Food was bland and tasteless and all tasted the same. Authentic Brazilian food would be seasoned. Plus we all felt sick for the rest of the day. Some woman who worked there made my 8 and 5 old son GET OFF the toilet to go into the men’s when I told them to use the ladies for their own safety. Disgraceful!

I’ve chosen Preto multiple times for several events, and each experience has been fantastic! A heartfelt thank you to Bruna, who is exceptional. The food, service, and warmth are outstanding… It's truly a delight. I highly recommend everyone to try it at least once, and I'm sure you'll return!

Four of us had a good dining experience. Service was good. Staff were friendly. Salad bar/buffet was great. Loved the beans!!. Meat came around steadily and was good. Liked the garlic beef the best. I dont eat lamb but the rest of the family said it was lovely. We had dessert too. It was the cake on special. Can’t remember what it was called but it was light and moist and not too sweet. We had a couple of cocktails as well which were perfect. Literally less than 3 minutes walk from the Micheal Jackson musical. (That was amazing by the way). Anyway the restaurant is in a prime location for the shows. The service is good and the food is nice. I think good value for money given the location. Would recommend to any meat lover but there is a vegetarian option too.

Chewy meat, cold buffet food, I was not impressed with the drinks, we ordered passion fruit and strawberry caipirinha and it tasted as lime caipirinha(I know the difference, tried both) very expensive. Expensive!!!!!

Came here March 2024 to eat with 2 friends. I was really looking forward to the Brazilian barbecue experience but I have to say I left rather disappointed. The buffet with salads etc was nice but the ingredients felt quite cheap, it was very bland and a lot of the items you can get anywhere and I wouldn’t class authentic Brazilian food. The restaurant had really bright sterile lighting which made it feel like you were eating in a cafeteria rather than a restaurant. The meats that came round were nice especially the steak, it was very nicely seasoned. However the pieces they cut off for you are small and they almost seemed aggrieved if you ask them to cut off more. When the bill came we were surprised at how expensive it was. For 3 people it was £168. The Rodizio grill was £30pp, 6 bottled beers set us back £60 and the service charge was £18! Incredibly expensive for poor quality food and sadly I will not be returning.

We traveled from Canterbury especially to visit the restaurant for a couples lunch date and we were not disappointed. The food was good, meat cooked to perfection and the service was great - especially Maria the waitress that made sure my boyfriend got to experience his favourite meats from the menu. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to others looking for a Brazilian BBQ experience.

Worse food we ever had. Very low quality meat, hard to chew like rubber tires, horrible flavour, very dissapointing salad bar.

The food was good! The waiters was good just the oldest manager women wasn't doing her job properly. She didn't explain us how it works when we arrived and we had to go ask after 5 min but that's fine. One thing i didn't like what she did is they way how was speaking to her stuff ( so rude).

My partner ordered food and I only ordered a drink as had already eaten elsewhere. Waiter saw me have one tiny mouthful from his plate and threatened to charge me an extra £32 for a whole meal. Then refused to remove OPTIONAL service charge as he had ‘done us a favour’ by not charging the £32 for my one mouthful. Disgusting.

Great for an pre-theatre meal. Excellent service. Lovely food and not rushed. Good value for money. Great choices .

Amazing Brazilian food! Self service and rodízio grill. Eu amei esse restaurante. A comida e as carnes de primeira qualidade. O atendimento bem brasileiro, sorridente e com simpatia e fora que o ambiente é agradável, calmo e ainda dá para apreciar as pessoas passando na rua pois o restaurante é todo de vidro transparente. Eu recomendo! Vale muito a pena para quem está com saudades ou tem vontade de experimentar uma boa comida brasileira.

After 25 minutes waiting for the meats, the server approached just to the next table who came 10 minutes before and he took 3 different kinds of meat and I didn’t get anyone yet, when I called him he saw me and he didn’t do anything, so I felt discriminated for the first time in my life, because I am hispanic? so I wanted to pay for my 4 pieces of potatoes that I ate and leave, at least the waiter apologized and he didn’t charge me anything, but I couldn’t have my lunch!

The meat was so juicy and tender . Good variety on meat selection. Salad bar was very nice . Had a good atmosphere to be in and staff make you feel warm and welcome. Good place to go to try new foods . I had a carers card which ment I had a free meal ❤️ . 10/10 no problems deffo a stop when your touring around London

Booked a table and the nice receptionist who doubled up as a waitress was clearly new, she’d no idea on the booking system or any other questions about the food. Obviously not her fault but the restaurant management’s for not adequately training their staff on even the basics. The salad accompaniments were ok, a little different to the usual and the meats were delicious (particularly the steak) and plentiful with lots of stopping by our table with skewers. We enjoyed our visit but the venue was over lit which made it lacking in atmosphere. I’d happily try another Preto elsewhere.
