Absolutely hands down best cafe I’ve ever been to the Staff are the most welcoming and friendly they will do anything to cater to any of your needs the food is lovely and theirs such a wide spread of choice would definitely recommend their breakfast wrap called the baby’s arm plus the prices are also bang on I never leave a review on things aha but these guys are killing it.

Stumbled upon this absolute gem on way out of York, wanted a hog roast roll & it was AMAZING (worlds apart from the huge disappointment of York roast co!)!! So glad I passed by the one at the Xmas market! Would 100% recommend. Lovely staff and good prices. Thanks big bite!

Over all I couldn't fault the place. The money you pay for the food is just spot on. The quality of food is A1. I had the babies leg and I was more than just satisfied. It had filled me up for the day. I'll definitely be back again. Thanks Big Bite Sandehich Bar.👍👍

Hard to choose from the menu (for good reasons) decided on the babys arm and gotta say was probably the best sandwich ive had. I'll definitely be going out of my way to go again.

My first time visiting and i ordered the large prawn salad sandwich. It was probably the nicest sandwich I've ever had, and for a really great price. Definitely will be returning in the near future

Great sandwiches and warm vibe. Amazing people serving good food. We walked in soon after they were closing and they were kind enough to make us a quick sandwich anyway. Super friendly! Definitely recommend trying the Tikka Salad Sandwich

Oo had a cheeky small egg and bacon bap here.. haven't had one for years. It was delicious . Lovely staff. Could do with a menu and price board .I literally just ordered what the person in front of me had... but still 5 stars... good coffee as well.

This place used to be awesome. Now after some time I came back just to notice that it got even better. Didn't even realise it was possible. Nothing is an effort for Lee, he makes the most amazing sandwich and wrap creations. Well done, guys!

This morning was the first time eating here and I am incredibly impressed. I walked in to a few regulars talking to the staff with smiles on everyone’s faces and had good service from one of the employees and checked that I was being served by another. I ordered the French Stick Bacon Sandwich which was MASSIVE. Would recommend to anyone in the area wanting good service and good value for money.

The most magnificent Veggi Southern fried chicken spicy cheesy wrap with jalapenos I've ever had in my entire life. I inhaled the sandwich in 3 minutes and had to have a breather after. Top notch sandwich making skills :)

Nipped in for a quick bite to eat, sarnies made fresh, cakes were ok, but staff cheeky, told me too biscoff, very upsetting, lol

Had my first visit on Friday, absolutely fantastic place, food was incredible,decently priced, it was so busy but good still came out in good time, chocolate brownie was to die for too. Defo be back next week and every week after ♥️♥️♥️

fast efficient and good food, only down side was sausages were a bit over done and had a thick dark brown layer like they were left in the oven too long but still nice and not burnt

Just been and ordered a sausage egg and bacon in a stick and they forgot to put my sausages in as I found out when I got home. Was a bit gutted. What I got was nice, just forgetting something that I'd paid for 😔

Wicked good find. The loaded hash browns are amazing. Selection available for breakfast and lunch will keep us in trear lunch visits for at least the next year

Really tasty food and plenty of it.

On a quick visit from Central Scotland to York through my employment today and stopped here. Colleague had large pulled beef in ale with onion and mustard and I had the same but substituted the mustard for horseradish. We both agreed they were absolutely brilliant and very very tasty. Generous helping of beef and served up by nice friendly staff. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting York and the Fulford area. Hope to be back soon.

Came to shop for first time today with my two friends on our dinner break , ordered 3 pork and apple with stuffing large sandwiches as the meat caught my eye from the window , I’ve never seen someone so generous with portion size ,, absolute heaven in every bite , great service also , will be definitely visiting regularly from now on

Back to work & driving by, smelt the bacon so turned around & was well worth it, Very clean & friendly opened 5 mins early, proper bacon & very fresh cobs definitely call again when delivering to York, call in you wont be disappointed 😁

Remember to always go large, bonus being it really doesnt cost much more, it's still of the highest quality & finally you wont need to eat for the rest of the day, as it is massively huge!
