Rite Bite in Blackpool

The food was freezing cold the bacon was solid , none of it edible, when I rang I was offered a replacement but bein pregnant didn’t want to chance the egg bein undercooked again so rang back n asked for a refund to be spoken to like rubbish in fact I heard “ it’s her again” I asked why I was spoke. To like this and was told to take it up with just eat , wasted my money on this place never again wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because if you have a complaint there very rude

Lovely staff as I have been in the cafe for a beautiful Scottish breakfast nice and clean and nice friendly staff

Been along time since my last visit safe to say I will be back soon the food is banging and the staff are another level of excellence

Always come here when in Blackpool good old fashion home made food plus the staff are always very friendly nothing to much trouble and it's nice and clean the main thing

When you find this place, it's now hidden behind a newly built multistorey office block, you won't go anywhere else for breakfast in Blackpool! The staff are helpful and friendly and always up for a laugh and joke. The food is great value for money, good quality, always fresh and cooked to perfection. Whether a holiday maker or local, find it, try it, go back! I did!

Had the Scottish all-day breakfast (haggis, black pud, square sausage, farl) and it was excellent. On an early Sunday afternoon I was the only customer eating in but there was a steady stream of delivery drivers collecting orders. Will definitely return.

ordered breakfast at 11:30 and didn't receive it until 13:40 and it was inedible, very oily, cold, hash browns just fell apart just not good enough. The woman we spoke to never once explained why it was taking so long or apologised, and then proceeded to decline our calls once the food was delivered probably because you know it wasn't good enough especially after a 2 hour wait! would not recommend.

Milkshakes are basically water no ice cream in whatsoever. Called up and got an attitude instead of a refund.

The food and service from all members of staff is excellent weather you get a delivery or attend the cosy restaurant you can't go wrong with the friendly and polite staff who can't do enough to help I will always order or visit this restaurant the food is above and beyond I have eaten from or in here numerous times and the food is always 5star a contender in the top3 I would say for the best place to eat in or order from in blackpool

Absolutely disgusting. It was all soggy covered in grease and was flavourless

I appreciate it is a Saturday which is a busy time for restaurants, but we had to wait 1hour 30mins & the delivery was late, to the point Just Eat had to change to delivery time. Food was alright, but definitely not worth the wait.

This was compromising my health and against safety regulations in the food service industry. They also missed 3 items from my order and when we telephoned the cafe they ignored our calls, they didn't answer during opening hours, the phone rang and rang and rang. They haven't got a clue how to prepare fresh food or work in clean conditions, I dread to think what they're staff are doing to customers food and I wonder how dirty the kitchen is. They stole 23 pounds of my money and put my health at risk. This place needs shutting down. Reporting them to council with photos.

I've ordered a few times and can't fault the food or delivery. Always lovely fresh perfectly cooked food and great service. Big props to the delivery driver coming into my work today to find me.

Came to the ritebite for breakfast as in previous years it had been one of the best places to go. This morning we were served with a breakfast that was coated in dirty oil. Sausages were burnt to a crisp and were cheap. The bacon was undercooked The mushrooms tasted like dirty chip pan oil The tomatoes are cold and the hashbrowns were very overdone. The only part I ate was the toast. My partner had the vegetarian breakfast and that was even worse. Was given when she walked past and asked how the breakfast was when told it wasn’t Good, she rolled her eyes and walked off, When we asked if we were getting a partial refund for the breakfast, we wasn’t eating and the Hunn said no because it’s personal preference and he believes he got it perfect. The breakfast was appalling and the staff were Rude and I will never be going back. £26 for a breakfast that wasn’t eaten

Always go into rite bite for a nice cuppa and something to eat but Wow had the most delicious pork dinner with the trimmings and I have to say it was most delicious one I've tested from any carvery to the cafe at rite bite I will be ordring my roasts from here again 😋 even my family enjoyed there food. Nom nom nom 😋 thank u too the cook it was amazing food cooked too a high standard.

I ordered 2 large breakfast and a sausage on white bread, I paid and then I noticed how dirty the cafe was starting with the chairs that look like they have never been cleaned in their whole existence.. the wooden chair backs were covered in thick black grime and the cushions were minty with grease and food stains all over! Firstly we were served the sausage butty for my daughter I specifically asked for it to be cut into 4 squares as this is the only way she will eat she is 3 years old and very particular about her food.. it was cut into 4 triangles instead! Next we were served the 2 large breakfasts and we were disappointed from just looking at it, the toast was burnt and the bacon was very undercooked.. I gave it the benefit of doubt and began to taste it the mushrooms were cold uncooked and tasted watery - vile! I next tried the beans and egg my egg looked slimey and there was a hair in my beans, I took this out and took it to the counter to show the woman and was told it was from the egg white straight away without even looking at it complete denial about what it was so I decided to just leave it as I didn’t want and drama I just tried my sausages what tasted like they had been in dish water the hash browns looked like they had been cooked twice or been cooked in dirty oil and tomatoes were dried out - over heated the whole experience was just disgusting place looks like it need’s completely re decorating I don’t know who gave them the 5 star hygiene rating but it can not be legit it’s absolutely horrible! The woman was also coughing all over the counter after taking my order. There was also a bad smell in there that my 3 year old also picked up on! Place was hanging.

Hmmmm..... Small portion too be honest... Roast potatoes had seen better days...... Looked like they'd been in oven all. Day......mash OK.... Veg were frozen veg not fresh...... Not Alot of meat.... Gravy was non exsistant..... The meal was warm not hot...... It was very average indeed..... The slice of black pudding n slice of haggis were OK again not hot......... I won't be ordering from them again....... 1450 it says the time it was delivered no it wasn't it was after 3 pm.... But still..... Not 4 for me.......

Late 70 minutes - food quality horrible

Hidden gem of a cafe in the town centre. I had a large breakfast which was of excellent quality and arrived at the table hot so you could tell it was made fresh and not held in a hot cupboard credit to the chef. I also had a large latte which was really nice. My missus who is quite picky had a bacon and cheese toastie which she finished and even enjoyed. The lady who served us was cheerful and very nice.

Order never even turned up. To be rung back by the cafe and speak to the man who’s rude. Imagine waiting over 90m for a breakfast not to turn up. Or the classic they came and no answer at my door. Try put money into small business. Should have read the reviews. Probably not the business to be in if you can’t deliver food or speak to people on the phone properly.

Breakfast was cold eggs from caged Hens, sausage cheap quality all in all not pleasant, will not be going again

I would recommend this cafe to anybody the food is delicious and you get plenty for your money my husband and son really fussy with food but they both really enjoy the lasagne I really enjoy the full breakfast and homemade steak pie and you got about 5 options what you want to go with it as well there homemade cookies are beautiful so soft and full of flavour like the food.

I would recommend rite bites to anyone there food is delicious i order from there nearly every day I love the big breakfast and my husband loves the curry and rice and my son love there lasagne and you get plenty for the money and I think its quite cheap and the delivery not to bad

For the amount of money you charge for a roast dinner & dessert I would expect a lot more.. The portion sizes are really small.. Hardly any veg or home made mash... No gravy no taste to it at all.. £14.70 the dessert & custard wasn't any better very dry for rubarb & ginger crumble.. Custard wasn't mixed properly had lumps of dried power in it... Very disappointed I must of been last customer for delivery as my food seemed to be what was left over from the day.. Sorry but I won't be ordering delivery from them again.

Delivery was fine but that’s where it ended. The quality of dessert in particular was just awful. No idea how it had been cooked but it was rock solid and inedible. Had some ok meals from here in the past but sadly, won’t be using again.

Over priced, I ordered a wrap with salad and got no salad but had an added extra I didn't want of some egg shell. Disgusting! Won't be ordering again!

Everything cooked to perfection, nicely presented, well packaged and hot. It was huge, and really good value for money. Super speedy delivery by a lovely smiley driver. Flap jacks as well with my hot coffee. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 10 STARS

Went for breakfast here this morning, quiet little tucked away cafe, but worth finding! Ordered a large breakfast, no complaints, everything was perfect, my other half had ordered a chicken and cheese panini, a banana milkshake and I had a pot of tea. All perfect as far as we are concerned. Very clean and tidy cafe, lots of variety with regards to food, sweet treats and drinks. Staff were lovely! Defo visiting again. Prices are very fair, again, no complaints.

Me and my partner have been ordering breakfasts from Rite Bite for a while. We're normally really happy with the food, but the past couple of times have been really lackluster. The bacon is anaemic, and it feels like you're just eating raw meat. One of my favourite things that I always order are the homemade tattie scones, but recently they've been making them smaller (like the size of a warped bottle cap?) and they're grainy, like powder. 80p for one tiny tattie scone? Partner phoned up and was told that the tattie scones have always been like that. You'd think that they would remember us, as we are/were "regulars". My partner had to quickly cook the bacon, and various other things that we ordered. We were really disappointed. Seems like we're going to have to find a new breakfast place.

Great place I ordered 3 roast dinners and you had loads of meat mash vegetables Yorkshire gravy had 2 turkey and 1 beef great definitely order again whould definitely recommend

Totally inedeble. It was all cold. I mean who wants to eat a cold fried egg? As for the amount of fat on the bacon! The sausage was tiny.

I ahve ordered a breakfast and and also a Lasagne and Chips. The breakfast is cold uncooked and tastes like...well all I can say it wont be long before they get a visit from Food Hygeine Council. The smell of the breakfast is somewhat like a smell of a dead cat. The lasagne is swimming in grease and the chips look like thaey have been fried and fried and then microwaved. Presentation is appalling.

I ordered a panini at £6 and a box beef salad. The box salad I had the option to choose what I wanted. The cost was £6.70 for it. When I rang the shop to mention how small it was for the price, the response was, you requested no lettuce with it, so it will look small? Appalling response and customer service. They say support small businesses?

Good food hot when delivered enjoyable and real chips

In Blackpool for the day, visited Rite Bite pre-show and was thoroughly impressed. A proper local eatery where we were made to feel very welcome. The food was fresh, tasty and piping hot. Service so friendly, we will definitely be visiting again. Merry Christmas!!!

today i ordered 2 double sausage and egg muffins , 2 hash browns, and a coffee i ordered at around 12pm and didn’t revive my order untill around 3pm, absolutely shocking customer service, the packets for my food was open most likely the fat delivery driver sniffing my food.

Never again will go there ordered pick 7 breakfast items everything was cold it was so it was greasy as hell food as disgusting and price ridiculous they need rather a new job or cookery classes

Just popped in for coffee and sausage toasties. Good choice on menu,great staff, nice atmosphere,very reasonable price. Also serves alcohol. Would defo go back next time I'm in town.

This salad box with grilled chicken was a joke with delivery it came to 10.15 there must of been at the most 1/4 of a chicken Brest and the salad was so small I have never seen a salad box that small
