in Medway that sells veg wrap which is delicious. Chicken, burger, fries and pizza are also delicious. I was quite shocked with pizza thinking it'll be cheap quality but I was wrong. The base is superb the best I have had. Normally the bread goes hard in fridge overnight but not this one. It stayed fresh and soft which shows they are using fresh dough. Keep it up.

First time I've ever tried them (and definitely not the last one). The food arrived even earlier than estimated. Everything was hot, fresh, delicious. I had everything on my table I wanted and needed. Very satisfied so far. Would definitely recommend!!!.

I did swing by last night after long day at work to grab something for dinner. It was my first time visiting this chicken shop. I did grab peri peri chicken with chips and I have to say it was Amazing 👏 😋. Nice fresh and tasty. Will be coming for more. Thanks guys 👍

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Had food poisioning from the food! never been so ill really really poor will be taking it further! stay away if you dont want to get ill.

No flavour, the food was cold and the pizzas looked like a sandwich that had an abortion.

Chicken dry , chips were almost chewy and tasted of nothing .

Walked in and there was no one around said hello a few times to get someone’s attention. Finally a voice said 2 mins, out came a greasy haired guy, when I saw him I did think to walk out. When working In a food outlet you’d think personal hygiene was at the top of the list. The customer area was filthy I don’t think they know what a duster or a hoover is. Anyway on the to food… the chicken was dry and hard obviously had been sitting under the heater for a while. The chips tasted like old oil. The chicken burger bun was dry and falling apart. As for the hot wings they were just a normal batter with some cheap hot sauce on top. I tried calling the place to let them know how dissatisfied I was but no answer. I don’t think this place will last You can’t beat PFC, FAVOURITE CHICKEN and although very expensive KFC. I won’t be coming back for sure I really wouldn’t recommend this place

Was absolutely delicious all the way through much better than the better known one in town which is poor by comparason,very much value fir money and will now always be singing there praise 👏

Ordered through justest giving a new place a try. Food was very average and was over 30 mins late. It had cleary been driven around sweating in the bag, as justest notified us it had left the shop, bit took 20 mins to make the 5 minute journey. The bag was soggy and chips cold

Excellent value and generous sized chicken. Sometimes a bit of a wait if busy and they are cooking fresh, but definitely worth it.

Chicken was watery, skin was rock hard chips where greasy and the prices where a joke! For this ridiculousness !

Went here today and was introduced by friendly staff who were chatty. Food was hot and fresh and very tasty! Reasonable prices for tasty chicken. Highly recommended.
