Never disappointing, whilst quite a limited menu ( with daily specials) it is always freshly made on site and delicious. Staff are very cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. We love going back.

I had a great experience of having lunch at Rodgers of York Tearooms! The service was provided very quickly and professionally! The soup which I ordered was amazing, with a rating of 10 out of 10! Despite the fact that the working environment was busy, staff presented themselves to the best of their ability!

Really lovely tea room serving delicious food. The staff are very nice and I like the fact the tables are a good size and well spaced out. It is a lovely relaxing and enjoyable place to eat and drink. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were visiting the Rogers of York furniture store and decided to try their Tea Room. This was honestly the best Tea Room we have ever been to. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient and it was a joy to be there. I had a coronation chicken sandwich, which was superb, on fresh white bread( my choice) and was pleased to see that small portions of apple were included in the filling. Table service was provided, and it was refeshing to see free glasses of prosecco or fruit juice were being offered at the time of our visit. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we will return, even if we don't buy any furniture!
