Great service station but can get quite busy at times. Plenty of space and different offers from different stores for a nice break from driving!

Absolutely the worst motorway service station we have stopped in. Toilets disgusting, most places closed and long queues at the only hot food place open. Will definitely never go back again.

Stopped Sedgemoore services on Friday 4th October around 1pm for a short break and my wife who uses a wheelchair went to the disabled toilet was disgustingly we opened the door and the toilet seat was up and we saw a dirty yellow stain around the underneath of the seat and the whole room doesn’t look clean we used paper to turn the tap on and off it was appalling. We had food in Costa at the services which was nice and rest of the services is clean. The disabled facilities needs to be looked at and we will be driving past sedgemoore services in the future. I only gave 1 star because this let the services down

Nothing open at night apart from Mac's with hardly anyone working, & then got served lukewarm chips. Not impressed in the middle of a long trip.

Great services, only pain is the wall thats built around McDonald's, it's easy to go into the McDonald's part and you have to walk back out and round to get to the toilets, seen a few people do that whilst there and I even did it my self. The toilets stank as well they really need a good deep clean.

A joke overpriced and very poor quality food.

I find the Service clean and tidy and the Fish and chips, which we had was delicious.

Plenty of food options. Cafes to eat in or shops to buy food and take away. The ladies toilets always have an unpleasant smell about them which lingers right up the corridor before you even get to them. I appreciate that this an extremely busy services and footfall is constant but unfortunately I do dread using the ladies toilets.

Easy/quick to get to pull into from the motorway, just like the Northbound services on the other side of the M5. Runs out of sandwiches in peak season, but don't they all. Does the job.

A good place to stop for a break along the M5 going south. Usual outlets with plenty of choice to eat. Accessible toilets and everything else you'd expect.

Really awful. If you need a pee in a hurry... drive the twenty or so miles to the next services. It'll be quicker!

The biggest dog walking area I have ever seen at a services. Very busy Evening charging options but they were all full at the time.

Busy Busy place. Has an outside toilet block which is a great idea, if you have pets with you.

Lovely break at this services on the way to Exeter - quick service and clean coffee area - and free brownie from Esther - friendly and welcoming !- will stop here again.

Poor services based on the layout of the car park, if you don't have a parking spot in the last row you are stuck and cannot get back and you have to go to the M5.

Very busy. But everything you needed on a long journey

We visited on a busy day in August. It was the busiest I’ve ever seen a service station but there was plenty of parking and even though every food outlet was rammed we all managed to get our food quickly and find a quiet clean space to chill out before continuing on our journey. The small garden area was nice in the sun too.

Great emergency first aid care given to my 10 year old daughter by Alicia from McDonald’s last week on our way to Devon. My daughter trapped her toe whilst opening the power assisted door and wearing sliders, thus scraping her toe nail half off and causing lots of blood and pain. After panicking and sending my husband in to get help a staff member alerted Alicia who came to our rescue. Thank you so much!!

Leons was appalling food such a disappointment. Food was thrown together waffle fries was on big lump of half cooked potato

Very good services if you are towing a caravan, plenty of spaces and if they are full use the adjacent truck park. I've used it for donkeys years going south and never see the caravan and truck park full. By contrast Sedgemoor Northbound when you are going home is awful, avoid it like the plague if you are towing a caravan and use Taunton Dene instead.

I probably wouldn't go there on a date but useful if you need to stop for a bite to eat on the way to Devon or Cornwall.

Typical services, conveconvenient

Large car park as it’s a service station so you can park for two hours. There’s a spar, WHSmiths, Costa, Leon and McDonalds. There are huts outside for Jumbo Jackets, Costa and Coffee and Pastries but they were all closed.there is a phone accessory store too. There are toilets but they were pretty shabby to be honest. Many are out of service and those that were had paper on the floor or hanging out of the toilet. Not the best.

It is a relatively small but efficient service station. It has all the usual chains you would expect. Toilets were clean with no queues. Convenient stop on M5 when travelling into Deveon and Cornwall.

Lavatories We're in a shocking state. You could smell them a long time before you got to them. Felt sorry for the staff in the other shops there. It really stank.

The most disgusting toilets I have ever witnessed. Unspeakable filth on the floor, on the toilets. I have never washed my hands so thoroughly in my life and doused them in hand sanitiser after. The whole place should be condemned if food vendors are using them. Eugh 🤢🤢🤢🤢

It was very busy so getting from and back to your car was challenging. Otherwise nice enough for a small services.

It's a service centre on a motorway. If you expect something special more fool you. Seen better, seen worse.

Went into McDonald’s on the way home, they had no cup holders so as I was walking back to the car the bag split and my food went all over the floor, Christine helped me massively and had my meals replaced absolutely lovely lady!

Very busy parking. Just popped to use a loo. Luckily there were some additional outside but it was dirty, stinky and tender natural.

Went to use the toilets. Never seen them so filthy, most cubicles covered in toilet paper toilets dirty wet floors. Sinks covered in soap. Never used to be like this this used to be my favourite toilet stop as was always so clean.

Usual motorway service area, where everything is Overpriced. Don't use LEON as they will miss items from your order.

Always need to break there but wish it was nicer.

Ideal place to stop after 3hrs driving good facilities and plenty of choice of food and drink.

Always a pleasant stopover when I catch the National Express coach down from London... Decent food, Costa coffee, clean bathrooms and a wide range of gifts, food and confectionary... Pleasant to sit outside at the picnic benches when the sun shines.

Services are good, Edge of car park and dog walk area absolutely covered in dog muck.

Just visited this roadchef services and noticed a lovely lady named Shannine doing such a great job of cleaning the toilets and keeping everything so clean! Everything was spotless including the toilets, sinks, bins. I made sure to tell her what a great job she’s done :)

The food hall area was really dirty and clearly no one was cleaning frequently enough. I would have thought that was a basic requirement.

Big thanks to Louise from the cash office team for reuniting me with my wallet. I received a hand written letter to confirm my address and my wallet was posted within the next few days. Really appreciate the service, above and beyond what I expected.

Usual range of offerings. No covered area outside so a bad place to stop with dogs in the rain. Many dogs owners cowering whilst waiting for partner to return outside The picnic area and dog walk nice for a sunny day
