Romans Pizza in Bedford

Awful first time since new owners took over asked for chicken breast hot something else that looked like a tail was attached no help yasekf sauces just tubs that are quarter full was very disappointed the chicken breast was not chicken breast was some other dodgy piece won't be going bk that used to be my regular aswell

Such a beautiful family environment, delicious Pizzas, Peri Peri, Samash burgers, viral mango and pistachio ice cream and much more variety of high quality food at very affordable prices. Value for money. Highly recommended 👌❤️

Great ambience and the food is amazing. The new management has really improved the experience. Tried their vegetarian paneer pizza and its so tasty. The vegetarian burger is too good and crispy. I would recommend everyone to visit.

Since under the new management, one of the best pizza and Smash burger place in Bedford. Really good pizza and excellent Smash Burger. Surely , it is going to be my commonly visited restaurant for now.

The new honours of Roman pizza are showing their magic with a variety of food to offer. The staff is amazing and lovely new ambience. Honestly the best smash burgers in town 🤤. Pizza was good with loads of toppings and cheese. I am definitely going to come here again 😍

Fantastic pizza from here. The new recipe of the peri peri chicken is AMAZING. My new go-to place for it as it’s one of a kind. Met the new management as well who were very welcoming and hospitable. Nicely done up, very clean as well.

This is the best Romans pizza in Bedfordshire the smash burger was good and the pizza was Fantastic and it taste so delicious and the mango pistachio ice cream is really nice as in the taste was really nice

They are very tight with the toppings bought 2 large pizzas and honestly came like margaritas!! I can understand why this place has gone downhill over the years

The new owners are doing a very good job with this place. Ordered a Pizza in person and the level of service was very good considering it was extremely busy. The workers are very fast in preparing the food. The Pizza was excellent. Customers can see the kitchen clearly and was very clean

This shop is very dirty in the back of kitchen , the council should investigate regarding this shop hygiene, and the food cooking’s process,

Shocking customer service. Late delivery, refused to follow delivery instructions and would not come to the front of house after going to the rear garden gate. Missing food, cold food, rude on phone, called us liars about missing food, and refused to refund the cost of missing food. Would keep hanging up on us when we phoned to complain. Won't be using them again!

I asked to have a BBQ base as I hate tomato - and they did it! Very appreciated. The 9" pizza was a good size, lots of toppings and good quality for the cheap price. The wings were cooked perfectly, very tender, crispy batter but not over the top with only crunch. The driver who delivered was also really friendly. Overall really impressed, Romans Pizza deserves way more reviews as they are miles better than other places in Bedford.

Can be hit and miss, you can sometime get an amazing pizza, delivered hot and fresh. Other time the food can not be as fresh as before which is why it’s get 3 stars. But when done right, this is my go to place for Pizza

Pizza Didnt taste great, the photos on Deliveroo are misleading, its not posh pizza its pretty cheap tasting and looking. Also half hour over hour delivery time. When i called they were very polite, and the chips were good but i would save your money and opt for a Papa Johns instead :(

I have recently order from this place the pizza was amazing never tasted this kind of delicious pizza anywhere I will definitely recommend it best place to go I believe the owner or management has been change here so I will definitely recommend it to try

The pizzas were small and uninspiring. We won’t be back. The single star is for the on-time delivery, so at least they arrived hot.

Do not go here if you wish to eat an edible pizza the pizzas I ordered were burnt and dry it was not even what I had ordered complete waste of my time they would not even pick up. I recommend going elsewhere

Absolute shambles Save yourself the hassle messed up the toppings and when we call to tell them the missing toppings he simply hung up twice and the third time said come to the shop I’ll give you just the toppings then hung up. An absolute disgrace and not even worth my time. We were left with 2 warm overdone dry pizzas that we didn’t order. Never come across such disgraceful service no idea how you run a business like this speaking In such a rude hostile manner over the phone. Honestly not worth the hassle go literally anywhere else. Wish you guys the best but I honestly don’t know why you would deal a simple issue in this manner.

If I could put zero stars for customer service I would. I was disgusted with how staff dealt with our issue. We ordered through the online website for a delivery. It took over an hour before it was delivered when we were told it would be about 20-30 minutes. Finally it arrived and the order was wrong. We called to say that the pizza had a topping we did not order when we explained that I was allergic to the particular topping we were told that that's what we ordered. My partner explained that we had not due to allergies and we had the order in front of us and it did not say we had added the topping. The person on the phone was adamant that we had. He told us that there was nothing they could do and rudely put the phone down. We called back as I was not happy with the way my partner had been treated and that we wanted them to recognise the mistake made. They rudely asked what did you want us to do about it. We then had to wait a further 45 minutes for the mistake to be corrected after a long battle over the phone. This was an absolute shame as the other food we ordered was lovely and delicious but the customer service was disgraceful!! Which is why I would like to rate it ZERO stars!!!

Banging pizza n wings probably the best ln town.
