KFC Bedford - Interchange Retail Park in Bedford

Dived in for very quick refuelling whilst in transit. Food arrived quickly and very tasty. Just what was needed.

Possibly the worst KFC I have ever been to. I only went in because it was half term and McDonalds was packed out. Plenty of room in here. I know why now. Waited 20 minutes for a Colonels Meal. Not sure they would have noticed until I went up to ask. Was told that they were waiting for the Chicken. Did they not realise they would need that? Lady before me who had waited similar time was offered extra because of the wait, I was offered nothing. Avoid this place! Was organised chaos.

Overall OK bit slow and delivery drivers take priority all the time but food has been 👍

The drive through service was very slow and the workers were sluggish. I was given the wrong order no hot wigs. Food was salty.

Had to request an update when my order will be ready. Turned out they skipped it. Service isn't that good but I do like KFC. Will most likely avoid this one and shop elsewhere.

Only half of our order came, rang the shop numerous times, no one picked up, we emailed the store and waiting for a reply,

ordered the rice box, was full of salad leafs, only a spoon full of rice and tiny bit of chicken. disgusting for the price aswell just spend £8 £9 what ever it is for a box of salad leafs.

The driver arrived on time, no issues but the order was in a state! The KFC party bucket was put in the same bag as the chips, all the chips were chucked on top of each other, total mess, the grease from the bag of chips weaker the main bag with the bucket and also the bucket itself split open! Chips everywhere. The burger also was flung in and falling out. Better bags are needed, better packing - McDonalds do it better!

This place should be shut down by the health inspector. Staff stand around talking to each other while (all) tables remain uncleaned. God knows what the kitchen is like. I’ve had the symptoms of food poisoning following two visits and am writing this at 2am on a Monday night - following a visit on Saturday - from the bathroom! I will never return.

The staff here are inept of fulfilling any order correctly Turned up at 11am (open time) ask for side breast got told sure no issues.. again when paying at the window I asked was told not a problem. drive home assuming as told twice it was okay to find a mangled up leg piece. Every time I visit here there is something wrong. The staff don't care.

The workers are really hard of hearing especially the female workers this is not the first time I’m ordering mini fillet burger and when I come home they put just a single chicken strip in a bag trying to ring them so many times and no one is picking up like they are so busy

Reached before 10:00 pm and the store is closed ,google map says it’s opened till 11:00 pm. Please correct the timings.

Food is always great here and the eating area is clean, staff are generally friendly. The toilets however are absolutely disgusting with my last visit I was unable to go as both the ladies and the disabled were blocked and it was...everywhere

Rubbish establishment no coffee & no wet wipes. Obviously saving money by skimping on services. Eventhe portion sizes on fries is below usual from other locations. I won't eat here again.

Hopefully a manager sees this. The krushem machine is literally never on. No matter what time I come here they aren’t going krushems and I get the feeling it’s because the staff are too lazy to make them. Don’t advertise your krushems outside and not serve them

Food all there but dips that where included in the meal where missing as always. Even put a note to the restaurant to not forget the dips and again they are missing

Not the best choice of a stop I ever made... Burger didn't look great, but tasted ok. But that's the best thing I can say here... General lack of care and attention by the team running it when they outnumbered the customers is disappointing. All the empty tables needed a wipe, floor needed a sweep, the volume and swearing from the kitchen should have been lower, someone needed to call maintenance about the bathroom, the rubbish outside needed putting in the wheelie bin so the rats could be openly jumping on it... I would not go back here based on today's experience.

Order number (6100) date: 15/7 time: 19:35hrs We have ordered a take away and upon reaching home we were disappointed to see a zinger burger missing. Shame they dont have a system to double check before handing over the bag to the customer. Strangely this is the third time happened with us in the last four months(4times we went there). First time the wings were missing Second time a wrap was missing and today the zinger burger is missing. I suggest come up with a system…before it starts reflecting on your reputation.

Toilets are so dirty and filthy,smelly,no toilet tissues. Customer Service not good. Food is not same.

Biting into a stale burger with cold chips is a thoroughly disappointing experience. The bun is tough and dry, the patty is flavorless and rubbery, and the once-crisp vegetables are now wilted and soggy. The chips, cold and limp, have lost all their original crispness and taste. Overall, this meal leaves a lot to be desired, offering a stark contrast to the joy of a fresh, well-prepared burger and hot, crispy chips.

No drink came with the order and the beans container had popped open spilling bean juice & beans all in the bag. To the point where food was nearly falling through the wet patch. Driver was great though, not his fault.

My order was not delivered.Was giving to wrong driver.All we got was a burger&can of tango when it should have been 10 piece bargain bucket with 4xfries, 1 supercharge tower zinger burger and 1 zinger burger.Once again we been let down.Very disappointed.Reported this to restaurant.Picture evidence sent to just eat.Picture of driver holding wrong food given&driver will verify this too.Such a let down. I paid £42 for my order&was given a £5 order that belonged to some other customer!

Incomplete order again! It’s simply not good enough

This is the last time I order KFC. It's happened numerous times now from both interchange and town one the quality is terrible and i will never be ordering again I feel sick!

The male staff on today were very unprofessional. The guy taking orders at the till saw me waiting but kept ignoring me by packing bags and looking the other way. After waiting for 2 minutes I had to call him over to get him to take my order. He didn't seem like he had any training with customer service and was quite unfriendly. After I received my order, I opened up my burger box and saw the the fillings of the burger were outside and all outside the box, very messy. I complained to the staff and he wasn't really interested and called for his manager to come and speak with me. His manager was busy talking to someone else, but eventually replaced the burger, keeping me waiting. NOT AT ALL HAPPY. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I'VE HAD IN A WHILE.

It is not the first time I am ordering from the store and receiving old and soaked in oil order, and the notes that I’ve left were completely ignored each and every time

Food came hot and fast enough. Toilets need some TLC though. The actually toilet looked like it was falling over, I was worried to sit on it and only used it as I was desperate!

Delivered on time and quickly from the restaurant by Just Eat. However this KFC has really gone down hill. The chicken is dry and the fries were cold again. It’s a shame as it used to be so nice, fresh and hot.

The chicken was overcooked some of the pieces were small so were dry. Only one leg!

Dleivery took 30 mins longer than original max delivery time. Food arrived nearly cold so I had to heat it in microwave. The food was nice once warmed up.

You guys BE THE 1ST out of u big 3 to adapt your packaging to suit deliveries !!!! None of u do it u just assume whats good instore works being delivered have u ever wrapped it sent to yourself after a journey and see the lack in quality and heat if the little burger joints can nail it so can you lot ....

Missed out half the items from my order one being the main meal! And the food that I did receive was freezing!

waited over an hour for a delivery that normally only takes 15 minutes to deliver and this was when the driver had actually picked up my order he was driving for an hour before I finally got my food I am amazed my food was still warm

Food was missing from my order and I wasn’t very happy as I had people to feed and there wasn’t enough for everyone which usually there is enough, i feel like it was a waste of money in a sense my order was t incorrect

Avoid past 10:30pm (even though open until 11pm). Staff in a hurry to get home so start cleaning up at least half an hour before closing and tell customers there is a ‘shortage’ of food! When pressed on the matter, server admitted that there is more food but they don’t cook it as they’ve already cleaned up! If that’s the case, best to advertise as 10:30pm closing time, not 11pm! All restaurants clean after a last order time. Seems like staff don’t care and just want to get home! Never mind about customers working late and trying to get dinner!

2 time using drive through and forget item off order even when you verbally confirm order.
