Rockpoint records? All very well but come on..never any music playing other than live bands? Get a decent playlist or 2 on at least..I'm sure they got their PRS licence? Is music permitted during the daytime? Or is wirral Council putting the blockers on again?

Very different and well worth a visit if you are following th New Brighton wall art trail. Other reviews have captured the eclectic feel to this place very well, and do not need repeating. Sufficient to say that the staff are very friendly, the coffee is great and the collection to music posters that adorn the walls is amazing. With live music, I bet that evenings here are quite lively.

My twin brother Stephen and I were pub and bar hopping around the eclectic and wonderful Victoria Quarter when we decided to drop into Rock Point Records Bar and what a great 1st time visit. The interior is superb, great wall art, eclectic decor and furnishings including a superb eye catching serving bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Victoria Quarter. We were here on a Thursday afternoon, a really hot afternoon, we track and traced and sanitised our hands and we were allocated a table were a very pleasant member of the bar team took our order of a beer each, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back, settled down and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular bar. My beer was really good, we chose Asahi beer ,this delicious Japanese beer is such a light, hoppy and unpretentious lager style beer bursting with taste and perfect for cooling down on a hot afternoon, it was just so good being in such a lovely bar enjoying a quality brew. Rock Point Records Bar is more than a bar ,its a tattooist, record shop ,barbers and clothing shop ,its such an interesting concept, loved it here. We both really enjoyed our beers in here, only stayed for the one each before moving on and for a first time visit to Rock Point Records Bar we had a great time. Opening hours are; Monday & Tuesday, Open from 10am. Wednesday, Closed. Thursday to Saturday, Open from 10am. Sunday, Closed. A wonderful bar ,most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Rockpoint Record's bar is an unusual bar which is located on Victoria road in New Brighton. This is a bar with a difference as its a tattooist and also a record shop a barbers and clothing shop. With a superb interior with great wall art and also quirky decor and excellent seating options inside as well as outside. We visited here on a very warm day and this area of New Brighton was booming and we had visited a few pubs and bars around here and decided to go in here for a few beers. On entry we gave our track and trace details and took our seat in the main bar area.We were really impressed with the lay-out of this bar and also its staff who were very helpful. As its still table service only one of the staff came to our table were we ordered a couple of halfs of Asahi beer an excellent Japanese beer that was well served and priced for a bar of this quality. We enjoyed our time in here and will visit again as there is a chilled atmosphere and the staff where very friendly and helpful.Very easy to locate from Cressingham road bus stop it's a short walk down Rowson street and left onto Victoria road (This is my first review of Rockpoint Records bar). Opening Hours. Monday-Sunday-09.30-19.00. Hours May Differ From Above Due To The Covid 19 Restrictions Which End On The 19th Of July. Nearest Bus Stop. Cressingham road bus stop. Nearest Train Station. New Brighton train station.

Visited on monday with a friend that had travelled a long, i was on crutch rolling an op. We were put on a tiny table that was a struggle for me to get in. The waitress was slow after 15 mins we asked if we could order and she said we were next to which they went to 2 other tables first !! After eventually taking our order the food arrived. I asked for mayo to which she brought back a empty bottle of aldi mayo, which I don't mind but paying £11.95 for a relatively small dry quiche and about 8 burnt on the outside and hard on the inside chunky chips I was a bit cheesed off to be honest, surely they can put it in a little pot. Food over priced & tasteless Service rubbish Do not recommend

Think this place is not in a good area it's bang loud noisey and by a residential area my girlfriend works long hours on certain weekends and struggles to sleep with this place being open. It should be open in the city centre of Birkenhead were its no were near houses/flats. I will be complaining about this its in the wrong place. Am surprised no one has complained about it who live near by.
