What kind of pizza shop that advertises small, medium, large pizzas, refuses to make a small pizza only large at 6:30 pm because they simply can’t be bothered for £6. I’ve always ignored the bad reviews of this place simply because of the cheap prices, but I won’t bother to come here no more, much nicer places to order from near by.

The delivery guy was really rude, I live in a shared flat where it’s not that easy to hear when he arrives and I can’t be waiting outside my house. So he called me after left the food outside on the floor for a while and told me to “not do that again”, but do specifically what??? Don’t have a clue if I should wait outside for ten minutes?! What’s the problem to give a quick call if I didn’t hear when he arrive.

Ordered many times with this place via online and in person, and have been charged a different price for the same order each time! very understaffed. And the place is very poorly maintained! Will not recommend to anyone who wants to get what they ordered and to be charged the correct price.

Food was alright but the delivery driver was an absolute prize a-hole. Shouted at me on the phone as he’d already left before I could get to the front door to collect the order, could barely speak a word of English. Didn’t understand anything but was really rude about it. Bloke was about 60 and clearly distressed at the fact that his life choices had lead to having to deliver food to a guy that makes 7 times his annual salary a week. Do not recommend.

Be careful when coming here because they WILL take advantage of you after a night out. I had food here and it was after a night out (i ate here after) and they will up charge you and try to change the prices and hope you won’t notice. On the board it says £6 for a small pizza however they were charging me £10, I asked why and said that when I came in the night before it was £6, he said we are closed you’re not ordering, he then started to take other orders, eventually i had to pay the £10, otherwise i wouldn’t get any food! Not only that but they ended up locking us in the place, thinking everyone was drunk and unaware of the situations, we got let our eventually but we literally couldn’t get out for a full 10 minutes. I won’t be eating here again out of principle as this whole situation was so disgusting.

When we arrived it was 5pm on a Saturday and we had to wait for at least 5 mins as no one came from the back to the counter, so I should have known and just left there and then. The woman who served us was miserable and very unhelpful. We ordered a mushroom burger, a chicken burger with no cheese and a portion of chips for £15. Let's start with the mushroom burger, it'd clearly been cooked before and reheated, you could tell by the rock hard edges but also the fact we heard the ping of the microwave and didn't see any grilling at all. The meat was just about passable for beef, the salad was wilted and old, didn't get asked if we wanted it just got thrown in and it had mayo even though I said no sauce. Then theres the mushrooms, there were no more than 5 slices and they were all raw, they hadn't seen any kind of heat at all. Now for the chicken burger, and I use the word chicken loosely, I don't even know where to start on guessing what meat that was. It was an overly processed oval patty and the inside was almost a grey colour, I have never seen chicken like that in my life, if that was actually chicken. Waited an hour in the shop for a pizza with no compensation, terrible service. Was also forced to get an XL or he wouldn’t serve me when I asked for a medium. DO NOT GO HERE.

Had to have been the absolute worst kebab I have ever had. Complete inedible. Got a mixed kebab, chicken was dry and tasted like it had been stomped on. Lamb looked like a used plaster and tasted awful, covered in tasteless Mayo. Pita was stale and dry even with the Mayo all over it. Awful

I just picked up a chicken and chips and when I opened at home the smell and taste of the meat didn't seem to be right so I took it back to ask for my money back but they refused....no more to say, but the authorities should check this place that whay I will do a complain with them

Ordered via deliveroo. Never arrived. Called the restaurant over 5 times and no answer. Deliveroo also could not get hold of them. Finally answered and claimed they attempted to deliver and called but no one answered the door. No missed call or any attempt to knock the door. Staff very rude and don’t attempt to apologise or rectify the situation. Be mindful of the reviews and avoid this place!

Ordered from here on Deliveroo, waited an extra 1 hour from the ETA and order never arrived. No one to speak to on phone either so I’ve just been robbed out of £18

Very disappointed, spent £40 including delivery charge and a service fee, for food from this place, driver turned up 30minutes late from expected arrival with just 1 item and it was a side dish of my whole order, call the restaurant to see what was going on they were very rude and didn't make much sense then just hung up on me, they're robbing us all, I called again t9ld them what was missing they said they will remake it and get it delivered, 2 hours pass and I still haven't receive anything attempting to contact the restaurant and its just calling, they won't answer me. Very upsetting and robbing, I hope I get my money back.

Ordered a pizza online, the wrong one got delivered. These things happen which I understand, but the person offered me a free drink when I order next time. I very rarely have pizza and this offer was no use to me so asked if we could have the correct one sent to us instead. He became very rude, shouting down the phone, and refused to help my current situation. His answer was to hang up and not answer when we called back again. Would never order from here again.

If I could put 0 Stars, I would. I never usually write reviews but after the disgusting service I had from Romeo Kebab and Pizza, i needed to share my experience. This was my very first time ordering from this place. I ordered on Tuesday morning at 3am, the individual delivering the order goes to the wrong address, then calls me and I miss the call, I call back 2 minutes later, with no response, I call another 2 times with no response. He then calls me to say that he just left, and won't deliver my food. I tell him that this is ridiculous and he yells down the phone being rude and condescending. After going to the wrong address, missing my calls back, and then refusing to deliver my food... he yells at me. I will be asking for a refund during business hours and then I will never order from here ever again.

Literally went in a few minutes ago, it felt like the owner and the other worker just weren't listening to anything I had to say. The worker let alone seemed drunk and very slow responsive. I tried getting a bottle of pepsi and 2 small cans however he only gave me a large bottle and didn't bother listening to anything we had to say. Was quite rude and honestly would never ever go back in there not even for a bottle of water as I might end up being given a large bottle instead. There was so much more to this however I've wasted a lot of time even giving this place attention I simply don't ever plan to come here. I recommend Chickenland which is a few feet away and have better quality and service

The meat was too old and so hard so donner kebab must be sliced in the morning or day before left over and reheated up.. good luck surviving looking to people reviews .. last time they made me pizza with tuna and I was sick so never go back again!

Nightmare missing order experience. Ordered online on uber eats, after waiting an hour for the order to arrive, I received a call to come down and collect my order. After arriving in less than half a minute, I come down to see a uber driver pulling away just as I arrive. I realised afterwards my uber eats order has been given to a different person. No name, no confirmation, and a missing order. Called the driver and the shop for hours, all were ignored calls. Never got the food, miserable experience. After calling the next day, they finally answered and rudely told me there was nothing they could do about it and kept cutting me off and ending the call, merely telling me to bring it up with uber. Thankfully, managed to get a refund after a couple hours with uber customer service. However, this shop rudely berated me and left me with a missing order. I am very disappointed, this is a massive shame, been in person a few times and the food was okay. Never order from here, at least online, from my experience. Awful driver and employee on the phone, I personally am going to avoid this place from now on.

Some of my food that I ordered was missing, called up the restaurant to see if they can redeliver it, they said yes 10 minutes, it never showed up so I called up again 30 minutes later and they said that we didn't ask for the food to be redelivered, obviously they forgot about it again, they said it will be 20 minutes until it arrives, never showed up again. He also refused to give his name so when we called we know who we spoke to, also extremely rude and just hanged up on mid conversation. Called them again and asked for where it was "its on the way", 30 minutes later it never showed up. Eventually I called up saying don't worry its been a waste of my time. I asked for a refund and the guy said "sorry I don't know how to do that" Horrible service when calling for help, could of been honest and said we're not going to re deliver your food, what's the point of lying and making me wait all night for food that was never going to show up. Absolute joke of a business

Red Alert ⚠️ I asked them to make pizza a bit spicy. The chef took it as a joke and added a very good amount of red chilli powder, chopped pieces of red and green chillies in the pizza. When I took the first bite, my mouth and my stomach started burning terribly. So if you really want to risk your life, please go ahead and order spicy pizza from them. Another funny part, when we went to return the pizza, the chef and the owner started laughing on our face as if they did it purposefully, playing a prank on us. Tried this place today. Chips and salad was okay but the meat was really nasty. The meals took 2.3 hours to arrive. Very rude when I called them. Wouldn't recommend there meat atall. See for your self when you order.

Food is absolutely awesome, but one of their delivery drivers theirs two of them who wear glasses one is very nice, but the other one who wears glasses is poisonous, don't know what's his problem, but he always gives dirty looks, and I remember last time I ordered late at night, and my family were asleep, I rang the takeaway, and told them please make sure you tell the delivery driver to give me a ring, and I will come out, as I don't want him to ring the doorbell, as my family is asleep, but of course he did it anyway !!!!

Kebab Does not need to be swimming in Chilli sauce… Just like you wouldn’t drown a burger in Ketchup you dont need to saturate the kebab in chilli it ruins it… other than that it was ok…

Absolutely terrible customer service! I called in asking for a pizza and bossman took 5 years to tell me the total of my order. Usually I am very patient, so this was forgivable. What was not forgivable was the fact that he called me stupid after calling me five minutes later (I told him I no longer wanted the pizza, he insisted he would not make it until I paid, thus i did not) and hung up!! Romeo Pizza has fallen off.. food is sometimes okay but honestly I will now boycott this place… go to pop in pizza instead and get your money’s worth!!

I’ve always been a massive supporter of Romeos and encouraged my friends to go here after a night out. The way I was treat tonight was horrendous I was told I had order different to what I had very aggressively. Even other people were astonished to how we were being treated. Completely understand when it’s busy (as is normally is) but I’ve never experience such rude service. From speaking to friends they have experienced the same service recently. This is not on! Use JJ Caspains instead at least they are polite.

This kebab house have the worst and rudest staff I've ever met I spent 17 pound when the driver came he had no change expecting a 3 pound tip and then he said next time he would give me change when I spoke to the manager said I was lying and must of got it somewhere else

Let's be honest, we go here after drinks to get greasy food. Their standard is to appease a drunk person who's hungry which is 9/10 fulfilled. Wouldn't recommend it sober. The chap there was chilled and happy which is always appreciated.

I was working in this place back in 1999 for £1 per hour for guy called Freydoun Panjganj that I believe still is the owner but his son run the shop. As I and a few others workers were new in this country and didn’t know rules and regulations and he didn’t allow us to talk with other Iranian to keep underpaying us

Just brought a kebab lovers box tonight’s, found a whole dead wasp in my box. An odd hair I understand, but a whole wasp is unacceptable, won’t be back there again, disgusting.

Food was cold, and specifically said not to knock the front door as people were asleep said to call instead. Only got a call after banging on the front door multiply times and waking people up food was left on the doorstep for animals to eat without another call as could not answer the phone so was unaware the pizza was left at the doorstep. Drink order was wrong and paid for a big bottle only got a small bottle. If the note had been about allergies it would have been ignored.

BEST PLACE IM BEDFORD PLACE TO GRAB A KEBAB AFTER A NIGHT OUT. Staff is really friendly and polite. Prices are really good and they have lot of deals and offers. Definitely the best fast food restaurant in the area to grab some fast food after a nigh out.

It all started from a phone call, as he gently and calmly spoke to me i knew that the manager hired the right guy, he was a super lad who sounded like a nice guy. I enter the shop 3 days later to come to an amazing smell that contests my nostrils and flush out my oxygen. As in the name i ordered a pizza, in about 15 or 20mins it's done no words can explain how perfectly placed the pepperoni was and that's not the best bit, I chow down into the really thick but every to crunchy stuff they call dough i felt like a god with infinite lives, it was like some weight that has been holding me down my whole life has been lifted. To who ever made this Godly pizza i have blessed your day.
