Waited 1.5 hours foe food to still be waiting been sent out 2x times to wrong address lady on phone thought it was funny when called

We are in the area for a few nights so discovered that this take away delivers so because it was a cold wet night we decided to eat in. The girl on the phone was very nice and pleasant and we ordered spare ribs chicken chow mien and a special omelette . The omelette was lovely but I wasn’t too keen on the chow mien but that’s a personal thing as it’s the really thin noodles used and I prefer the thicker ones. The delivery driver got our food to us and it was still piping hot. All round a great service. And well worth the £6 delivery charge due to being in Toward

Had a lovely takeaway before we left to head home staff very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend for a meal thank you

Just bought home a duck in plum sauce( I got a pineappley sauce instead)/beef fried rice. The duck was all fat and swimming in grease. Inedible and tasteless. The Spring roll was just beanshoots.it's ended up in the bin. Will never go in again. Very disappointed.Eve

Meal was a complete disappointment, didn't like the chicken but fortunately the dog did! The food kept repeating on me. I wouldn't use River Jade again based on this poor experience.

Ordered from here food was half hot half cold delivery was here after 10 mins of calling to fast tbh reheated crap it was it was never again

To my surprise, you managed to get even worse. The quality of food is shockingly disghusting. Congratulations. You get one star because they won't allow minus stars. Otherwise it would be -9999999r

Special Chow Mein is my go to dish & this Special Chow Mein was the best I have ever had. Full of meat & very tasty. My friend didn't complain either with his meal. Fast efficient service as well.

Great food, prices are reasonable, service was very quick, would go back again. It's a takeaway place so can't really say too much about atmosphere, lol.

Quality poor. Crispy duck went in the bin. All fat, no meat, no crisp, just disgusting and inedible. Not cheap, either. Thankfully, the portion size was tiny, therefore, less waste.

We both decided to give this Chinese takeaway a try while we were visiting the area, the interior decor could do with a freshen up, the food itself was served quickly, fresh and hot, we both would have no hesitation in recommending this takeaway to anyone.
