Fantastic food, quality and great staff. Ordered for take out several times and high quality so suggested to the in-laws and even though fussy eaters everyone totally enjoyed but was shocked it was quiet giving how fabulous the setting and food was.

Ordered a delivery of the seafood pasta. Really wasn't expecting this kind of quality, esp from a delivery. Green lipped mussels, fresh salmon ,king prawns and squid all tasted superb in a garlicky tomato sauce. My partner had chicken and mushroom in a cream sauce and loved it. Big portions too. Will be going back

Extensive menu, food was served hot and freshly prepared. Extremely reasonably priced. Very generous portions which were too big for us but quality was great and we all enjoyed our food very much. Waitresses very obliging, polite and friendly. We will be back

Found this little gem in Birkenhead whilst visiting Future Yard to see Skinny Living a couple of weeks ago. Food was absolutely fabulous, tasty and good portions and reasonably priced. Nice waitress. Would easily compare to Nando’s. This place much better!! Wishing you all the best. 👍

Im not a salad person but the Chicken Caesar Salad was to die for. Delicious. Great portions (I had a side of chips but couldn't finish as I was full). Great service. Great restaurant

The service was fantastic, the food was brilliant and the price was very reasonable. The restaurant is a swanky joint.... You could take anyone there and impress them. Our bill for steak, chicken and burger with 3 bottled beers, 3 shorts and a pint of coke with all the meals was less than £60 and I've paid that in the past for a single meal of the same quality.... Don't let the location put you off.... Try it.

Food is very reasonably priced. Don’t let the location put you off dining here. Food was very enjoyable. Came in for lunch with my partner she got lamb chops I went for a hangover burger. Was a good burger, the lamb chops weren’t the best I’ve had but they were decent enough. Only complaint would be my Pepsi was warm. Staff were friendly and the decor is nice but very random. Plenty on the plate too. Will come again.

We have just opened our shop across from the restaurant. Looking for something local to eat, it's well priced the server was funny and helpful. Recommend the food, and its toasty in there. So save on your energy bills and grab a family meal in here. Probably break even lol. We will be back, housecastle team.

Our first time at this visiting this restaurant, we recieved a very warm welcome. Tasty food vibrant cocktails and great service,whats not to like, well worth a visit. Would definitely go again.

When we turned up for our booking it was as if they hadn’t saved a table for us. So we got sat practically in the doorway with the 5* air con created by cars flying past outside. Not bad after booking a table 5 days ago. Obviously should have booked 6 days previous instead. Sitting on B&Qs finest garden furniture, we asked if we can move further into the restaurant the waitress went back and the manager when asked gave the snottiest look and blatantly said no. Waitress came back and said ‘yes when tables become available’. Why manager think customers can’t see them behind a bar is madness. Plus again, booked customers. Then we got our Mother’s Day menu a month late. Wondering if we’d gone back in time we asked for a proper menu. Only plus point was our food was fast to come out. However first mouthful was freezing (lasagna) so then that explained that one. Then I got the proper waiting time meanwhile my partner had nearly finished hers by the time mine came out. She had fried oven chips that had been made with old oil. Disgusting. Would not go back. Makes McDonald’s over the way look like a better option. Not worth the price at all

Been coming here a couple of years now, but tonight not good, we both left our meal as chicken was so dry, waitress could not understand what we were asking of her, waited ages for my partners drink to arrive, asked for a break between starter and main 😡 never happened. I think it will be awhile before we will be visiting again….

We went on a Wednesday night, was told good things and wasn’t disappointed. The steaks are fantastic, the Tbone especially. Cocktails were 2 for 1 on a weekday and very well prepared and tasted amazing. Will definitely be going again.

Friendly welcome and attentive service in a glamorous restaurant. Quiet for a Friday evening. Large menu but this proved to be too ambitious. Our food was perfectly acceptable but no dish was how it was described on the menu. My pasta with smoked salmon and asparagus was pasta with a tomato sauce with a salmon steak on top - certainly no asparagus. They did their best and we were pleased to find somewhere local to where we were staying.

I came to this restaurant when it first open.. Was beautiful inside but food wasn't that good.... Went last night had the most amazing steak sirloin steak fries and onion rings with peppercorn sauce it was fabulous.... Cooked fresh and was to my asking just beautiful... Dessert was. Brought on silver platter for us to choose from and ice cream was lovely too thoroughly enjoyed it.. Decor in this place is amazing well done 5 stars from me staff were really friendly.. Only problem was they have a lovely bar.. Lager was out of a can could here them being pulled and some guests came in after us and asked for coke.... That was out of a can too...

Arrived here with my wife and on arrival we were greeted with a rude waitress saying we don't take walk ins even though we booked. No apology just take a seat while you wait for a table, waited 50 mins for our table with no drink offered while we wait. When we finally received our drinks they were really nice cocktails and the food was really nice too but the customer service was terrible. The manager spoke to his staff like dirt and the 2 waitresses were arguing amongst themselves, shame as the food was lovely but I've never experienced anything like it in my life.

Came here for the first time last week with my boyfriend to see what it was like and we loved it, food was amazing and the so was the service. Decided we should bring my mum and dad here for their birthdays and it was a definite good choice! My mum has really bad anxiety and all night she felt calm and relaxed. The atmosphere is really chilled, I absolutely loved the decor, the staff are so so friendly, our cocktail drinks were spot on, and to top it off the food was delicious and the presentation on the dishes were jaw dropping especially on my dad's mixed skewers (definitely would recommend this dish). It's already been decided we're coming back to try out more food, I can't think of a single thing wrong with either visit. Love love love!!
