Shocking bad and not so good for you and your family

Been ordering since I moved in this area and never had a problem foods always been on point and always on time I can’t fault them amazing restaurant

Exceptional service! Competing for best Keebab in Ipswich. If you like your lamb shish tender then this is the place. Also staff are kind and polite unlike many Keebab’s in Ipswich and the place is clean and fills me with confidence. My one request is more salad, maybe slightly larger containers and I would be exceptionally happy. Lots of red cabbage is a must for me 😋

pizza was very bland no flavour at all that much topping you can still see the dough base as for the staffed crust it was barley stuffed I would say they used cheap cheese stings and cut into quarters with thin layer of crust on the base was quite greasy I would be surprised if there was 10 bits of pepperoni on a 16 inch meat feast pizza very very disappointed will not be returning

Collection was 20 minutes late, seemed like they were all more interested in having a laugh out the back which is probably why all the salads were missing with the kebabs.

Very friendly staff always a good welcome and food always enjoyable, even if its home delivery or I go in to order....would recommend definitely...thanks Rodi

Regular customer, but recently last few orders chips have been really soggy. Can only assume they are busy and rushing the chips bringing them out too early.

Food is always good, however this is the third time I’ve ordered and again every order had no sauces, our burger had garlic mayo instead of mayonnaise. I hate to complain, don’t understand how the sauces are always forgotten. The meals were dry.

I found no faults. Listened to my notes. Packaged nicely. Hot and tasty food. This is the best kebab I’ve had so I’d definitely recommend.

Good food the kebabs was good the burger was great and everythink else was good I recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy there food

My son ordered a takeaway delivery it was shocking! Tiny small portions of meat and salad also chips! So over priced for what little amount of food we got! 36 pounds which we could have got a lot more elsewhere but just wanted to try a different place! Never again! Shocked 😲

Shame we didn’t have the bottle of drink on meal deal. This has happened twice now. But luv the food we always return to order.

It was only 5 minutes late so fine. The medium chicken shish at £7:50 only had a few bits of chicken which was disappointing. The medium doner was a fair size. Both, after a re-heat tasted very nice although the pitta breads had to be thrown out due to being soggy. I only asked for cabbage (red? It’s always white cabbage in Turkey I’ve had) and onions which if kept separate would have been much better. However the food was very tasty so thankyou for that Guys.

Food would have got 5 stars but my kebab didn't have any chill sauce and the medium pitta was soaked due to not being separate from salad.

Food wasn't as hot as it usually is. Also, missing a portion of chips, phoned and was told would be sent in 10 mins. Took over 30mins to arrive.

Waiting for an order that should have been here 25 mins ago. I hope, unlike last time it will be our order. Your food is great, your delivery drivers leave a lot to be desired. Please sort this out. Patiently waiting. My partner has another 12hr shift tomorrow btw

This place is the worst place I’ve ever ordered from before in my life, they were so rude on the phone, then the food didn’t even turn up… do not order from here..

It was earlier then told but that was great for us the burgers were lovely and everything was tasty and hot. I did pay extra for cheese but didn’t get any, but apart from that great.

Best takeaway in Ipswich. The best food, quick delivery and run by the best people. They need to open more shops.

I have had kebabs from Rodi a few times now.. I keep coming back! They are the best takeaway kebabs I've ever had.. Especially the lamb shish! Try it... the texture is so tender its like butter. Can't get enough!

Very prompt service, most of the food was excellent, but the garlic pizza bread was chewy, greasy and luke warm - almost like it was cooked by mistake earlier and just left under a hot lamp - I should add I've had the pizza bread before and it's normally incredible

Unfortunately the food was real cold the delivery tike chnahed many times ...the order I was given tomatoes when I said to leave them out ...i have an allergy ...no sauce ...was a bad experience for 27 pound not happy only a cold pizza had to be reheated then fed to my children. We won't be returning..

Sadly the chicken was burnt the pizza was OK the base was a bit thick and the kids chips where very salty.

My pizza was stone cold but the chips were warm. I really appreciated them having so many vegan options but they could do with a insulated bag or something for delivery.

We had one the other night and the mate was not very nice was all grittily and very hard We ask them to do freshly cut Meet But they did not Me and my partner had a kebab last night and it was and it was not all that it was not very nice and ice and Peter bread was was Dry and nasty And the meat was not that good either you guys normally do better than that

unfortunately i found this one Extremely greasy ive used you guys for years and it seems you have changed the grade of meat. never had one so greasy, the taste of the meat is cheap not like it use to be, pics of the leftover grease this was from the one tray too

The best, most accommodating and tastier tastiest takeaway I’ve ever had. I have several allergies and they are always catered for. This place always goes above and beyond for their customers. I will always be so thankful! 🌯🍟

I am blown away by this hidden gem. We got vegan cheesy garlic bread, vegan pizza, a vegan kebab and fries. Their vegan menu is awesome and their vegan food is close to unbeatable. We spent about £35 (on just eat) between the two of us and had more than enough food, so prices are good and you get a lot for your money. Food was delivered earlier than expected and with friendly service. Highly recommend!

Excellent pizza delivered on time plus excellent value

There delivery driver delivered our food to the wrong place. Took us an hour to actually get any decent information from them. Never touching these guys again. Well done. Lost out on some buisiness there because your driver couldnt follow simple directions.

If you need good vegan fast food in Ipswich at a reasonable price without the hipster premium this is the spot. The pizzas and kebabs are great.

The food here is great but the delivery times are horrendous and when you call the shop to ask where your food is they either lie or get snotty with you. We won’t be ordering from there again.

This was my first visit in Rodi Pizza & Grill and I have to say definitely not the last one. Great selection of food even for vegetarians and vegans. The guys are great and a lot of fun. The prices are a bonus.

Finally i found my favorite kebab shop! My food is always quickly delivered, very tasty doner kebab and lots of options of sides, highly recommend their cheesy bites!!!

Worst food ever its so dead it took over a hour to deliver and I live 10 minutes away it would of been quicker to just walk down and get it myself and my friend ordered cheesy chips and got this absolute shambles.

Visited the Rodi Pizza & Grill tonight for a takeaway . Wow the chicken wrap meal was huge , I loved it will deffo revisit .

Whilst this has been a monthly/bi-monthly staple treat for the family and I. This time it will probably be the last, whilst the fries were fine, my son enjoyed them. They forgot a whole pizza, an hour and two phone calls later they finally delivered it. They said we could get a refund of the pizza without it be delivered or just wait for it to be delivered. There are no qualms the woman who answered the calls, she was fine! But we had to ask what can be done as the rest of the food was cold by the time it finally arrived. They provided a bottle of fizzy. The pizza finally arrived and it lacklustre to say the least. My partner said it tasted poor compared to previous orders. The pizza had to be thrown. The previous order to this, the food arrived luke warm, I understand Friday nights are a busy time for local takeaway places but I'm not sure how a whole pizza got missed off of the delivery. Whilst I stand on ordering from local places rather than large chain restaurants, this might be the last time we order from Rodi.
