The guy didn’t let me sit inside because he told me he wanted to go home. The place closes at 11 and I came in at 9 which gives him 2 hours until they close. Dont come here. And it stinks of curry

we order from u often, never had a problem. tonight normal chips was delivered, even though I ordered piri piri chips. not a complaint because the quality of the meals are always good 👌

The food was quite cold. not tasted good at all. i felt overpriced. i guess they made tomato ketchup by themselves and added food colour unnecessarily.

Ordered a drink as part of meal offer but drink did not arrive - this was missing (driver also checked for me). Rice box meal was not good. Disappointed! Driver was polite and friendly!

Roosters is known for its chicken. But OMG if you’re a meat eater you “MUST” try their halloumi beef burger. It’s the don of burgers. Also recommend their rice box (it has peppers & onions in) and their slaw is nice RECOMMENDATION - make red slaw 😋 Tonight Have also had Peri peri wings & rice box in the past. I’ve not eaten inside as of yet. But the delivery service is very quick & efficient. ☺️👍

I didn't received my food. I told them to call me when they outside my door bell not working. I didn't receive any phone call waiting just to receive a message my food its been delivered 😒 I called the restaurant and they told me to call just eat. I called just eat at 21.29pm its was closed. please can you find out what happened with my food. After I spent all day in hospital. this is not fair 😢

Food wasn't cooked thoroughly and cold. The staff (presumably the manager) yelled at my mate for asking??? Disgusting behaviour and rude. Won't be coming here again

Tasty but not worth the money. Bought a whole portion of chicken and received 4 small chicken legs.

Amazing food. Friendly staff. This place serve HALAL food.

Went and ate in at restaurant after ordering chicken strip meal. The chips were served hot, however the chicken was less than luke warm. When I got to the 2nd piece of chicken I realised the chicken was not even warm from inside. I took the chicken back to the counter and mentioned to the staff. The manager came and began to argue that he had just taken it off the grill and was hot. I asked him to feel the chicken and see for himself. He bagan to become abusive. I ended up leaving without the food and without a refund after being accused of lying to him about the chicken. He doesn't deserve to be running a chicken shop as they may end up causing illness to customers. Risky! Stay well away!

Food was incredible, got the chicken wings with Lebanese sauce and it was delicious, really tender meat and the flavour was amazing, the mixed side salad was fresh and even included a vinegarette packet.

The chiken was good but could have been more tasty , the lady that works there is kind, I was surprised at how rude the owner was tough, treating staff poorly and disrespecting them in front of us I am never coming back after this unpleasant experience.

Delivery was 3 hours late! Could not cancel on app or get any support. Was told by restaurant and Delivery driver that fault was with just eat app as they had not sent over the order to Delivery driver so food was sitting in restaurant for 3 hours! Either way very poor service. Awaiting refund.

Ordered through uber eats Food did taste nice but the chicken in the burger didn't tase of lemon and herb at all and a bit dry. I also had a bit of bone in my chicken burger. Nice and hot though and arrived quickly. Great chips

I don't often eat out alone as I am newly retired and sometimes I regard it as a bit of an indulgence but today I thought I'd give it a go. I had a chicken burger with BBQ flavouring and halloumi. The fries looked great from several metres away.It tasted fantastic with varied textures and the friendly service was second to none. I'm deffo comin' back!

The food is excellent, very tasty!The service was really good, the waitress was really friendly. The reason for the deduction of 2 stars is because of the 2 of male staff.They were chatting with other at the top of their voice using bad language including using the F word in front of our kids.This is unprofessional and unacceptable!We were the only customers in the restaurant but could not get a minutes peace during our meal due to the constant shouting!!The waitress who took our order at the counter then served us gets 5 stars.

Great food for a small price. We stumbled upon this restaurant on a rainy night planning to go somewhere else that was full when we got there. It’s fast food but it looked very nice on a “stony” plate and it tasted phenominal!

I watched the driver come next to my road then it said delivered . Never came to my door I want all my money back and compensation that I paid and waited all this time to driver to never deliver it. Didn’t even come to my door!!!

Mixed Experience with Room to Improve - Roosters Piri Piri My visit to Roosters Piri Piri was a bit of a rollercoaster, marked by some confusion, a tasty meal, but with room for improvement. Upon arrival, I was instructed to take a seat and informed that they would come to take my order. However, once I was comfortably seated, I was told I needed to come to the till to order. This contradictory instruction was a bit perplexing and could certainly be streamlined for a better customer experience. On to the food – I opted for the half chicken. The chicken itself was well seasoned, the flavors were delicious, and it was cooked just right. It definitely demonstrated the potential of Roosters Piri Piri to deliver a delectable dining experience. However, my satisfaction was slightly diminished by the serving size. Despite ordering a half chicken, I was served only a leg with a thigh and a wing. The absence of the breast portion was noticeable and disappointing, as it didn't fully meet my expectation of a "half chicken". In summary, while the flavors at Roosters Piri Piri are commendable, the customer service and serving size need tweaking. With these adjustments, I believe Roosters Piri Piri has the potential to significantly elevate its dining experience. I look forward to revisiting to see if these changes have been made.

Honestly the BEST place to eat, better than Nando’s, staff are amazing and food is always fresh and served within minutes of ordering.

This place is a gem of a find. We walked past lots of other chains and didn't like the unhealthiness of the food or the prices then saw this. Had the Chicken Burger which was actually 2 chicken breast fillets (which cook quicker than 1 large one on the grill, chips and some tenders, with BBQ sauce. Tasted delicious, very filling and nice to see somewhere owner run. We'll be back in the future. They deserve to do well.

he dumped my food in the reception of my building and missed out on a huge tip. didn’t follow delivery instructions either and went to wrong street. he told me on the phone I was a sad old man for complaining

I wish you had the facility to tip riders. I had no cash on me and the lady delivering was superb in horrible rainy conditions. Was cheerful and exactly the sort of person you want representing your company. She deserves a pay rise.

Great place for a fast protein, middle of the day hits you don’t wanna go to a normal restaurant and just want to get some good macros haha this is the place. Good chicken tigh and the corn on the cob was good. I would avoid the coleslaw as it was very bland and kinda “fake”.

Could I have the sauce on the side please? I couldn't taste the chicken as it was under a thick layer of bbq sauce :-(

Amazing food, the strips and wings were spicy and filled with lots of flavour with plenty of sauce in the containers. Will definitely be a regular customer here now.

I had a takeaway last week was awful the chicken wrap was off and when I spoke to the manager he was very very rude and then tried to make.out I was the one being rude we spent 30 pound and couldn't eat any as didn't trust it after the wrap customer service was awful never again .

#Food The food was perfectly cooked and the meat tasted sublime - we had beef burgers all round. Even the chips were perfect, they tasted fresh and weren't oily. The drinks came out freezing cold which was perfect considering it was a hot day. I particularly liked their version of the 'peri-naise', very nice👌 #Hygiene It was nice and clean - exactly how you'd expect a restaurant to be. #Price Bit of the pricey side for burgers, but I think it was worth it, given that the burgers were gourmet and fresh (not processed patty junk) including the location. #Staff The staff were very friendly and went out for their way to help - which is why I gave the review an overall '5 Stars' review. Thank you for being nice and accomodating. If you're in the area and fancy some 'real' food, this place has the juiciest burgers and best flammed grilled chicken in town...

Disgusting customer service , I used to like roosters the food is almost edible, until , one day I was rushed out of the building , because they wanted to close , this was instigated by the manager shabbier very shabby , I wanted to sit and eat which i was told I could do by the lady who served me , by the time the food was ready the manager intervened and said I had to leave with the food , as it was take away only now , he was extremely rude , he passed me my bag of chicken and rice and waved me away with his hand , awful , eating peri chicken and rice in your car out of a bag isn’t easy .

Lovely food, try a few different occasions, BUT THE CHICKEN ARE SO SMALL NOW, they are baby chicken really !!!! The mash potato portions is much less in the container compared to 5 months ago.Why the size was decreased ???? A real shame is all I can say.

I’ve been to roosters before in other places, however this is the best one so far. I’ve had the Big Boss Burger, it’s the best burger I’ve had in my life. It’s so tasty, juicy and nice. The side I had just fries with coke. Really an amazing meal, and the staff were all really kind, really good customer service, definitely will visit this place again once il come back to Brighton. Thank you for the experience and the service. Keep it up

What's going on??? My order has been 2 hours now and nothing came!! And it says its delivered! How can big company like the treat customers like this? If you don't have drivers why you are open and accepting orders? Veryyy bad company
