Food is great absolutely no faults but ordered for delivery and paid in cash they always turn up and expect the correct change then you have to wait while the delivery driver finds change then still get short changed absolute joke get your service up there and matching the food

ordered a takeaway as our usual place closed on a Monday and we fancied a cheeky curry! the poppadoms and chips and bread were fine but the curries were very bland and didn't really taste of much at all. the mint dip to go with poppadoms was not very nice either ! at first i thought it was just my curry but my husband who had a different curry to me said the same ans I tried his too and was tasteless. wouldn't order from here again.

I ordered on line as I have a number of times before. The food order arrived very late. No apologies from the driver who waas chatting away on his phone. The paratha tasted partially cooked.The vegetable curry has given me an upset stomache.Ive still got bad cramps and having to run to toilet since.I ordered a number of items and will have to throw it all away.

What’s happened always have our food from here had one last night cost £30 wow guys you get better and better the food was the best by far it was take out so you drive home and it was still pipping hot whooooo love it it tasted clean if anyone knows what that means fresh amazing keep up the awesome food compliments to the chief and staff and polite and friendly even our friends who live in wednesbury said this is the best Indian take out food in the midlands

The food here is very good.However,the Saturday we went the service was very slow.Previous times the service has been good.

Delicious food and very good portions. It will definitely be our favourite restaurant from now on. Our waiter was so efficient and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant should be full. I'll recommend Ronnie's spice to friends and family.

Food wasn’t the best rice was watery and not very flavorful chips was again watery and not cooked properly curry it’s self was ok but again compared to other Indians this one was not the best at all wouldn’t go there again unfortunately

Good decor and ambience , but on a Saturday night, surprisingly very quite. The poppadoms tasted a little wierd, maybe fried in old oil. But still consumable. The mains were good , good taste and good service, very quick and good portion sizes. I ordered a paratha , which is usually plain - but this version included some mixed veg, which is not what I ordered and didn't go well with my main. When I asked it was dismissed because I didn't say plain paratha. The prices were reasonable - and service was good (apart from the paratha issue). The place needs some atmosphere and better clarity on menu items. It has allot of potential , needs a bit of effort.

Absolutely spectacular! The price was roughly £20pp but it was worth it! Amazing service as soon as we walk in, the poppadom starter with the 4 dips were good too! The restaurant deserves an entire room packed with hungry people! Overall I highly recommend this beautiful establishment to anyone eating alone or with friends and family!

So dissatisfied,we telephoned a order in ,we saw that was supposed to be discounted on collection orders,blazen all over their window.but when I asked about it,was told it was a old sign,along with outdated prises on window.i ended up paying over a fiver more than I expected.not a lot I know,but it is the principle.when I complained he seemed not to care,but said I was going to get onion bajies for free.I don't really like them and didn't ask for them,besides they were burnt.I don't really want to comment on the curry we had, because I feel cheated.Bad customer service.its a shame because I belong to a curry club with many members,I was testing this place out, before,making a reservation,after reporting back to the members,Sadly I won't now.remmeber don't try and cheat your customers.

Customer service was exceptionally good and the food... too delicious!

Staff friendly, the chicken in my curry was shredded and not in chunks/pieces? The curry was bland for a balti. Something caught fire in the kitchen and left a chemical smell throughout the dining area.

Ordered on uber eats last few times only to have order accepted then cancelled later on obviously doesnt want or need the custom good food poor customer service 👎🏻

Food quality (taste) has gone down on last few visits. Still nice but I think might be a different chef?

Went in for a take away on the spur of the moment. Staff were very friendly and the food was very quick from ordering it to leaving the restaurant. The food was delicious and the naan was the best I've ever tasted and the food was reasonably priced too. This will be our new regular goto take away restaurant.

Ronnys Spice my family and I are really thankful to you guys for hosting a wonderful family gathering for us. My family and I decided to visit Ronnys Spice because we felt that this place had wonderful facilities and a beautiful decor and this heavenly place has met all the criteria and the waiters were absolutely brilliant at their job and the service from them was absolutely fantastic Let's talk about the food now the food was absolutely delicious and it kept our belly happy and the selection of items provided was so brilliant that it kept our minds thinking what to choose. Thank you Ronnys spice hopefully we will meet soon. BEST In West Midlands.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool, the staff is friendly and Khan is always there to assist and advice what to try and happy to make your experience very positive. Food is amazing its an authentic indian food that tastes like i'm in India, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

Place an order to be delivered, friendly staff on the phone, speedy delivery, lovely delivery driver, and the food was superb, will definitely be using again.

customer service was exceptional when I called. I'd been trying to get quotes for a meal for 7, tried a few other places and got ridiculous quotes or got brushed off with menus. Ronny's was different however. Spoke to a very helpful gentleman who offered advice and suggestions on portions ensuring I didn't order too much or too little. Had called on a Thursday for an order for Saturday .. Saturday has come and is almost gone. Food was great. Food arrived exactly on time as promised and everything was delicious. Ronny's did call me up to apologise for having forgotten to pack a salad (which had been prepared). I was so distracted by the rest of the food that I hadn't even noticed. Very minor error, especially given the number of items I had ordered, easy mistake but refreshing to see them call me without prompt. Speaks volumes about their business ethics and customer service. Huge thanks for helping me pull off a success Ifthar meal. Thank you!

Just ordered a madras from here and got to say its best I've ever tasted and great portion size aswell so good I've called them direct to compliment them 5+++++ curry house a must try for anyone wanted a fantastic curry

Great fast efficient service, super friendly staff, the food is always amazing. Only note was the 2 servers and I assume the manager while friendly and helpful etc they were floating around too much in the sense we started to feel a little pestered by them comming over in 5/6 minute intervals to check If the food was good WHICH IT WAS .... saying this we will definitely be back again

Another epic meal from Ronnys. Never ceases to amaze me. The North Indian garlic chilli chicken is just the best. You have to try it. Brilliant.

Amazing food best curry house around

Ordered my food for collection and had to wait a while once I got there to receive my food. I put it down to a busy Friday night. Got home, ate the food- it was amazing! Best Indian I’ve had in a while! And to make it even better the restaurant called me to make sure everything was ok with the food and was very apologetic for my wait. It was obvious it was a mistake but definitely made up for it with the exceptional service and quality of food. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend!

Me and my aunty decided to come here for a nice meal, but the minute we sat down it was just awful. The waiters were very rude, service was extremely slow and every single dish we ordered was wrong, not to mention the food was all cold !! As if this was not enough, my aunty went to have her lamb biriyani and found what looked like a dead crane fly/ moth insect in her food. Then to top it all off, we asked to have that meal taken off the bill but the manager refused and was very rude. I am shocked and will never visit this restaurant again. I think someone should call the food standards agency around here !!! Disgusting and shocking. Would not recommend at all !! Please save your money folks!!!

Ronny's is top notch!! The food is delicious. The timing between order and arrival is shorter than expected. The drivers are friendly, engaged and courteous. A huge improvement if l may say so on its predecessor. Thank you all 🙂

I'm such a happy bunny today when I found out my favourite curry house was delivering again. Chicken madras,rice and nan was absolutely fantastic,, it was so worth the wait best curry ever.

A hidden gem of a restaurant which deserves to be busier! My friends & I tried Ronny's Spice for the first time last night & will definitely be going back soon. Authentic Bangladeshi cuisine served in plush surroundings with a good choice of affordable dishes to suit all tastes.

Used to visit this restaurant as Khusboo years ago and decided to give Ronny's a try. Food was excellent quality and service good too.

Good food. Licensed bar. Service is a bit slow but staff are polite and accommodating. Last time I visited though everyone's food was extremely salty which took the shine off the place for us.

I must say I have seen this establishment change names a couple of times in the past years and have gone in every time. But this was the best change so far, staff are fantastic and the restaurant is clean with some amazing deco. The food is fresh and a good size portion, menu prices are very reasonable. That good I’ve visited twice in one week.

The restaurant of choice in Coseley. Frequently use as the quality of the food is consistently maintained. Plush surroundings further enhance the experience, although from time to time we do have a take away delivery

Small but nice and elegant restaurant. Attentive couldn't seem to do enough for us. Food was lovely and pipping hot. Wasnt big waiting times between starters n main meal. Would eat there again.

Cannot recommend this Indian Restaurant highly enough. Every visit has been excellent for food (not a complaint about any course we have ordered all wonderfully prepared) the chef is excellent so are the waiting staff who are always welcoming, attentive and helpful.

It was our first time we had visited we had excellent service and our food was delicious it came out in no time and was piping hot will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Our first time at this restaurant and start to finish was great Northing was to much anything you wanted mixed to your own taste curry,rice,nan wise they were great the curry got great flavours

Decided to try this place with a few friends as I'd heard great things about the restaurant. I thought the menu was varied and reasonably priced, however once the food had arrived I was shocked by the portion sizes. There was 6 small pieces of chicken with my Tikka Masala dish and the rice side was tiny also, not so good value for money afterall. After placing our order we were offered poppadoms which we said yes to, not thinking anything of it. When we recieved the bill we were charged for the poppadoms. We only had 6 on the plate and it cost £5.10. A bit cheeky really as these were offered to us and wasn't told they were an additional cost, I've never had to pay for poppadoms at an Indian restaurant/ takeaway before. We also had to ask for our drinks order multiple times as it was missed twice. By the time we recieved our drinks we had already finished with our meals. The pepsi was not pepsi either, it was cheap watered down pop!.. Overall the service was poor and the food portions were stringy. Will not be going back here in the future, which is Disappointing as it's close by and had great reviews

Went there for a family meal. There was 8 of us altogether. Cannot fault the place. Friendly, welcoming staff. Very clean restaurant with up to date décor. Clean toilet facilities. To top it all the food is excellent. Best Indian food I have ate for a while. I cannot recommend this place enough

Decor is very different and trendy. You would never know it was the Kushboo Service was polite but with a number of key issues to roslve on food and service Popadom was so thin very paper like Ordered drinks and no water arrived. Had to prompt waiter to make order. Starters were ok and arrived timely. Main courses we had to wait and wait. 2 sets of people on the next table arrived ate and left. More people arrived and we waited and waited. We did promote them along a couple of times I ordered lamb and got chicken. Easy to confuse and food was so very salty Having raised issues with manager he thought 2 hour wait was acceptable and that the chef was focused on take away orders It was also an issue that we had ordered starters Won’t be rushing back

As the Bank Holiday weather was so disappointing decided to go out for a meal and so glad we did ! The staff are friendly and very efficient nothing too much trouble to provide dish to your requirements. The food was absolutely delicious we all had different curries and all agreed each was excellent what a good chef. All in all I cannot praise this place highly enough!
