Roosters Chicken Pizza Shakes in Trafford

Absolutely shocking didn’t even give me 5 minutes to run out and get my food And told me it was cancelled now and they weren’t coming back. Working a 12.5 hour shift in the hospital and they can’t even wait 5 minutes for me to run down to get the food. Would not recommend

I ordered some food from Roosters online on Wednesday 03/11/21 at around 19:45 hrs they indicated that it would be 35-45 mins that wasn't a problem, immediately it came up that it wouldn't be delivered until 20:57 i was a bit disapointed but hey these things happen so i was more than prepared to wait, at 21:20 and still not having received my order i rang the shop "oh its on its way" said the lady to whom i spoke; at 21:50 hrs and having still not received my order from roosters i phoned elsewhere and got another company to supply and deliver some food, at 22;07 my order from Roosters finally arrived, i politely told the driver that i didn't want it, and i now had ordered from elsewhere he told me that it wasn't his fault as he should really have finished at 21:00hrs, i concurred with him that he was not to blame, he said he would ring the manager and speak with him , he started to walk to his car he then turned round and told me his phone didn't have any charge in it, so i reluctantly took the food off him closed the door and promptly binned the roosters; my loss not theirs, The food that arrived from the other outlet was in fact surprisingly nice hot and tasty, The upshot being that if you are hungry do not order from roosters, because you will never know if it is ever going to arrive and i would further suggest you find a more reliable oulet and do not use roosters, and if you do, again i would suggest only do so as a last resort, it might also help to order maybe a week in advance just to make sure they can deliver on time.

I ordered £60 worth of food from here last night for my daughter’s birthday dinner. I placed my order over the phone and asked the man to read my order back to me, which he did correctly. I also asked him to please check the order was correct before sending it out with the delivery driver (as the last time we got a delivery from here it was missing a meal) The man reassured me this time the food would be correct. I was told it would be delivered within the hour, this was at 7:55pm. 1hour and 30 minutes later ( 9:25pm ) I rang up to see where my order was, the man told me it was on its way we then waited another 20 minutes for the food to finally arrive at 9:45pm - 1hour and 50minutes altogether we waited for the food! Yet again, our food order was incorrect! It was missing- two chicken burgers meals, a chicken strips meal and the cans of drinks. They had put mayo on all the other chicken burgers that had arrived, when I requested some burgers had ketchup on. The chips were threw in the bag at the bottom and we’re all out of the packets. I rang up to speak to the same man who placed the order, I explained that we were missing three meals this man wasn’t in the slightest bit bothered they had again messed this order up. I told him to send the delivery driver back to collect all the food and to refund me my money. The man told me he was sending the driver back to refund and collect the order. 40 minutes later ( now 10:30pm ) still no driver to collect the food or my refund so I phoned back. This time, the manager answered the phone, I asked when the delivery driver was coming back to collect the food and to bring me the money back for him to reply he didn’t know anything about this incident! I then heard the other man speaking/mumbling in the back ground. I explained to the manager, our previous order last month was missing a meal and the man reassured me this order would be correct and it missing even more meals and what food had came was wrong. He told me he was now sending the delivery driver back now, he would be at my house within 5 minutes and I could keep the food! I explained I didn’t want to keep this food I just wanted the food order to be correct in the first place! And that it had now been sat on my table for 40 minutes waiting for the driver to collect the food. We ended up eating food from ChickAritos at 11pm. They cooked all the food fresh and all the order was correct! Roosters you ruined my daughter’s birthday dinner and the man who I spoke to you explain to order was wrong again - he needs more training no how to deal with customers correctly and fairly!

We found Roosters by chance and thought we would give them a try, we wasn't expecting KFC but we were pleasantly surprised just how good they were, the chicken was amazing and the portions were big, the chips were hot and tasty and as for the gravy.... all I can say is WOW :) we have been repeat customers now a couple of times during the lockdown and we have never been disappointed, my family have tried many different things as their menu has some impressive meal deal options. It's not just all chicken either with burgers and pizzas available along with an amazing range of milkshakes. If your looking to feed your family a tasty meal at a decent price then you should give Roosters a try. Every order we have placed during this pandemic has been amazing and delivered quickly and safely. A great and speedy service from placing the order to getting the order delivered. Well recommended.

Ordered some wings 10/10 not too hot but hot enough to get that satisfying tingle around your lips and on your tongue. tummy is happy. roosters got some mean as chicken definitely will come back and get more in the future instead of getting kfc staff is friendly too

my daughter & mother ordered yesterday, they loved the pizza, garlic bread & chicken. My hubby even got the left over piece of chicken & said it was by far much better than KFC,he loved it! The delivery man wax very pleasant & food was delivered quickly at time they requested. I am now looking forward to trying it myself. great to have a good take away on my door step.

Wer in Altrincham länger bleibt sollte es auf jedenfall mal probieren. Sehr günstig und lecker! Große Portionen, aber man sollte sich auf ein sehr fettiges Essen einstellen, da fast alles frittiert ist.
