Costa Drive Thru in Sedgemoor

Ordered coffee and breakfast baps and handed a 20 pound note over...the sheer confusion of dealing with cash ..was then told they only take card.when I asked for a card receipt I got the till receipt not the card but neither member of staff seemed to know the difference. Was told they don't print card receipts. Costa need to train their staff better in dealing with different tender.and people who understand that cash is legal tender still

Dreadful customer service attitude. No please or thank yous. Very abrupt. Unsure who woke up on the wrong side of the bed this AM but her attitude needs adjustment

Piping hot coffee and speedy service.

Quick and efficient coffee stop. Friendly staff and usual Costa fare.

Coffee could have stronger. You need to do a hard left after leaving to park up. Avoid the bus car park.

If you love the Costa brand, have issues in leaving the interior of your vehicle, cannot face navigating inside the services & it's car park, or your time is so critical then this will be perfect for you! There is even an overhead LED sign letting you know from a distance if open or closed, but at the time of this review is only open in the daytime, as see the brightly lit red sign when pass by each day on the M5 in the early evening. Being not a fan of drive thrus of any nature, thought best not cloud my judgement, so will give 5 stars due to the concept & praticality of it rather than my personal opinion. Why do I have the feeling though that a large percentage of the cups served from here will end up being strewn along the verges of the M5 and Somerset & Devon's highways!
