KFC Bedford - Interchange Retail Park in Bedford

Dead atmosphere. Pretty bad customer setvice . Have ordered multiple times and got the wrong items. .

No table service for disabled people. The server didn't understand English. The table and chairs were filthy. The main door handle was disgustingly filthy. Food was OK. I WOULD NOT BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN 😒

Unfortunately gone the same way as every KFC, greasy, food. Tried to eat it all but gave up. Only tried working in the area and fancied a bit of chicken and chips, unfortunately this is not the place to get it. Left the biggest bit after nibbling the others.

Better than it used to be with nice staff than before

They should change the staff immediately, all Pakistani staff ( should mix nationality) , visited 4 times last month and same experience staff attitude is pathetic, dirty floors , dirt tables, they hide the numbers so they don’t serve at the table. Someone kfc mangers should do surprise visits.

Served 4 raw chicken breasts - would not recommend!! Better off visiting the burger king next door.

It’s alright, but nothing special. The food at this KFC is usually decent — hot and as expected — but there have been a few times when it was a bit cold or missing something. Not a huge deal, but it does happen. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes really quick and friendly, other times a bit slow, especially when they’re busy. You can tell they get overwhelmed during rush hours. The restaurant itself is okay. Could be cleaner at times, especially the tables and bins when it gets busy. Luckily, parking is easy because of the Retail Park, so it’s convenient if you’re nearby. Overall, not bad for a quick bite, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here. Handy if you’re already at the Retail Park.

Khaotic Fried Chicken. It's sometimes easy to exaggerate after a bad experience. But this was, hands down, the worst fast food experience I have ever had. And the staff are totally unapologetic about it. Disorganised, unfriendly and unpleasant. Many orders were wrong, ours was overlooked completely. Errors were corrected but with zero F's given. I saw a missing popcorn chicken box literally being slammed down on the counter for the customer that had returned, for the second time, for something that was missing. The chaos of the staff talking to each other was stressful to be near. The ladies toilet was missing soap and toilet roll. Delivery drivers/riders, littered the restaurant waiting for their orders to be ready. The only saving grace, which meant we didn't ask for our money back, was that the food was cooked to the standard you would expect. I would not return and I don't recommend it.

everytime I come through the drive through the service is poor, rushed to order they are laughing they are not listening. garaunteed to also leave parts of my order out everytime always disapointed with the service every time.

Waited about 20+ min for "fast food" while every single person about a few dozens that came after us got their food... Absolute waste of time...

Idk if this was just me but my experience we pretty well, it was in summer I came her so it was pretty normal but the table was clean and for some reason their was random ice near the bins.. My food arrived super fast like as soon as I sat down it was arrived (they need to chill in the salt Ngl) and it was super hot

Worst food, service and quality.

I used to enjoy the occasional KFC but after this I won't be back. The staff didn't seem able to cope with 3 sets of indoor diners plus 4 or 5 on the drive thru and I think one delivery. We had a 15 minute wait for our food: a Colonel's meal for him, and I had a Wrap meal, and we both had Pepsi. Where do I start? After the disappointing service and the wait, we were not amused to find that our chicken and chips were both lukewarm. And the Pepsi? It tasted of chemicals and almost made me gag. An experience I won't repeat.

Some pieces of chicken were ok and some were awful. But at least this one was open unlike the other one very close stating open on website

Well- order at the drive through. Paid for the whole meal. Got given straws. Got home at the end of a long day, exhausted to now find no drinks with any of the meals. I paid for the drinks! I have young children and can’t just drive back. Have tried to call them 20 times. They have the phone off the hook clearly. I am not happy at all.

Staff rude, food cold and not fresh but at least they seem to have got rid of the rats around the bins

Normally I like this restaurant but the food was cold, took it back and said it was cold and could he make some fresh. Gave me a replacement. It was the same temperature. Asked twice for extra mayo and lettuce didn't get that either. Service was miserable.

Food was awful chicken was really dry, terrible service will never go there again complete waste of money.

Ordering through Drive through they never get your order right. NEVER.

A good place to go, hence why I do still take the little one here when they want a KFC, just wish they had enough staff to do the table service as it's not the best for waiting around for your order.

This site was very cold and the restaurant area was not very clean, ordering was not easy and the staff seemed very un happy. the food was not value for money and not very hot

AVOID! disgusting place. I've noticed another review in regards to the card payment and can't order via drive thru. (That was 3 weeks ago) still no change! this seems to be the norm here. The staff are rude and not helpful at all, they stare you out and think it's funny. No signage stating card machine not working and a few people still que and wait for someone to answer. It's a joke. Staff state over the intercom, come in, no card. The place is a dump, it's cold, it stinks, no way am I ordering food from this place and the service is diabolical. Nandos is opening soon!

Had our KFC treat today. I do feel very sorry for older people now with only ordering through machine. Witnessed an older man struggling to order But a nice lady (customer) helped him . Please don't alienate the elderly probably the only little pleasure they have. Music in there was too loud.

i order hot wings which one totally diffrent from kfc taste.

Went through drive thru on multiple occasions specifically asked for unseasoned fries two out of three times received seasoned fries as of today did the same again ask for unseasoned fries and they can’t even separate normal fries from season fries and these are the people in charge of not giving you food poisoning

It wa missing soya beans and the order was not as it was they gave me less riceit was get accepted so I deserve a refund

Told over the intercom the drive thru wasn't working - no expansion on this, but no problems. Went inside, at least half a dozen staff doing nothing in particular. Asked to order food at the counter, was spoken to like an infant and told I could only order via the electronic screen?! I know it's not the Ritz but speaking to someone like dirt for literally no reason is just bizarre. Avoid avoid avoid.

These guys had a bit of technical meltdown last night and handled it brilliantly. They kept their calm and powered through the orders all working off one screen. Despite the chaos they didnt have anyone complaining about getting the wrong orders either. Well done guys!

Stone cold even though we live round the corner from the restaurant. Trilogy box meal is missing the chicken strip. Chips were hard! And the side on the trilogy box meal was supposed to be coleslaw but we received corn on the cob

There were items missing from the order. When I asked Just Eat about this, they refused to help or refund.

Corn on the cobs were missing from this so my son went without his corn on the cobs which he was very upset about. Please make sure items are correctly packaged!!!!!!!!!

The restaurant is very cold in autumn/winter as the door opens directly into the main area and there never seems to be any heating. The toilets smell and aren't the cleanest each time I've had to use them. Service is fast though and food good.

I didn’t get any hot wings in my order, they’re just gave me extra mini fillets, which I didn’t want coz I ordered mini fillets on top, so just wasted £6 Won’t order again online

The chicken looked anaemic with no "special recipe". When we went back to complain the "manager" refused to accept our complaint and offered no resolution. Eventually he did replace for much the same which went straight in the bin! AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING SERVED UP WITH A PLENTY OF BAD ATTITUDE!

The staff in this KFC are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and tidy and the food is great. Lots of parking close by and a drive thru available

Food came cold and products were missing

Unacceptable delivery service ! Waited for delivery 1hour 50 mins when it was suppose to be 45 mins. Tried contacting the branch no answer. Order was cancelled 2 hours later by the branch without any apology. Left kids extremely frustrated on a Friday night never again !!!

Dreadful - very small portion, and the "compulsory" dip was missing. Chicken tasted good, although fries very average. Altogether seriously overpriced. Won't bother with KFC in future.

Went in to order on the kiosk and noticed the prices were different on the app, so we went up to ask about why the kiosk is increased in price even when selecting the same store but got a half ass response and asked to see a blue light card which none of us have anyway apparently that's the only way to get it. Even when trying to show the app they didn't want to acknowledge it so I call that rubbish service.

We are ordered food to eaten in and after we were sat down one of the staff was satering at us then suddenly she said we can’t eat in and they packed our food. As well service was very bad Bcz wasn’t cup holder, sauce. Very disappointed.

Possibly the worst KFC I have ever been to. I only went in because it was half term and McDonalds was packed out. Plenty of room in here. I know why now. Waited 20 minutes for a Colonels Meal. Not sure they would have noticed until I went up to ask. Was told that they were waiting for the Chicken. Did they not realise they would need that? Lady before me who had waited similar time was offered extra because of the wait, I was offered nothing. Avoid this place! Was organised chaos.

These people either just don't give a toss or they can't read simple orders. Missing main items like fries from a meal, and pieces of chicken from a 2 piece chicken meal. This place is done.

Had to request an update when my order will be ready. Turned out they skipped it. Service isn't that good but I do like KFC. Will most likely avoid this one and shop elsewhere.
