Really nice grilled wings and surprisingly even better fries. The price of the £4.99 deal is good too. Very clean kitchen and environment. I feel like this place is underrated, one of the few restaurants I enjoy in Croydon. Please don't raise the price tho!!

The rice tastes like the one from Sainsbury’s that you put in the microwave. You get yourself a £5 deal rice box with chicken they only will give you 2 small chicken strips. You can’t change the rice for chips or water for coke you have to have fizzy drink. Nope from me.

Pretty decent place, I would say. You get what you ask, nothing more, nothing less, to the point. Taste was decent, nothing extraordinary, I would say. 4 out of 5, I would say, however, must say the food was fresh so, no complaints.

Thorough 5* food. Chicken was fresh, juicy inside and crisped outside. Sauce was good quality BBQ. Fries were amazing, crispy and fluffy inside with great flavour. Nice service. Presentation, fantastic. Even the wet wipes were something to remark at, some designer fragrance instead of an overpowering super lemon concentrate. Great price too, I'm very surprised by that on top of all the above.

Similar to Nando’s but more reasonably priced. The member of staff was friendly and polite however he was the only one serving customers so could not clear up a liquid spill that was all over the floor. The tables weren’t being cleared which really isn’t good enough. I ordered the Lebanese flavoured thighs and the flavour was decent but the thighs were dry and skinless, the wings did have skin and were very nice and juicy. All in all I’d rather go to Nando’s

I ordered takeaway at 7:00 p.m. and the food was delivered at 9:00 p.m. it was very disappointing!

Our first time trying Roosters. The flavor choices were really fun. Our chicken was a little dry, but the flavor, presentation, and friendly staff made it an enjoyable evening.

I've walked past this place a couple of times and have been meaning to try it. Got the £4.99 meal deal (3 buffalo wings, chips and a coke). Bargain! Chicken might not be the best quality compared to Selekt Chicken (my favourite) but great flavour. Staff are also really nice and even let me borrow an iphone cable. There are USB charging ports in store and the toilets were very clean. Would recommend this place 👍

This place is a nice little 'hidden' gem, a friendly atmosphere, and even better staff. The food is really nice and healthy and they make it fresh for you when you order, I come here for lunch during work, really affordable, would definitely recommend!

Stumbled on Roosters this week, really pleasant experience, nice food, slightly value for money half a chicken small chicken, chips and a drink £8.99 not to bad when your on the go, will definitely visit again

the best food you can get here at roosters piri piri, it’s absolutely amazing not just the food but the staff here are absolutely great, the food is freshly cooked and it’s prepared and presented to you, what i personally recommend is the buffalo thigh burger extremely juicy and tasty nothing better than the roosters come here in a daily basis. and the best part it’s halal

Horrible chicken wrap. I ordered a double chicken wrap, no taste at all except an initial kick of under cooked chilli masala. Chicken was soo dry, there was no sauce added to the chicken and it was Horrible to chew and swallow. I won't ever get a takeaway from this place again!!

The best roosters in London delicious.

I went there today with my son and nephew. I had a lamb burger and wedges, the lamb burger was absolutely scrumptious. The flavours went very well together. The children’s meals are nice and cheap too. They got chicken strips and chips, unfortunately they didn’t have that much drinks for the children to choose from as well as the children’s meal was too small for my son but enough for my nephew. I’d say have two different children’s meal. One for under 5s and one under 10. Other than that the place is nice and affordable. Most importantly the cleanliness is up to scratch. Very friendly staff. Will be back soon.

I would love to give a 5 star but the prices are extremely high. We paid 2 wraps £31 with no drinks. Come on seriously? Food is amazing though. Get your prices down and we would come back often.

Wonderful food usually have wings and a wrap the sauce is out of the world better than nandos , excellent customer service the best customer service and peaceful environment eating in a restaurant.

Double wrap had good amount of chicken in it, was a big fan of the extra hot 12 wings as they were full wings and had lots of sauce

£4.99 Rice box with drink. No complaints about the taste but would have preferred a slightly bigger box.

If you are a burger person, I advice you to pop up in Roosters Piri Piri Croydon.

Really delicious food, the restaurant is a nice place to sit but I sometimes order for home delivery. The best thing I ate was buffalo wings, whole/half chicken, chicken strips and the sides plus the buffalo burger (everything is actually tasty). Special thanks to Hassan who surely made his best effort to make customers happy, he even kept checking if the food was up to standards. Definitely recommend a visit and a try.

Try chicken burger medium hot with peri-peri coated chips! Good value for money.

I went to Roosters piri piri today and I must say this was the worst food experience I ever had in a restaurant like this. Nothing to say aboutservice, its exceptional. But I must say it's very odd to serve coke in a small coffee cups, with ice in it. So in practice you are served under 200ml drink and charged £1.79 for that. That's rediculously expensive. You Rob your customer in a daylight. Chips was litteraly kids portions and chicken was hard as stone without any taste. I ordered wrap with Mexican saus, and it had no taste at all, there was almost no saus in the wrap. And when asked for more saus in the wrap I was charged 50p. It doesn't stop there: hot saus was just like water mixed in chilli. I was tolk that workers were instructed by head office to do that. How greedy can the management be? Roosters Croydon used to be good place to eat, but sorry to say now its the worst place to eat I Croydon. Everybody can see through that management is trying to save money wherever they can. This way you will loose customer, and if you loose customer you will earn less and if you earn less you will try to save even more money, you see its a bad spiral which will eventually lead to destruction of roosters piri piri. Never more Roosters piri piri

Food was fantastic, fresh and piping hot. Staff were very friendly.

We visited a few weeks ago for the first time. The place was very clean and tidy and had wheelchair access. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered chicken strips meals, wings and drinks to takeaway. Price was competitive and food was delicious. The way the food is packaged is genius. Everything was lovely and hot still by the time we got home and ate! We all loved it, kids included. We will most definitely visit again. 10/10

Their Food is beyond delicious with their excellent customer service. They make the Best chicken in the Town. Visiting Croydon on business. Ended up stumbling across Roosters and could not fault them on anything! Personally service is most priority and youd never meet anyone more friendly and welcoming. Im a fussy customer and they answered all my questions with a smile. The lovely and tasteful food upheld the brilliant evening we had even more! None of our group are connoisseurs but theres always something that can be done better but here we couldnt pick anything out everything was in good proportion and tasted brilliant! Even down to the correct texture of the bap!! The 2 lovely brothers on desk were an absolute pleasure to meet today and we will definitely be coming again soon :) *Pictures attached. I have been to this restaurant a few times now and so far the food has not disappointed they don't have the same range on the menu as Nando's but what they do have is excellent and worth the price. My one complaint each time I have gone here the free tables are not cleared and I have had to either move the used plates etc to another used table or ask for it to be cleared maybe it's just bad timing on when I have gone in but this is why it gets 4 instead of 5 stars

I’ve had a really bad experience with the Croydon branch. I ordered a chicken wrap with halloumi however it came with only the halloumi. When I called the restaurant they didn’t believe me that it had no chicken in it and he laughed at me on the phone. I am extremely offended by the rudeness and lack of staff training on customer service! I always order from here and £30 for chips is not really acceptable. I was then asked to go and pick a new wrap up myself as none of them have cars and cannot deliver it, which is a lie as they do deliveries. I didn’t pay £30 to wait 45 mins for a bag of chips and then to go and have to collect the other half of my order anyways. Terrible service!

Had a lower star review before. The restaurant has listened to the feedback and have fixed the issue. This is the best chicken shop ever! Love the juicy chicken wings and wraps! Will carry on binge eating it as far as I will live The food is fresh and juicy, staff members are very nice and always happy to have a quick chat and make me feel like it's my go to local chicken shop!

I ordered tonight chicken burger and piri piri chips. I was actually shocked it never happened before as I have been ordering from while from roosters. The burger chicken was so dry that i couldn’t even chew at all. It smelled bad and was dry bun too. I am shocked.. i am feeling sick already..:(

I made a recent order via deliveroo sadly my order was not delivered. When I contacted to explain my frustration the individual who answered tells me that they don't have deliverroo drivers. I then asked why to be available on the deliverroo's site and you don't operate with their drivers. That overall customer service experience with that person was atrocious he was unhelpful.

Dining here quite often, amazing, always fresh food and Peri Peri chicken and corn on the cob is divine! Also amazing strawberry milkshake, my favourite. All easy to order through an app. All food delicious and staff always friendly and accommodating especially Asan.

Order from UberEats, missing item. The guy with Asian accent on the phone, had no clue what’s going on. If he’s the owner of the place, this would be the last time I order from them. They always try to overcharge and this is not the first time. In fact they’re trying to blame on delivery guy! I felt sorry for delivery driver in fact. Nasty restaurant with zero ethic.
